We actually really liked everyone in our buying experience ,except there were too many contradicting response and I truly feel we did not get the house we wanted ! The design of the house is perfect ! We aren’t thrilled with 2 by4 for the structure but there was not much we could do about that . Our construction manager Brandi made the difference in creating a great experience. She was responsive, caring and gave us great guidance. We were very thankful for her and her friendship. Project manager was nice person

Only allowed to make changes to interior of house, not exterior. Cheap siding, windows, roof. Some of the subcontract work is okay, other poor. I think you go with the lowest bidder, so you get comparable work. Window left wide open for drywall taping to dry, big storm came through, nobody shut the windows, rain blown inside the house. This is an example of things we were not impressed with. I believe we overpaid for the house just to live in this 55+ community. That said, we are happy with having moved into the 55+ community.

Other than Gina Zitella people did not answer phone calls and was very hard to get hold of them during construction of the home ,

It’s a medium quality home. Our electric bill is huge, which probably means that insulation is not that great.

I liked the Del Webb TV commercial, and it planted the seed that lead me to investigate the community, offerings and lifestyle available at Del Webb Lake Las Vegas. Thin walls

The home has a great layout. Unfortunately, the walls are thin and you can hear the outside very easily. The walls jn the house aren’t solid as sound travels through the ENTIRE home. The home is very echoing.

I would give a five star but our mail key didn't work on first day, we were never told about ID cards during orientation and our home key didn't work on move in day. Also 2nd garage remote is dead and our trays were missing from freezer. All was resolved quickly though. This is our second new build and delwebb blows Eastwood in North Carolina out of the water with their great work . Looking forward to living in our new home

Responsiveness great before closing, but some issues that were supposed to be resolved were not. Many issues found after closing. Initially, responsiveness was fine, but it has deteriorated considerably. Some repairs are taking months and follow up inquiries get no response. Very disappointing.

Construction manager was great. Responsiveness to problems/issues that needed immediate attention was mixed based on the Del Webb personnel/management involved, but overall items have been addressed when needed. HOA rules are a bit in the heavy side and would personally prefer them to be toned down. Yes, I would buy from them again.

We were keep up to date during the construction. When we did inspection there were very little things that we could find and things that were discovered we corrected right away. Every aspect of the build through close and support have been met with the highest of standards.

When we moved into our house, we were angry and sad. We would have moved out, but our former home was sold. The craftsmanship was very sloppy! I would not recommend Pulte to my friends.
