Purchasing experience easy and pleasant. The closing Was uneventful and fast. The Pulte mortgage people amazing

My only concern is that we have a couple of things that need to be addressed but we haven't heard anything about them.

Beautiful homes

This is the first house I have ever built and I had the best experience. Would highly recommend you build.

My wife and I built our home in Dell Webb Ponte Vedra as a place to downsize from our former home. The house is wonderful. We love it, and other than having a very minor cosmetic imperfection here and there, we have no complaints. It's really a very nice home in a community that makes the residents feel as though they are on vacation in a fancy resort.

Natalie and Jordan took care of all our concerns building a new nome with Del Webb. They made what could have been a nightmare a joyful experience. From selecting the lot and style home, Natalie guided every step. Jordan brought the plans to fruition. Please don’t forget to ask about the Natalie bar!!!

Our experience has been a good one, this is the fifth new home we have owned. This has been the best build we have encountered so far.

Love our new home. Really appreciate many of the features built in so we could focus on making the home ours.

We love our new home! Just wish that we didn't have to pay for some upgrades/additions that we thought should have been included in the base price. Choosing items separately significantly raised the final price of our home. I don't think that we would have as been happy with a "bare bones" home but with all the additions that we chose, we're more than happy. Also, the quality of the workmanship and materials doesn't appear to be as high of quality as our prior home.

Understand you contract before you buy.

Del Web has built me a beautiful home at a good price. Mesquite NV is turning into a great place to retire. I'm very pleased with all aspects of my purchase. Top marks to my salesman and direct Del Webb contact, Zac Spilker. Zac has been fantastic! The best, most responsive help in all regards. He really made the difference. Thank you Zac!!!

So many issues with our house would have been avoided, and given Dell Webb a great reputation if they just slowed down. So many silly mistakes : pendant light electrical not hooked up, many outlets weren't working, blinds were jammed and had to be replaced, dishwasher didn't shut so it wouldn't work, bathroom door stopped closing, surround in guest bath was cut and left a gaping hole, taping of wall is covering the trim that runs along the floor since it's obvious they are in a hurry. The most frustrating part( and actually rather deceptive), was when we were told upon purchasing that we could either buy the landscape package for $8,000 of get it way cheaper, so we opted out. Once we moved in, after 6 bids, we found out it would cost 2 times that. We called to see where the cheaper ones should be and nope. All those bids were equally doubled. We asked if we could now get the original offer and it were told no. So, we feel very, very misled, to put it mildly. I've read multiple complaints about Pulte on the neighborhood Facebook page and it's become a common occurrence to call it 'cheap', at the very least. It's a huge shock to find you have to pay $15,000 for landscaping, out of pocket, once you invest in the home and were told it would be way less than $8,000. Very deceptive. ... More

Very good experience...up front on most aspects of the purchase. One criticism would be that when we received the keys (including mailbox key) no one mentioned that mail delivery would not be at the mailbox, but instead would require trips to the post office to receive mail/USPS deliveries. This created confusion.

Cost vs quality of materials for home finishing are not too favorable. Finished appearance is good but doesn't seem too durable.

If you wish to live in Nashville area in 55plus community, this is best place for you.

Overall it has been a great experience.A couple glitches here and there but we are very happy

The major issue I have with Del Webb Pulte is follow thru on issues and the length of time to get any answer to problems I have. The people are really nice but do not seem to care since I pay cash and have legitimate issues with a few items. I love my home very much if only the little problems and issues on things Pulte does not communicate to its customers such as me.

Get an independent Inspector!! Had to submit multiple requests to get someone to address the following: Gas leak, 4 Electrical Outlets Exterior wired incorrectly, Windows not sealed completely, Garage Opener without a light, Caulking used to hide poor measuring and cutting of molding, Bathtub stained and clogged because workers used to clean their tools, Faulty Senor on Washer, Tile Floor stained with adhesive throughout the house, Toilet Makes a high-pitched noise when flushed, Tile floor in bathroom not cut straight (they came in and used caulking to cover it up, Tile Back splash in kitchen had black marks where the workers measured for cutting, Tile Back splash in kitchen unevenly installed (some are flush with the wall and others stick out), Kitchen cabinets are splitting after 45 days, ... As we are in our new home from Pulte we are seeing the REAL quality of our home. We thought we were getting a quality built home, but things like the painting on the outside & inside was a just a rushed job. The quality of the cabinets are poor, even though they were expensive. The drywall was done poorly & the grouting of the tile we are still trying to get fixed! After you close, you cannot get the person you were working with for repairs to call you back to get the work completed, our work supervisor. At this point we are totally dissatisfied with the way we are being treated.

My husband and I are happy to have our new Sun City home and have found everyone to be friendly in the process of buying it and having it built. We would have liked a larger garage and an electric stove.

Very poor craftsmanship of base board moldings and doors, nail holes not filled or sanded, caulking not smoothed or remove just painted over, very disappointed in finished detail work. Brand new house and I have to go over everything and repair it myself.

Communications with the solar vendor is lacking. Closed escrow 2 months ago and have received no feedback as to what the delay is. The "upgraded" kitchen cabinets are a disappointment. Love all the open space and walking paths. Club house looks like it is going to be outstanding.
