Poor workmanship and lack of response to fix and complete construction.

Do not close until the house is complete and all construction issues have been corrected. I closed 45 days ago and nothing has been done to correct the sloppy issues I.e. broken window, flooring damaged by construction workers, siding not finished, incomplete trim work, incomplete interior and exterior paint, correct appliances, carpeting installation issues. These are not a complete list.

Our experience wasn't the most pleasant. We found that communication lacked from the foreman of our build and that he didn't follow through. Many things weren't done at closing and getting them to make any exceptions wasn't possible. They point to one another and act as a huge conglomerate. Months after closing we still don't have some of the "upgraded" things we paid for in this build.

Very substandard finishes. Corners aren't square. Grouts aren't sealed. Windows have gaps. Terrible, terrible finish.

Moved in. Probably the worst workmanship I've seen. Corners aren't square. Windows have wind blowing through the sides. Stucco has big cracks forming on the outside. The guest bath has full blockage of rocks and mortar 2' inside the wall. We try to get them to come out and fix, but they can NEVER accommodate our work schedules. They want us to take work off to accommodate their schedules, to fix the crappy work they did. We have been lied to since the beginning. Additional golf course and club house we were told they were building - apparently Pulte knew as far back as 2017 that was not going to happen. Final punch list has barely been touched, Pulte didn't even do touch up paint! Still waiting on several items like mirrors! Even our pavers are the wrong color - we picked grey and got red, Pulte's response; 'we pick the color!' This is our 5th new build, so we know the process and do not have unreasonable expectations. Home was not finished at closing

Started down hill from the beginning builder demanded full 20% down then floated on $75000 for 12 months until house was closed. We live on our investments and a minimum of 10% $7500 of our income was lost. Poor finish work (especially the tile work)

Much is made of Pulte process and quality. But the subs used to do the finish work, at least on the Albuquerque Mirehaven Phase 4 Del Webb development, were slap dash with little pride of workmanship. There is always time to come back (often more than once) and do it again, rather than doing it right and with quality the first time. The most concerning part is on more than a few occasions attempts were made to cover up the mistakes. Throughout the process there were things that should have been red flags and not addressed. Now I’m in the house with multiple issues and no resolution as to when or if they will be resolved. I get tossed from one person to the next and my problem never gets fixed. Been in house a month and TOLD It will be another month for an appointment and not all will be fixed on first go around. Well the community the people living there the amenities are great but the building process is very disappointing brace yourselves for a lot of frustration .

Very poor fit and finish. Many areas needed to be caulk after move in. The floor is uneven and has many loose planks. When issues are raised it takes a long time to get fixed. Example: we have owned the house for two months and we are still waiting for areas of the cabinets to be painted and rain down spouts. I have also waited for 4 and 8 hours for people to come fix issues and they do not show.

After the close, very poor service

First, I was never told that I would only have 5 feet of backyard, even though home owners are to have 15 feet. I also was not told I cannot expand patio to the side yard, which I have a lot of. Second, my project manager was transferred right after the final walkthrough. Items discussed at the walkthrough, though he said he would do before he left, he did not. Third, normally no response to emails with problems after closing. It's great to be told you have a warranty, it's another thing to be acted on. Thankfully, my neighbors are great!

This builder doesn't take the greatest of care in building their homes. When I moved in the house had paint/caulk/drywall on the wood floors, backsplash, windows, etc. There are still cigarette butts in my backyard as well as other debris was left. This is obviously everything I can see. I'm hoping more care was taken behind the walls

Microwave/oven doesn’t match other appliances and doesn’t fit in the slot. Cupboards were never adjusted and there are gaps, etc. Thomas was not caring or personable at all. Bowed walls in some rooms. Window screens have screens not attached in frame. Careless work on most things.

Extremely dishonest sales staff. Promises were made and not kept. The day we walked our home, and paid the initial deposit, there were stainless steal appliances. The day we closed and received our keys the stainless steel appliances had been removed and replaced with downgraded black appliances. Extremely sad and disappointed with our experience.

There are major issues with this house, including poor workmanship and missing hardware. When I report these things to customer service, either I’m told to be patient or am totally ignored. It feels like Pulte is trying to run out the clock of the one year warranty. It also seems now that they have my money, they’re walking away and leaving me with a house that wasn’t built well.

Building a new home should be fun, but this experience was awful. The workers were unskilled laborers who couldn’t speak English and left garbage everywhere. We have crooked walls, paint on the floors, garbage in the attic, crooked wall switches, frayed carpet entering the bedrooms, We are missing mirrors, towel racks, bathroom hardware, and need our doors re-keyed for our front door. Pulte’s representatives say anything to appease, but don’t resolve any issues. They make excuses. We paid way too much money for this home and would never buy from them again.

Overall poor build quality. Unable to resolve issues. Nothing but promises. You are better off fixing things yourself. Contractors don't care and Pulte Homes is fine with this attitude. They have a broken quality control system.

We had 3 field managers in a span of 6 weeks. We did a walk through a week before closing and when we closed nothing had been done and the place was filthy. Also, after nearly two months since closing we are waiting for the any items from our punch list to be addressed.
