smooth painless experience

We love our home and appreciate the guys who responded to take care of the items that needed tweeks. All were suberp. Only issue I have is with having to install a R/O system to our kitchen sink and frig. We were informed by our field manager, which I was very grateful for, after we purchased would have like to have been told upfront especially since I specifically asked prior to buying.

Union Park. Only downside is the landscaping. Done very cheaply. Needs improvement. My field manager Aaron in excellent. Worst part of my whole experience is Plute Mortgage.

So far my home seems very well constructed. I love it.

I was happy to have had someone living in Sun City West that could keep track of the process. There were some issues that needed addressing in my absence as I was selling my home in Wash State until I moved down in late July. I enjoyed meeting my Project Mgr and consider him a friend. I was disappointed however. I had my Realtor Rep with me as well as my friend from SC when I made my selections at the Expressions Center. I had selected to be able to pick out my granite. I was excited to get the call to come down and select it. As it turned out, it was not put into my contract. I was also not aware at the time of selection that it would cost me $800 to do this. I had my representative select it as it was unable to return so late in the game and in the midst of my sell of my home and moving. I would have agreed. What disappointed as well, was that I was charged an additional $200 to make the change in my contract. It was not my fault that I WAS NOT INFORMED OF IT at the time I completed my contract selection..I was living out of state and returned for this meeting. I called Expressions to ask why I had not heard from them regarding my selection of granite . Both of my witnesses at the expression center said they heard me say yes to granite selection and nothing saying it would be additional $800. Like I said before, I would have agreed to that as it was such a special purchase. Aside from that, someone tried to rip my fire insert out after it was put in and before the house was secured by locks. Facing was found outside in the dirt! I had to insist that a crack in my foundation running full width of my house be sealed. I had electrical outlets placed in wrong places and EVEN had some covered up by the sheet rock contractors, which was missed by foreman!! Broken window by workers took weeks to finally get replaced. The quality of craftsmanship is not what I thought it would be and what I would expect from the wonderful advertisement. I was frustrated with the sloppiness and poor work done on my ventilation system . Crooked not centered off center. The quality of some the subcontractors is suspect and need to be addressed. Numerous owners around have complained about the work on their places. I hoped I wouldn't have problems but that is not realistic. I expect that the warranties and customer service be top shelf. I realize their is a lot of homes going up! I think the project Managers have too many to handle to be able to produce the quality that you expect. We visited several Del Webb Properties before buying at Bexley. Bexley is great but I’m disappointed with the entry way. Our fountain is nowhere near the others we saw. The entryway should set the “tone” for what’s inside.

The sales staff was very helpful in helping us pick out the various fixtures, cabinets etc for our new home. We lived in New York and the construction foreman kept us informed on a weekly basis as to the progress being made, we closed on time.

Nice house for the price.

Mortgage issues - non responsive. Goes to trustworthiness. Looking back we over paid for the home. Loved the look and the decorations. Too much space and inefficient space. Workmanship is very good.

Cheap materials and workmanship; walk through more like a drive by; why bother asking when you don't respond to your respondents?

A typical new construction community. Great sales people and project managers who seem to care. But you need to be around to watch construction, because short cuts are definitely made with workers. And once the house is finished, good luck with trying to get issues resolved. Great lip service, but lots of time wasting and excuses.

Our builder did a great job keeping us informed weekly on progress of house build. He also addressed any questions or concerns we had in a timely manner. We like our new home. Only wished that we could have made a few extra changes to floor plan (add a sink, add built in shelves in showers, etc.). Pulte mortgage process was easy.

My spouse and I are thrilled with our decision to move to Frisco Lakes. We moved from Iowa to get away from the winter weather and to be closer to family in the Dallas area. It has lots to offer to make new friends and we are certainly enjoying the sunny Texas weather!

Process was easy, including setting up my mortgage with Pulte. Have had a couple issues since I moved in, but each were immediately addressed and taken care of.

Our whole experience was very pleasant from Sales Office, Our Sales Rep. Taylor to our Field Manager Todd. The Design Center has all top notch flooring, counter tops etc. All so many choices on elevations for the front of home depending on what model you choose. This is our second Pulte Home and we are glad that we did chose Pulte again. The area Tradition Area of Port St Lucie is up and coming.

Hello, overall the experience has been get. The only thing that I really do not like is the time it takes for warranty issues to be addressed and completed. I waited for one month for a closet issue to he fixed and when the issue was finally addressed the closet subcontractor spent 1.5 hrs fixing the issue. The second thing is your subcontractors take forever to schedule a day and time when they can come out to make a repair. I have an electrical light switch inside of a restroom that gets stuck and the subcontractor will be out to fix it for two weeks and it has to be in the middle of the workday when he can make it to my house. I have to miss work in order to get one light switch fixed. ... More

As soon as we came into the Del Webb community sales office we were sure this was the place for us. We have not been disappointed with our decision. Great 55+ community with plenty of events to meet people, fantastic facilities, and membership use of the Grande Dunes Ocean Club facilities. Wonderful walk and bike paths, exercise room, indoor & outdoor pools, tennis & pickleball courts. Pulte/Del Webb has been very responsive to the few minor items that needed addressing.

This was the first time my husband and I had built a house from scratch and Del Webb couldn’t have been more helpful. From the initial application process through the actual construction of the house and finally settlement they were always there for us making the whole experience easy and enjoyable.

Overall very pleased with the maintenance service orders submitted. Scheduler and crew responded promptly and did excellent job. Workmanship can be improved. Several places such as granite top, concrete surfaces are "rough". Plumbing - so far good. The only item feels very disappointed is the kitchen vent hood. The 36" vent hood from Whirlpool can only provides draft on one side because of the weak motor and the motor being mounted on one side only (verified and replied from Whirlpool). This leaves the other 2 1/2 gas burners on the cook top essentially "smoke" and useless to a certain extent. ... More

Quality is the best, and follow up since purchase has been 5 star!!!

We were told thinks by the salesperson that were not true Workers only care to check off their job. They would paint over anything just to check off their job. We still have crooked walls, bad sparkling, would floors that have many lose areas. There would have been many more thinks wrong if I did not throw a fit before we move in

All employees were extremely helpful, courtesy and responsive to all our questions throughout the whole process
