I would not recommend the builder or the staff of Pulte responsible for managing the process, and the product they produce is (and continues to be) seriously flawed. Specifically, they use inferior materials, the workmanship is shoddy, and getting them to fix warranty items continues to be a problem (even after three (3) months of ownership). I would not recommend them or the product they sell.

We have lived in our house for a little over a month and we still have many issues. The workmanship is sloppy and has no quality. The construction managers lie right to your face. They tell you they will fix an issue and do nothing but lie. I would never buy a Pulte home again.

Would not recommend Pulte

Issue that arose in March not taken care of before closing in May. 3 months since closing still not taken care! Paid $$$ for this upgrade. Lots of similar horror stories throughout the community. We went with Pulte because we thought we would get a quality build and responsive experience. They are not that company anymore!

After closing nightmare!

After closing, it has been a nightmare. I have had multiple warranty issues as well as poor follow thru from the builder. Still living out of boxes because issues haven’t been resolved since Closing on May 21, it’s now July 5. My life, my schedule has been disrupted,disregarded and disrespected.

Once you close and our issues aren’t important now that they are getting our money!

After closing we had issues with toilets flushing, gutter leaking like a water fall at entry way, kitchen cabinet door handles off, sliding glass door gadgets in all three panels messed up and scratched glass and tracks full of stucco and paint that we can’t get off, large scratches in nest kitchen sink, odor from under sink, grass dying, we just uncovers 20+ sprinkler head and trimmed around them so they would work, grass is dying and two different kinds of sod laid and different colors our quartz island has very sharp edges all around, entry way walls had to be re sanded and textured ...

The building experience was lack luster at best we had to deal with 2 different construction managers the first was horrible with the plans of the home not being followed. If I had not been visiting the home, it would have been built completely wrong. The second Construction Manager was better trying to correct the mistakes from the fist construction manager, but we are still have issues with the home even after we have moved in. Never replied to my complaints workmanship was awful . Tile in kitchen coming off they won’t fix lt paint and scratches on floor. Workmanship was awful careless windows were dirty counter tops were not clean of I had it to do. Over l would never buy a dell webb . Would not recommend dell Webb to anyone.

Poor customer service lack of controlling sub contractors

Very disappointed with the response of Builder and quality of work moved in month and 1/2 ago and still waiting on items to be fixed that were noticed before closing and we were told would be fixed immediately. Very poor work and service for the money. No contact with anyone on sales staff after closing poor customer service.

Unfortunately our dream retirement home became a nightmare. Of course they are real pleasant during the shopping and initial signing phases. However once you sign it goes down hill. The craftsmanship is VERY poor and it’s nearly impossible to get items repaired or replaced. IF you desire to buy from DelWebb I recommend you use a agent (it does not cost you anything) to have someone on your side of the table before and during closing and you must get a good home inspector. Although the sales person, Ian, was great the quality of the house was not! The sprinkler system hasn't worked since we moved in (we are in a villa, so it's the HOA's responsibility & though several emails have been sent, no plan or processes have been passed along to me & my neighbors). The backyard has construction debris buried under the sod but you can see it.. There wasn't any quality team other than myself, my wife and realtor as well as the hired home inspector, who found many problems.

I was encouraged to close even though everything in house was not really ready. There was a promise me that within 3 days everything would be finished completely. 3 months later I can't even get date for when they plan on fixing my house. The finishings in the house are well below standard. I think pulte has a lot of nerve advertising that they who have the higher standard. Would love to hear from the CEO of this company and let him know what I think. If anyone other than a computer reads this reply I would love to hear from a human being.

This was supposed to be our forever home that we built from a distance. Huge mistake. The workmanship is shoddy and Del Webb only cares about throwing up houses as fast as possible. We have built homes with other builders and none ever came near to the disappointment and headache that is a Del Webb home.

I don’t know where to start. From beginning to end even a novice could see multiple issues. No consistency in stud spacing, walls are not secure and can be visibly seen shaking when doors are shut, uneven walls, paint appears to be cut with water, concrete floor covered in scraps and dirt and floor placed over t and walls painted with dirt on them, issues raised with manager and very little correction generally too late, have pics of dirty shoe prints on countertops, even small options like moving an electric socket denied as not one of our options, items on pre close punch list still not ...

Too much money, took too long, unskilled workers, poor workmanship.

Building a new home should be fun, but this experience was awful. The workers were unskilled laborers who couldn’t speak English and left garbage everywhere. We have crooked walls, paint on the floors, garbage in the attic, crooked wall switches, frayed carpet entering the bedrooms, We are missing mirrors, towel racks, bathroom hardware, and need our doors re-keyed for our front door. Pulte’s representatives say anything to appease, but don’t resolve any issues. They make excuses. We paid way too much money for this home and would never buy from them again.

Moved into no heat or hot water after a 20 hour move on a cold winter night. Kitchen island was wrong color as if I wouldn’t notice. Many other problems. The HOA treats me like an enemy. Nasty and condescending. The guards at the gate are horrible to me and my friends. I have buyers remorse. Overall a very bad experience. So far the dream home is a nightmare.

I lived in Del Webb Frisco Lakes for 10 yrs. Built our house great experience! Building in Union Park is the worst experience I’ve ever had . Quality is very poor response to those issues poor .Nothing like the what was shown in the models. Overpriced for what you get. Very unhappy.

Lack of craftsmanship, don’t buy production homes

So this is my third attempt to get the word out. Buyers beware!!! Bought a new house and I feel like I bought a fix me upper!!! Here’s just a sample of their quality: Broken shower handle that leaked for days at our expense ( until we demanded attention) buckets of water Chips in the tile flooring that was just laid down with no regard, lack of grout, oh can’t forget about the extra dirt or bugs in the grout Some kind of stain all throughout the house on the tile flooring Front door with rusty hinges and gaps big enough for bugs to get in ( had to put towel in to stop them) Secondary ...
