From the start to under roof and structurally is great, some of the trades work was average at best. On the other hand the delivered finished product left a lot to be desired! Work not complete or forgotten, house was no where near clean, horrible paint job, sanitary sewer was not hooked up to the main sewer... Screened porch, driveway, and front porch were dirty and someone had walked across these areas with muddy shoes/boots. Master bath grout was stained and dirty and drywall finish at the seat and tile where the tile meets the wall was horrific! Definitely are in need of a "Quality Control manager" ... More

Del Webb and their representatives actually become a partner in the construction and purchase of your home. They are just as concerned as I am that everything be just perfect. If it isn't, they work hard at making it so. Del Webb's staff is interested in DETAIL. It's been a pleasure and I hope our relationship continues if I have future reasons for their help. The tiniest of detail can be addressed with their customer service representative. They expedite all concerns for touch up or repair. What I like the most, is that no one has ever given me the same old answer that, "it's the best we can do" or "it's up to code, nothing we can do". I liked how they kept us up to date with the build. Our field manager was extremely efficient in that regard.

Very pleased with the overall building process and the quality of our new home.

It was a good experience all around. It's run like a well-oiled machine.

Some materials not top quality, as in baseboards, etc. Floor tile installation adequate, but not wonderful. Walls not even and/or level. More choices with hardware/faucets/light fixtures. Overall a beautiful home but I have had experience with private builders with better outcome!

We have been in our home a month and a half. We love the home...so many extras and attention to detail. Our neighborhood is really new, only about half occupied, and people are friendly and wanting to get to know one another. The construction team is great, and very helpful and responsive. The sales team did a fantastic job, and closing went smoothly.

Lots of issues with being blocked in and not able to get in and out of my driveway.

Overall, we are happy with our house. The purchase went smoothly, our salesperson, Angelia, was extremely helpful. Nikki was a great help with picking out our interior options. Our field manager, Josh, kept us calm during the building process and was great during the walk throughs. We had a few minor issues, but all were addressed quickly and to our satisfaction. We had looked at many other communities and builders before deciding to buy here. We feel that our house is a good value.

Please spend more time in your walk through so you don't have to keep calling warranty for issues.

Need to CLOSELY examine everything that is installed before closing. Most items i.e cabinets, granite etc. looks second hand.

Common grounds (entrances, clubhouse, outdoor activities area, roadways) are top notch and beautifully maintained. We found our home well supervised during construction and, upon closing, structurally sound, weathertight and attractive. Our principle concerns center around *upgraded appliances (washer/dryer, refrigerator) that are, from our perspective, substandard *woefully inadequate process (at least, on weekends) for calling in emergency situations. This stems from trying to report a leak in the irrigation systems water main. It took 2 1/2 days to get the problem resolved in its entirety. *certain, but not all, job sites are inadequately policed by supervision with respect to trash at the end of each day. Some sites are downright disgraceful; dumpsters are overflowing, raccoons are seen within the dumpsters, paper and trash blowing onto the properties of established homes and common areas. ... More

Overall nice home but the craftsmanship was terrible many do overs.....multiple times on same items.....still not remedy on paint and drywall issues.....we do understand we have time to get remedy but tile concerns electrical concerns plumbing issues....would not recommend this builder though supervisors and sales people were great, selection of upgrades and explanations were not a good experience due to lack of explanations

Very happy with the quality of our house. Everyone was very responsive durning the build process which was very helpful as we were not in the area.

The job supervisor was excellent. Always answered and fixed any concerns we had.

The home I purchased is really well built in almost every way. However, when they come across a problem that affects many if not most homeowners they tell us what we need to do to fix the problem. In particular they installed a cheap garage door that does not allow for adjustments. Yes I have spoken to multiple Experts and and I am using their words. A new home should have a secure closing garage door. We live in a windy and Sandy area and I have owned 2 other homes in the area and have never had this problem. I expect a number of us will be contacting higher Pulte management to discuss solutions to what is clearly a major problem for many homeowners and the lack of a real solution we have received. Pulte has been very good about fixing the small problems encountered, and the sales staff has been wonderful. ... More

SCP has more than met any expectations I had during the entire home purchase process. I enjoyed working with the sales staff and the Pulte Mortgage team. I continue to enjoy the decision to move on a daily basis.

This is our third Del Webb Complex that we have lived in now for 25 years. Each one namely Sun City in Tucson and Sun City West in AZ have their own particular different attributes for older folks such as size and value--hard to beat compared to the smaller complexes. But now it is time to move on. We love Frisco Lakes- the location , the brick homes to say nothing about the green grass. I consider the original Del Webb( the person) a great American when you think about the foresight he had for seniors in the 1950's

We are very pleased with our new home. There were very few items to list on our 30-day checklist for them to come back to remedy. They were very responsive during our move-in period. We would highly recommend Del Webb!

The quality of workmanship is excellent. And the price is reasonable. The Pulte Field Manager is exceptional and responds to any concerns/complaints. There was one issue. I do not believe the sales representative was upfront with us before closing. He did not let us know there would not be a refrigerator included in the price of the home. Even the sales brochure implied there would be a refrigerator. Some would say we should have known a refrigerator would not be included. However there is no need to obscure this fact from new buyers. Let's have full disclosure.

Excellent customer service for issues.

We were impressed with our field manager and the people in the sales office. The field manager answered questions and kept us informed as the building progressed. The overall house construction is quite good. More attention could have been paid to the overall planning of the cabinet placement and tile installation and details.

The actual purchase of the home was an easy process. However, the final build-out cost was more than surprising, especially after you visit the "design center." . Once you added up the charges for simple things "needed" in the home, the price skyrocketed. Ultimately, you felt as though the builder was just out to "nickle-dime" you for things truly "needed" in the home. Perhaps looking into the resales available would be a better option since you would still be in the community and have the amenities and lifestyle one was searchin for from the start. Some of the things; i.e., 10 ft. ceilings with the filters and smoke alarms up there is a bit unrealistic when you are serving an "adult" community. Changing those items could be not only dangerous but outright impossible for some folks in their late years of life! Who brings an 8 ft. ladder with them when they downsize and move into a new one story home? And, finally having a landscaped front yard for which you had no input is just plain rude. The homeowner is committed to maintaining the shrubs, trees and even the landscaping at the curb without one single choice of the foliage to be the greeting to people visiting the home. Of course, you can change the items after you move in, consulting the many, many, many pages of restrictions...but at your own very expensive cost. ... More

Cuts on trim, drywall and framing not done with precision leaving gaps that should not have been present. The garage was not cleaned despite repeated requests to remove globs of concrete, drywall mud, sawdust and drywall dust. I finally cleaned it myself. Texturing and painting were done haphazardly with blank areas and paint runs.the sprinkler system was not working correctly and required multiple calls to get corrected. Someone cleaned a paint brush in the sink leaving the sink stained. Calls to quality personal and project manager would go unanswered requiring multiple calls or calls to Tim D.,the dependable sales rep, to get them going. Areas requiring paint touch-up and additional caulking are still in need a month and a half after closing. The areas are marked with blue tape. It is an embarrassment to have guests see all the tape. The communication between supervisors and workers seems to be sorely lacking. It appears to me that there is inadequate supervision and accountability for the workers. Do not sign off on the house until all corrections are made. ... More

It would be very helpful to physically look at the lots before making a choice which to buy The appliance package is difficult to choose without knowing which models you will be getting
