My field mgr. was wonderful! He addressed any and all of my problems. Although I know this is not a custom built home, I believe the level of craftsmanship could be better, especially on the finish work. Some of the problems I incurred were small but should have been seen as the work was being done...not by the homeowner. That goes for inside and outside. Bottom line.....I love my home and love living in Del Webb!

The whole process of building a house with Pulte at Sun City was very frustrating! Nobody was responsible for anything and we were constantly ignored: no pre-drywall walk through either even if they clearly states it as one of two they do and we sent them MANY emails and texts! The only person who tried to make things better was Jon, our last field supervisor. But he came after the house was completed. A few days after we closed on the house, there was water leak from the ceiling, but the supervisor for plumbing said ‘it happens’!

Due to the highly strict HOA's (you wouldn't let us put up a very nice wrought iron fence for our dog until we could get the permanent one installed), we decided we are just too old to live by so many stringent rules. The wife in the household was treated like a 2nd class citizen when she came to view the home by the salesperson at Sun City. Mary, with Pulte Homes, was excellent.

Pulte builds a very low quality home for the $600,000 we paid. Their field managers and others should only be working in $200,000 markets.

We have been very pleased with the process of buying and building our Pulte Home in Del Webb. From our salesperson, to our builder, to our warranty person, everyone has been a pleasure to deal with. The community is friendly and beautiful!

It is better if you are close to where the home is being built to stay on top of the project

Excellent customer service, knowledgeable agents that listened to the requests I had to find just the right home for me. The area is beautiful.

Overall the home buying experience was great until we did the final walkthrough and noticed many deficiencies with the tile work in both bathrooms. The response has been slow.

We got the quality we expected given the very reasonable price and we are now happily living in it with no issues. When you consider the included amenities the home is a steal.

I am very happy with my new home. I purchased an inventory home, but if I were building from scratch I would have upgraded the appliances.

Lots of great floor plans are available and the building process and timetable were just as promised!

We have purchase and close on four previous homes, the last was in 2005 a Del Webb-Solera house in San Tan Valley, AZ. without any problems. The Sun City-Peachtree Sales Office staff hijack the closing with demands and threats! The trustworthiness, 1 star rating refers to the sales office staff, only.

small problems and issues are fixed quickly.. unique and bigger problems are a time consuming process which needs to be modified to resolve them in a more timely fashion. fixing paint, drywall, pavers are not a problem. When the builder has to send their customer care manager to look, then rep from the construction company comes to take a second look. and then a third review by the manufacturer has to be done its a long process that needs attention. My issue Oct. identify a problem with all appliances. skip to Dec. and still waiting for what and when it will be fixed.

Was an excellent experience while house was being built. Chad our supervisor was excellent. The workers seemed to take care of any and all things. I do have an issue with the landscape people. Once they put in a very sparse space and problems came up they ignored all my needs to fix the items that had problems. I had to pay someone outside to take care of the problems. Lastly - The response on fixing things after we owned the house is less then adequate.

My wife and I believe our new home represents a good value for the price, allowing us to move into the type of community we preferred. Our building manager communicated with us weekly via texts, phone calls and videos, and has been responsive to our questions and concerns both pre- and post-closing

Overall, I am very satisfied with my Del Webb home. There were a couple of issues that should have been caught during the final inspection by the builder, such as no 240 volt service to the oven due to the power line being cut and the dishwasher not secured to the kitchen cabinet opening. They have been very responsive in addressing issues.

New homes always seem to need some degree of "tweaking" after one moves in, and Pulte has been responsive to our requests, with only one exception, which we hope will be addressed soon.

The workmanship is poor concerning the straightness of any wall, closet or woodwork and the painting is sloppy. But we are happy with the floor plan, the responsiveness of our field agent and the friendliness of the community.

The houses are good but there are many things not finished well inside the house, and although they have people to solve the situation, they are late to solve or do nothing.

We love our new home! We love the community! The overall home buying experience was very good. There are opportunities for greatness, however. Tracy, our sales rep, was amazing. Professional and knowledgeable every step of the way. She helped made the process smooth and delightful and instilled confidence in us. The options selection was the area of biggest concern for us. You have to be an informed buyer. Most of the build quality issues could make this an amazing experience. Some are related to skill and oversight and others are related to materials. The after care of issues was great At first. Then it was the don't contact me ,call so and so, after that it was need to be reviewed, and so on. Still waiting. Was suppose to receive paint samples ,got a small can of paint with"semi gloss" on it. No color name or code Then was sent a paint chart with names and numbers but didn't tell you which colors went where. The inside paint work was very pooy done, some baseboards weren't even painted . Had a outside water valve stick. Was taken care of promptly

We love our Del a Webb home and the community. So much to offer. Well built home. Our only problem was Pulte mortgage. They were awful. Do not use them. Should have paid cash and saved ourselves a lot of stress.
