My son and I looked for two years at older and newer homes. We decided on a new home with a listing of the values and home plan to fit our style of living. We are loving the plan we chose because of the quality, workmanship, and price. The design center experience was fun and choices were many. We were fortunate our former home sold quickly because we were able to stay in a friend's condo in Palm Desert and visit our home and see it being built. We have moved in and things that needed attention were quickly taken care of by a professional staff of people.

Frame materials are 2nd or 3rd rate. Finish subs lack attention to details. Houses and surfaces not properly protected during construction. Home construction and finished detail selection process too fast. Community and club options great.

So far so good,our move-in has gone very well and any small issues have been taken care of promptly

Been in home for 2 months, finding little things that sub-contractors shortcut, covered over or ignored. Believe they took advantage of new to the business construction manager. Fortunately so far, I have been able to fix or repair items w/o much, if any, cost.

Most responsive warranty service I have ever experienced.

Waiting on issues to be addressed after 2 months

The process is taking much longer than i thought it would. The 5 hour drive between homes is hard on me so i have limited visiting the construction progress. Still waiting for fence and fireplace installation to be completed.

The drain located at the back of the house is always clogged after raining, and water is always puddling. We advised HOA again and were told that it is a Pulte construction issue. We just want the issue resolved.

Sales representative attentive, helpful, and not pushy. Impressed with some things in the build quality that they need to do a better job marketing, unimpressed with other things not aware of in the build. Need to make some adjustments for 55+ buyers ; like the filters for the furnace, not elderly friendly in a nine foot ceiling. Should older people be on a 9ft ladder changing the filter every month? No standard grab bars in showers and then not installed to meet Amer. Disability Act standards. Pulte Mortgage company a vey negative experience. Pulte needs to stay with building quality homes and not spread themselves so thin, with mortgage arm and insurance arm. Those experiences were very negative and sought mortgage elsewhere. ... More

We purchase our home in November and so far have been satisfied with the experience. Our Project Manager was responsive and took good care of us during the construction period. We had a long punch list of items requiring attention and they have been taken care of fairly expeditiously. On the other hand some of their policies are inflexible. They will not install dimmer switches on lights and leave all that to the homeowner. Same with ceiling fans. These are the little things that would improve the buying experience.

Our field mgr and sales agent are fantastic.. The "exception" is CPI sub.contractor who did the interior walls internet wiring - quality of their work was zero - they never tested their lines and I was forced to pay several hundred dollars to another "quality" sub contractor to fix their errors and shoddy work. That is why above Quality rating is only 4 stars.

Some materials/ wood was the least expensive was used in upgrades.

The model homes show you what you will be purchasing and the result is high quality, great value for price from a trustworthy builder; sometimes the responses to specific items on the punch list requires repeated prodding, but so far the end result is resolution and satisfaction (could be less stress if certain individuals had better communication and organizational skills). Still worth purchasing.

I'm putting my Trust in Pulte's Hands ! Our Agent, Mr. Plonski, has been Great, Every step of the way. Michael, the Builder, Did a Superb job Building the home I bought. As for any other issues, I've had with Pulte Mortgage... I'm sure these Agents were following the Pulte LLC Rules ! I'd never buy, again and use the same LLC to handle every aspect of my transaction. MS Lips , selecting materials).. does her job... to the best of her ability !!! Ms Title Agent , at Closing, doesn't have to extend herself , No need to waste time on 'Niceties or False Flattery.. Beautiful product which I’m proud to call home.

Many mistakes made with construction, material reused to correct the mistakes. Several Trim problems through out home. And many minor issues that as an owner have been corrected that shouldn’t be.

house was presented in a quality condition at closure. Everything working no issues to speak of. Constructioncrew members and sales staff were the tops.

We would like to thank LJ and Andrew in explaining the procedures and walking us through the sales and inspection process. I would definitely recommend working with LJ and Andrew, they have been more than accommodating.

If you have any choice do not observe what goes on during the construction phase, you will save yourself a lot of stress and frustration. Add several days to the promised completion day, in other words, do not plan any deliveries, any visits, any activities until after everything is completed and signed off on, and then add five days to that! Allow yourself time to do your own independent inspections.

when it comes to options that you want or is needed you must ask ask ask. they don't tell you everything that is available.

The buying process was easy, feature selection satisfied what we were looking for and the sales agent and building supervisor kept us regularly updated on build status throughout the process. We closed on schedule and the house was finished at closing.
