The quality of my home is great! Just a few issues....Mainly it seems like Pulte’s attention to details is a little low. They build the homes with quality but seem to be on a production schedule. I was told it takes about 100 days to build my home way too fast..... how about adding 5-7 more days to the schedule?? This will give the workers time towards end to really look at the quality of craftsmanship..... fix the common issues that we all find.

Workmanship of builder was just okay, seemed like some work was done quickly not much time taken. Issues with flooring, time was not taken when painting, just seemed sloppy. Not sure if it was sub workers doing most of work.

The workmen ship and attention to detail is shockingly poor. Many many issues to many to list. Not happy. Would not recommend to anyone.

Our field supervisor was excellent but unfortunately he had to work with some contractors that were not focused quality people. I think Pulte tends to put more emphasis on getting the job done ASAP rather than allowing time to do a quality job. Everything is put on a schedule and each sub-contractor shows up on his date regardless if the prior contractor had not finished his work. This results in a nightmare for the supervisor as he then has to reschedule contractors to come back to finish work. Painters were horrible. Trim work was fair. Framing was good, Concrete work good, roofing and siding was good, plumbing good, insulation good, hanging of drywall good, finishing drywall poor, hanging of cabinets fair, flooring very good, garage doors good, electrical fair, cleanup prior to moving in horrible. ... Site manager and sales person are excellent and responsive

Painters need some final finish training.

I think that the models should show, in each room, the standard as well as the upgraded that are displayed. There should be a little more flexibility during the building process.

Good electricians - Lousy Painters. Decent Plumbers - Really poor Sod Installers

Del Webb delivered the home on time and kept all promises. A simple and efficient process.

Could not get build issues resolved prior to closing and once they had their money, call back issues take forever and don't seem to fix many of the problems. Not the same Pulte experience I had in Virginia.

Great experience overall. Good people. Really like the neighborhood.

Overall this purchase was a pleasant experience and we are satisfied with our new home. Only wish we had time to have picked a better lot

Beside a couple hiccups with the custom items we selected (which were corrected) the process was about as smooth as you would hope. And the home is beautiful.

This would be a five star rating except he home buying experience was marred by now a former employee and our home suffers from us making uninformed decisions with him. However, the company took action and he is no longer employed; everyone else is great..

Design studio was very helpful

All trim work excessive caulking droplets on base boards All door trims either not caulked around completely on trim Poor paint quality lots of spots where door shows bare wood or top of door no paint at all Grout cracking in guest bathroom tile surround All base boards cracking grout at base of tile floor and base boards Master bath water closet walls caulking in corners Of walls Master bath back splash at counter top cracking or poor workmanship Kitchen cabinets nail holes not filled and not stained Drawer under stove does not close on one side Oven hood fan/light controls sticking so can not turn off. Had to trip circuit breaker to stop fan. Repair man has been here twice Dryer making rubbing noise repair man Has been here twice now have loud growling noise Has ordered new parts. Great salesman and project mgr. did everything he promised.

The quality of workmanship and value exceeded all my expectations. The couple of minor items that needed fixing were addressed immediately. My project manager was wonderful - always had a smile and treated me like I was his most important new home owner. He took his time during my final walk through and made sure I understood everything he was showing me-I never felt like I was on time schedule! It was a great experience!

The process overall was good. We had a good sales person and good staff at the design center. One thought I had that I would advise new buyers is to consider what the landscaping package includes. This is the biggest after market expense. If we had purchased the package it would have had a nominal impact on our monthly payment and we could have supplemented after market. Just my thoughts.

This was our second Pulte home having purchased a Summit Surry Crest Loft in Sun City Carolina Lakes and living there for ten years before moving to SCTX. Overall we are pleased with the quality and value of Pulte homes given that they are mass produced and not custom houses. The options for elevations and add-ons like Sun Rooms and patios allow some flexibility to personalize the house. Not many options for landscaping, that is an area where Pulte could improve. Sod lawns in our neighborhood tend to be weedy. Warranty department and our field manager were excellent helping us prepare to move in our home as were the closing department at Pulte tItle. No real complaints about home - we enjoy living in a Sun City community with many amenities although all activities are shut down until the coronavirus situation is resolved. ... More

From the moment we stepped in to the sales office to them time we closed we noticed a huge difference in the way we were treated, compared to other builders. A positive experience all around.

Got exactly what we wanted and expected from Del Webb. Great floor plan and we're amazed at the usefulness of space in a home just under 1500 sq. ft. The sales and construction staff were super. Only disappointed with 1) the amount spent on options, and 2) the lack of options with light fixtures, plumbing fixtures, paint colors and limited tile choices.

The local team from sales and building group have been very good to work with. Jeff and Mike are the two I work with most and have been nothing but professional. We have been in the house about 6 weeks now and been very busy making the house our home but have seen nothing to concern me about the quality of the home. If there is any area that I wish were different albeit I don't think exist is around the home being built next door. The mess along the side of my home (which is the only side I have a gate) is a muddy trashy mess. I am sure they will fix it but just the amount of debit coming in the yard along with the mud is frustrating. Maybe there is something better could be done than the orange stuff like a plywood wall? I know it won't last forever but Just a thought. ... More
