Quality controls and Scheduled Inspections insure a consistent Home Build every step of the way!

Given the unprecedented and stressful times we as a nation are experiencing in general, we found the staff at Fairview to be extremely helpful and ready to please. We were offered the opportunity to name our closing date to a time when we were most comfortable and in any manner we chose. Our home is well built and everyone we have met has welcomed us into the community.

Jordan was an excellent communicator. Everything was well made and delivered on time!!!

While all the other homes in my neighborhood have decks that do not face other, mine and my neighbors do. So there is no privacy for either of us while using the deck area. My neighbor mentioned this to the builder as my home was being built. He tells me that he was told that is just the way it is. My floor plan is a reverse of my neighbors. Had my home been built with the same floor plan orientation as my neighbor this would not be an issue. The only saving grace from this, is my neighbor and I try to respect each others privacy when using our decks. But we should not have to do that had the builder plotted the floor plan correctly. ... Attention to details very disappointing. The field manager has tried to help and keeps telling us he understands and is going to "fix" all the concerns. We will see how that goes. So far he has helped on most items. Coments like "we know we have a problem with that" don't give us much comfort.

The home is engineered well. The A/C hardly ever runs, even when it's 90F outside. The person who helped us make our selections at the design center understood our desires for the appearance of the interior, and was very professional. Our salesperson was very professional. The closing process was quick, and easy. The only post move in issues that we are working through are cosmetic. Communication about, and timely resolution of our issues could be better.

Brand new house while I thought there would be nothing to fix afterwards Pulte/Del Webb set our expectations well. The little things that needed to get fixed were all fixed promptly and expeditiously with attention to the COVID rules and keeping us and the folks doing the work safe. Profesional to a "T"

Great idea, great neighbors, interesting activities (when they open), but the home? Watch out! Pulte is NOT a custom builder and they go out of their way to make you understand that AFTER you've purchased your home (read: NO changes!). This was the 3rd home we've built and by far the worst quality, and highest price, of any we have lived in. It appears there is a total lack of "workmanship" from all the subcontractors and a mandate to use the cheapest materials possible with no consideration of common sense. Buy on the south side (existing homes) if possible. If you build, be aware of the higher taxes in Jasper county and the lack of attention to your needs by the builder. The sales staff and initial builder support following purchase were excellent. We are also extremely pleased with cabinetry, flooring and carpentry. Minor issues with interior paint, especially small areas of repair, which were poorly done. Landscaping issues have been especially difficult to resolve. It appears COVID has warranty service backlogged, delaying responsiveness to some issues

We liked our sales agent immensely. The purchase process was simple and went smoothly. We did not feel that the design center gave us enough options to get exactly the home we wanted. We ended up settling for items in the home that we are not truly happy with. Also every additional, non-included, item from the design center was tremendously overpriced compared to purchasing from regular outlets and contractors.

Workmanship on our home is awful. Attention to detail is lacking. Promises made to correct problems rarely kept. Not a satisfied owner.

Our house seems well built, our build manager was great, and I am impressed with how their support people responded. I don't know the market here enough to know value or price. It seemed to me to take a long time to build but I am comparing to the Villages in FL I don't know about Dallas.

I’m disappointed with Pulte. Quality control is a major issue. The house was delivered extremely dusty and I suffered some health issues as a result of it. The paint job was terrible. The painters did not cover the floor so I had to painstakingly remove droplets of paint throughout the house. We requested brushed nickel items throughout the house but the garage ended up being chrome. The quartz counter in the kitchen is not perfectly leveled. The quality of the cabinets left a little to be desired. That said, personnel are very friendly. There is follow up on the items we are not happy with. Lousy job painting interior doors and trim and I don't like the potential fix. Overall quality of materials and workmanship was excellent.

There's a lot of references made too quality by this builder but very very little in the finished product

We have not moved into our home as yet so difficult to rate items but from what we saw, everything looks great

Homeowner needs more say on approving driveway’s, landscaping.

When we signed the contract to purchase our home we were told to expect a February or March close. We were hit with a combination of weather and poor communication. In fact, the day before closing and just after wiring the closing money, we received another call about another delay. It took a VP and area manager to finally take seriously our concerns and get to the closing table. We finally closed at the end of April. Mega company with lip service about the importance of having satisfied customers.

My husband & I feel blessed to be in our new home in Sweet stage of life!

Wish we had been much more pro active in the build and inspections through out the process.

Our 1st DelWebb home be built and our experience was awesome! Our Field Manager was the best! Our 2nd DelWebb home was an inventory house, we knew nothing could be changed and we were satisfied with 95% of the choices which had been made by the sales team. When considering an inventory home, pay special attention to all the outlets and plugs, some folks are not tech saavy. Always pay the extra for irrigation, well worth it! Be sure the sod is watered from the start or there will be many weeds to contend with. The 4 ft extension on the garage is also well worth the price! The pull out drawers in kitchen are well worth the price! Also under cabinet lighting is very helpful. We returned to DelWebb to be with folks our age and the amenities in place! Too many positives to mention! We love it here and came back! ... More
