Our build process was painless - our sales person sent us pics every Sunday. Home was completed earlier than originally scheduled and looks beautiful!

The quality of people that we have had the pleasure to work with during the selection and purchase of our new home has really been great. Tim, Tessa and Ashlee have all been knowledgeable professionals, very courteous and patient. When we would ask them to do something for us or have a question, they were always prompt and courteous in their response. Great people doing a great job!

We got a lot for what we paid. It is value priced for retirement. Good enough to last and affordable enough to enjoy and not over stretch our budget. The options were fantastic, although pricey. If you are on a tight budget, the basic package is just fine!

Chad and David are terrific. Easy to work with and so very helpful.

We moved in to our new home and it flooded with grey water the first day we were in because a fitting was lodged in the mail drain. That was September 5th. They had to saw out a 4'x4' section out of our slab. They did recapture exhaust from the saw and our house was FILLED with the dust of the concrete so bad that you couldn't see across the hall and all of the smoke alarms were going off. In fact all of the smoke alarms were full of the dust. They fought us regarding clean up every step of the way. And we still do not have our clothes, sheets or towels back. It has been 5 weeks. If it hadn't been for Service Masters we would still be in a hotel. THE WORST customer service I have ever experienced. ... More

Quality workmanship and value!

In my opinion this is a cheap home. What are considered upgrades are really subpar accessories to the house. They push you in the beginning to make choices that are not changeable. I noticed subpar framing strips in the home prior to putting sheetrock up. Our flooring that we picked at the design center was different than what we saw on the flooring a home that was almost finished. We had a hard time changing it had to be done at their time instantly caused us to make a bad choice. Put down pavers then painted house. Paint all over pavers want them replaced so far nothing. Air-conditioning was not working right had them have someone come out. AC 2as 1-1/2 pounds low on coolant. System was not set up. Tech that came had to do it. We had lived like this for a month. Can't wait to see our electric bill. Cabinet drawer fronts are all loose. called in about it would only replace one. told we have to live with others. Sprinkler system not working correctly even after tech has looked at it. Its just a subpar home cheaply made. Del Webb/Pulte is a difficult company to work with. No is their favorite answer and want money for changes. The stockholders of this company I am sure are happy with all the money they are making using cheap products. Got my money should be happy. I guess after they read this they will pat themselves on the back and consider it well done ... More

Very happy with help from our sales representative and the field construction supervisor. We had prompt follow up to questions and concerns and resolution to our satisfaction. Natalie and Matt were a pleasure to work with. The neighborhood is great, will be better when all construction is complete, neighbors are friendly and helpful.

Over all, we are very satisfied with the building process of our Del Webb home. If I had to make a critique I would say that given the 55 and over age range of the community, there are some things that could be a little more age friendly within the home, and I would have like to have seen a little more flexibility in the finishes selection process. Examples: I wanted the microwave moved to the lower cabinet next to the fridge and I wanted the white subway tile but with gray grout. They could do neither of those.

Great design and some nice touches, but appliances and some of the workmanship is definitely low end.

I don’t think it’s as much Del Webb’s or Pulte’s issue that I didn’t give 5 stars for all. It’s more an issue with the subs and the quality of their work. Webb needs to hold them more accountable in my humble opinion!

We moved for the lifestyle but disappointed in quality of the construction. In a $500,000+ home, one would expect a certain amount of quality. Upgraded brushed nickel hardware does not include towel rods or toilet paper holders. If you upgrade the kitchen vent to include a wooden shroud, you lose the upgraded vent and are given a cheap noisy vent with two 30 watt bulbs (no LED lights or quiet vent fan). By the way, the design center did not advise us about this switcharoo. Thank goodness we had a great field manager for the construction but the tradesmen (framers, sheet rock, plumbers, painter, trim people etc) are so rushed and do not care if things are not right because someone else will fix it, wasting our time and much aggravation. Turf was brought to the house but was not installed or watered for 2-3 days in 103+ degree heat. Surprise, some of the turf died and still needs to be replaced. We have been here 2 months and have not met a single person who has not had a multitude of similar problems. Pulte just wants to slap up a house in the shortest time and for the most part doesn't care if the customer is happy. If there were another builder to choose from with the same type of Del Webb lifestyle, choose them without hesitation. The sales people want to help but the sales manager could care less about the customer. He just wants to sell the house, make his profit and move on. When I told him these houses were being built too fast which is why there are so many problems, his response was they are "not building fast enough". If you don't want to put up with these headaches, choose another location. Sun City Del Webb is not the place for you. The people that are now living here are great and we have developed many good friends in our neighborhood. ... More

We moved into our new home August 20th and immediately felt at home. Nice neighbors, good house and great location. Definitely a winning combination...

Great purchase experience, poor follow through with all the repairs and corrections needed. Flooring has splintered at every joint and we have been waiting for 5 weeks for a Shaw manufacturers rep to come look at it. OUR contract is with Pulte NOT the flooring manufacturer. Pulte needs to step up and make it right. There are several other issues that have been an issue for weeks.

We live out of state and were unable to have on-site viewing as our home was being built. Our Field Supervisor was great about sending us pictures, and calling to talk with us about the progress of the construction. When we came for the final walk-through and signing, we were so happy to see we had a lovely, well-built home. We still are not moved in yet, but have had an opportunity to spend some time in our new home. Everything works as it should, and the few issues that we had were addressed right away and resolved satisfactorily. We have met neighbors, used the pool, gym, etc., and are eager to move into our new community (hopefully within the next few months). We are confident that we will love it! ... More

Overall satisfaction. Our field manager has been very responsive to any problems that cropped up and there have been a few. Lots of home construction going on in the Northeast Florida area and contractors are hard to deal with when they have plenty of work. I understand that, but when you but a new home you want perfection. Overall we are satisfied. Probably more than satisfied because Del Webb gives great value.

We recently purchased a home in a Del Webb community! Construction and design were completed on time! Workmanship was superior! We couldn’t be happier! The unique floor plan we chose is perfect for us! We recommend you view their models and you will find your dream home too!

Our project manager was on top of the building process from start to finish. Our pre drywall tour was informative and amazing as every aspect of the house was displayed and discussed. Our final walk through with him was detailed and a couple of minor flaws were corrected within a couple of hours.

Great place, people are friendly and welcoming. Common areas/grounds are beautifully maintained. So many activities to keep you involved and social. Love the community.

We bought the coffered ceilings in gathering room and pulte refused to paint them as per model. I understand custom paint in model but we paid for the upgraded ceiling and didn't get it. John flatly refused.

I bought in a senior community, but there are no accommodations for seniors in the house. As a few examples, the cabinets are close to 7 feet high. Shower heads have no adjustment for height and there are no grab bars.

Everything was done exactly as requested and our Building Rep Jacob was just wonderful. We loved Allen too. They both responded quickly to any questions or requests we had. I am very happy with our beautiful home. Even the construction workers were respectful to the current owners.

Our home done on time or ahead of schedule.... only ray of light in the Hilton Head Sun City hierarchy was my Building Mgr.... everyone else couldn't care less on what you wanted or what you NEEDED. Once in, the building contractor - building the new home next door... totally disrespectful of my NEW property and started work before 7:30 am with men all over the house.... garbage on the lot and the street. Working on my brand new lawn.... and blocking the street and driveway. Now, the landscape contractor that you are forced to pay for on the north side... is doing the worst job (for everyone) possible.... sorry I gave away and didn't bring any of my LAWN care items... since it was supposed to be taken care of... HA! ... More

Everything as they said it would be. They send picture during the construction since we were in other state. Haven't met any unhappy neighbors with anything. If your unhappy with something in your home there right there to do there best to please you. More than HAPPY!
