Everyone of the Pulte Staff from sales, design, financing, insurance and construction that we worked with were very professional and did an excellent job and we are very happy with our new home.

The location is beautiful and peaceful. During the construction process the field project manager kept us updated and informed. Since moving in the list of things that need to be fixed is long. Here are several examples: cracked tiles in master shower, gaps between exterior columns and siding, a screen door that falls off track, roof nails not attached. At last count there are work orders for 8 contractors to return and fix their work. I have given a few examples. The customer care manager has been responsive and communicates as the issues get fixed, but the list is too long for a new house.

This is a retirement community. Home is NOT senior friendly.

As a single woman preparing for retirement in AZ...3 things were important to me: New Community, Safe and Quality. Del Webb Dove Mountain exceed my expectations. The purchasing experience was easy, my building foreman was friendly, knowledgeable, responsive, and explained thing so I could understand. It was a wonderful experience and after the SIP I hope to enjoy the community in Marana, AZ.

Construction seems to be good. The people who do the finish work don't seem to have any pride in the work for the most part, a few do!!

My superintendent Randy was great. Always patient and understanding and promptly reactive. Some items way overpriced (esp. at design center where there is a great deal of pressure. Hardware like kitchen sink, towel holders, toilet paper holder look nice but very poor quality. Stella, our sales representative was very honest and helpful.

The Del Web community in Ponte Vedra along with local events and activities in nearby Nocatee offers best of lifestyle accommodations for retirees. We moved to the area from New York in early January and purchased a new spacious Carriage home. Thanks to the professional staff at Del Web we were to get the upgrades we wanted along with the financing. We were able close and move into our new home in 30 days!

I wish that workmanship and materials were separate categories. The materials are exceptional. We have built houses before and were impressed at the quality of the materials from concrete slab to joists and flooring. Workmanship on the other hand is good but not excellent. There is no pride in doing a job well, but seems to be a goal of getting the job done fast regardless of outcome. For the most part we are still happy to be here and feel we have a good home. Pulte could make them all GREAT homes if they would slow down and make workers accountable.

I have only been in the house for 2 months. I am sure they will take care of any problems at the 1 year review.I feel very comfortable with everyone at Pulte/Del Webb. There are some design faults which cannot be changed. However the quality of the materials and fixtures are first rate. My main concern is the finish work. Trim poorly installed,paint and clean up should be improved! Our field manager was outstanding and he tried to accommodate us but I felt he was too busy and could not oversee everything.

We are very pleased with our new home, good quality, responsive to any issues and great craftsmanship.

We moved into the house a few weeks ago. During this time we have noticed multiple cracks in the house. The paint quality in the house is not great. The wall panels in the second bathroom were so thin grab bars could not be installed. We had to pay several thousand dollars to replace the panels and install drywall just to install the grab bar.

Great floor plan, plenty of windows, great pricing per sqft, decent finishes. Am very pleased with my Del Webb retirement lifestyle. Much Thanks, Pete H.

The sales personnel are excellent not only with knowledge of the building process, but were very accommodating with their variations of home details referencing materials not available any longer, etc. Your project manager Justin was extremely helpful through the entire building process.

Poor communication on follow up on repairs needed after moving in

Base of toilet glued together and then installed-place sooo dirty that this was not seen before closing. Mistakes hidden to try and avoid discovery. Broken tile grouted in place. Very poor workmanship for tile, woodwork, paint, and extreme dirt left behind! Paint everywhere-all over tile-granite-and fixtures! Poor workmanship on garage floor! If you want issues and disappointment and frustration-this is for you! Brought my wife to tears. These workers take absolutely no pride in their work. It’s all about hurry up and then move on. Granite counter repair found upon move in before move in. Way too many nasty surprises. Oh and they don’t cover plants-even though it was told to them that plant needed to be replaced that was well on the way to dead with walkthrough-that is ridiculous. This was and continues to be a very sour experience. I am quite embarrassed by the workmanship in my new home. Come on people-do it right!!! ... More

Community, atmosphere and amenities are gorgeous. Home building attention to detail - Rushed

Generally pleased with workmanship but we had issues just before closing and have not been able to resolve other quality issues we discovered subsequent to closing. Responsiveness after closing abysmal.

Very happy with new home and all involved.

Overall we are pleased with the home build. If there is a negative I would say that the strong demand within Sun City Festival has lead to a shortage of trades for the work and it sometimes reared it's ugly head with either delays or sub par work. Ultimately everything was made right shortly after close and it is a lovely home.

The Field Manager conducting the Celebration Walk thru and the final walk thru spent most his time telling us we needed to give 5 stars because Pulte would build a free home for a Veteran. The caulking in some areas was red, the field manager said he tried to clean but we needed to do it more because the red did not come off. Why does the homeowner have to prep the home? Several areas left for homeowner that should have been done builder are: clean floors, remove bird nests on front porch (as pointed out), clean windows, clean screens of cobwebs on patio and filthy deck in screened patio, oven and microwave dirty from being used by somebody, field manager said outside had been power washed but bird droppings all over front porch, sidewalk and driveway dirty, boundaries not marked, home and yard were not properly maintained during the year between build and sale, dead plants, patches of no grass that the field manager said we weren't allow to complain about, sections of driveway that is cracking away and tilting causing tripping hazard but field manager said cracks were large enough to worry about. The yard needed mowing as there were areas of 10 inch tall grass. Overall, this home was the filthiest new home we have ever seen. The field manager and salesman were totally non-responsive to even questions via telephone or email after closing and never returned any attempts at contact. The salesman when writing up the original contract made mistakes on the correct names of the buyers and instead of stopping and correcting, he wanted to do a change order, which caused the incorrect names to be splattered over the entire process with the mortgage company, insurance company, and title company, this was pure laziness and unacceptable business behavior. Fix things up front instead of creating massive problems over a couple minutes of correction to begin with. ... More

The field manager had some difficulty getting non-standard options completed. It seemed obvious he either did not read the details in the contract or he did not want to allow time for some special ADA equipment to be delivered, lest the project schedule be delayed by a week. This could have been avoided if we were given the opportunity to review the detailed plans. We would have seen these detailed items were not included. It got worked out thanks to the help of our sales associate who stepped in and got the right people involved to get things done. Other that this it was a good building experience. Obviously, what you wanted from me was not the truth, not my honest evaluation, but instead, something glowing to attach to your website. Add this to my list of disappointments. You haven't cared a bit for my concerns over the issues I stated previously.
