Been very good to work with during all the challenges during construction and virus issues

We are very pleased with the overall Del Webb experience, from sales, construction, closing and first 1.5 months of occupancy

This is the second Del Webb community that we have lived in and feel we will enjoy this one as much as the first.

Mostly good quality. The process for changes before closing was mostly not an option and too complicated and somewhat confusing after closing. Making changes after closing if at all possible, in our opinion, takes too long to get a response from the management board. Good attention until closing. Slow response and communication after closing. The phone numbers for help with problems after closing that is placed on the inside of the doors below the sink, are too low and not convenient for older people to see and access. They should have been place at a higher level and more convenient place, eg. inside an upper cabinet door. ... More

The experience was a bit stressful. Del Web do not agree on our suggestion. We have to follow all their idea and choice. The quality is fairly good but after building 5 houses this one was not our best experience.

Build quality is very good and support from the builder has been good as well.

The home building process was not well coordinated. Seems the workers were not supervised and poor workmanship was not corrected as they worked, but towards the end, which created other problems. Upon closing, the Customer Care department has been on top of everything and making corrections, but it has been frustrating to move in and have issues. Suggest the buyer is involved in the home building process and ensures corrections are made before moving to the next stage. We are however very happy with the community. Sales team was wonderful. Respond to all questions and concerns immediately, and a pleasure to work with. Some issues at closing with getting all work completed. Still waiting to get a few issues resolved

We are very pleased with our new home. Everyone has been very helpful

I pleased with the property, I'm not a nit picker. I think my feedback would be more meaningful or helpful after a year onsite. I'll be communicating as we go along. I'm concerned about maintenance of the trees. They add a lot, but in a hot dry climate require attention. The third party common area is a concern at this time. It may not be so in the long run.

Builder did not check for proper operation of items prior to handing over home (no hot water, shower door fit, AC/Heat condensation runoff, dryer electrical outlet upside down, dead plants, Whirlpool microwave/oven combo operation). AC unit positioned outside of Master bedroom window (very noisy).

We had three different building managers during construction. The first 2 were great but the last one seemed to lack the detailed approach of the others. We were Late e in getting into our house due to the pandemic and when we finally got here we found several things wrong and the house was not clean. The process leading up to the build was excellent. The sales and design staff were very supportive and helpful. We felt that the foundation and build leading up to dry wall were excellent. Most of our issues were things forgotten or related to installers (floor, cabinetry, door That doesn’t fit). Very good sales team and design personnel. I think it would be advantageous to hire a construction manager unless you are onsite or nearby to oversee ongoing construction

We bought the Abbeyville and love it. It has the room we needed after downsizing, and is not too much house for us. We really love the storeroom by the utility. Picking out things at the design studio was real easy.

Very slow to follow up on deficiencies. Still waiting on plumber to fix toilet placement in that doesn’t meet code. Been behind house is full of weeds and HOA nor builder has solved the issue.

I love my new house and I would expect there to be problems. Dell Webb has been responsive to all my concerns thus far. I have some unresolved problems that I’m hoping to have taken care of fairly quickly. As I cannot tell you how well they did in resolving these newer problems, I can say that I have no reason to believe they will not be handled in a timely manner. All in all, I think I have a great house and purchased it at a great price.

Disappointed in some of the quality in materials and absolutely the lack of attention to detail. So many defects that have to be corrected but I guess it is worth it to Pulte on how fast the subcontractors get in and out??

So far, happy, but only been here a few weeks and under quarantine. I like the house and Pulte seems very responsive to questions and concerns. I’ll have more input when facilities/ amenities centers open back up.

Del Webb met all of our expectations. They were prompt, and reliable with their information. The home was completed when promised.

First, our Field Manager was excellent. The problems we had involved substandard work by several subcontractors, some of which became difficult and frustrating to correct in a timely manner. Some significant items had to be redone and some required protracted negotiations with Pulte executives, above the Field Manager level, to reach a "settlement".

I am so disappointed with the quality of the craftsmanship. My house has problems

Lack of pride in workmanship in interior finishing. Strong QA not done as work is completed and waits for buyer to point out problems as closing closes in. Need QA, QA and QA as each element is finished and have the contractor redo until it is done correctly. Soon the contractor will get the idea it needs to be done right the first time.

The building process was smooth and on time. Some decisions have to be made very far in advance, for example, interior color when there is only a dirt lot. Some of the options are pricey. We paid $98K more than the starting price. The workmanship is good but there are some details that could have been better (paint splatters, caulk on the floor, missing weatherstrip). Getting things corrected has been slowed by coronavirus but we are confident that they will get done. House is energy efficient and comfortable.

Everyone was very professional, provide assistance whenever need in a timely manner, and the team was allways consistent with being the Best Home Builder organization in the USA. Thank you for everything you did for us.
