Overall nice home but the craftsmanship was terrible many do overs.....multiple times on same items.....still not remedy on paint and drywall issues.....we do understand we have time to get remedy but tile concerns electrical concerns plumbing issues....would not recommend this builder though supervisors and sales people were great, selection of upgrades and explanations were not a good experience due to lack of explanations

Very happy with the quality of our house. Everyone was very responsive durning the build process which was very helpful as we were not in the area.

The job supervisor was excellent. Always answered and fixed any concerns we had.

The home I purchased is really well built in almost every way. However, when they come across a problem that affects many if not most homeowners they tell us what we need to do to fix the problem. In particular they installed a cheap garage door that does not allow for adjustments. Yes I have spoken to multiple Experts and and I am using their words. A new home should have a secure closing garage door. We live in a windy and Sandy area and I have owned 2 other homes in the area and have never had this problem. I expect a number of us will be contacting higher Pulte management to discuss solutions to what is clearly a major problem for many homeowners and the lack of a real solution we have received. SCP has more than met any expectations I had during the entire home purchase process. I enjoyed working with the sales staff and the Pulte Mortgage team. I continue to enjoy the decision to move on a daily basis.

This is our third Del Webb Complex that we have lived in now for 25 years. Each one namely Sun City in Tucson and Sun City West in AZ have their own particular different attributes for older folks such as size and value--hard to beat compared to the smaller complexes. But now it is time to move on. We love Frisco Lakes- the location , the brick homes to say nothing about the green grass. I consider the original Del Webb( the person) a great American when you think about the foresight he had for seniors in the 1950's

We are very pleased with our new home. There were very few items to list on our 30-day checklist for them to come back to remedy. They were very responsive during our move-in period. We would highly recommend Del Webb!

The quality of workmanship is excellent. And the price is reasonable. The Pulte Field Manager is exceptional and responds to any concerns/complaints. There was one issue. I do not believe the sales representative was upfront with us before closing. He did not let us know there would not be a refrigerator included in the price of the home. Even the sales brochure implied there would be a refrigerator. Some would say we should have known a refrigerator would not be included. However there is no need to obscure this fact from new buyers. Let's have full disclosure.

Excellent customer service for issues.

We were impressed with our field manager and the people in the sales office. The field manager answered questions and kept us informed as the building progressed. The overall house construction is quite good. More attention could have been paid to the overall planning of the cabinet placement and tile installation and details.

The actual purchase of the home was an easy process. However, the final build-out cost was more than surprising, especially after you visit the "design center." . Once you added up the charges for simple things "needed" in the home, the price skyrocketed. Ultimately, you felt as though the builder was just out to "nickle-dime" you for things truly "needed" in the home. Perhaps looking into the resales available would be a better option since you would still be in the community and have the amenities and lifestyle one was searchin for from the start. Some of the things; i.e., 10 ft. ceilings with the filters and smoke alarms up there is a bit unrealistic when you are serving an "adult" community. Changing those items could be not only dangerous but outright impossible for some folks in their late years of life! Who brings an 8 ft. ladder with them when they downsize and move into a new one story home? And, finally having a landscaped front yard for which you had no input is just plain rude. The homeowner is committed to maintaining the shrubs, trees and even the landscaping at the curb without one single choice of the foliage to be the greeting to people visiting the home. Of course, you can change the items after you move in, consulting the many, many, many pages of restrictions...but at your own very expensive cost. ... More

Cuts on trim, drywall and framing not done with precision leaving gaps that should not have been present. The garage was not cleaned despite repeated requests to remove globs of concrete, drywall mud, sawdust and drywall dust. I finally cleaned it myself. Texturing and painting were done haphazardly with blank areas and paint runs.the sprinkler system was not working correctly and required multiple calls to get corrected. Someone cleaned a paint brush in the sink leaving the sink stained. Calls to quality personal and project manager would go unanswered requiring multiple calls or calls to Tim D.,the dependable sales rep, to get them going. Areas requiring paint touch-up and additional caulking are still in need a month and a half after closing. The areas are marked with blue tape. It is an embarrassment to have guests see all the tape. The communication between supervisors and workers seems to be sorely lacking. It appears to me that there is inadequate supervision and accountability for the workers. Do not sign off on the house until all corrections are made. ... More

It would be very helpful to physically look at the lots before making a choice which to buy The appliance package is difficult to choose without knowing which models you will be getting

smooth painless experience

We love our home and appreciate the guys who responded to take care of the items that needed tweeks. All were suberp. Only issue I have is with having to install a R/O system to our kitchen sink and frig. We were informed by our field manager, which I was very grateful for, after we purchased would have like to have been told upfront especially since I specifically asked prior to buying.

Union Park. Only downside is the landscaping. Done very cheaply. Needs improvement. My field manager Aaron in excellent. Worst part of my whole experience is Plute Mortgage.

So far my home seems very well constructed. I love it.

I was happy to have had someone living in Sun City West that could keep track of the process. There were some issues that needed addressing in my absence as I was selling my home in Wash State until I moved down in late July. I enjoyed meeting my Project Mgr and consider him a friend. I was disappointed however. I had my Realtor Rep with me as well as my friend from SC when I made my selections at the Expressions Center. I had selected to be able to pick out my granite. I was excited to get the call to come down and select it. As it turned out, it was not put into my contract. I was also not aware at the time of selection that it would cost me $800 to do this. I had my representative select it as it was unable to return so late in the game and in the midst of my sell of my home and moving. I would have agreed. What disappointed as well, was that I was charged an additional $200 to make the change in my contract. It was not my fault that I WAS NOT INFORMED OF IT at the time I completed my contract selection..I was living out of state and returned for this meeting. I called Expressions to ask why I had not heard from them regarding my selection of granite . Both of my witnesses at the expression center said they heard me say yes to granite selection and nothing saying it would be additional $800. Like I said before, I would have agreed to that as it was such a special purchase. Aside from that, someone tried to rip my fire insert out after it was put in and before the house was secured by locks. Facing was found outside in the dirt! I had to insist that a crack in my foundation running full width of my house be sealed. I had electrical outlets placed in wrong places and EVEN had some covered up by the sheet rock contractors, which was missed by foreman!! Broken window by workers took weeks to finally get replaced. The quality of craftsmanship is not what I thought it would be and what I would expect from the wonderful advertisement. I was frustrated with the sloppiness and poor work done on my ventilation system . Crooked not centered off center. The quality of some the subcontractors is suspect and need to be addressed. Numerous owners around have complained about the work on their places. I hoped I wouldn't have problems but that is not realistic. I expect that the warranties and customer service be top shelf. I realize their is a lot of homes going up! I think the project Managers have too many to handle to be able to produce the quality that you expect. My previous home was custom and I enjoyed it for 23 years. I am going to enjoy my home here but hopefully my feedback will help you to do a better job of selecting contractors, thank you ... More

We visited several Del Webb Properties before buying at Bexley. Bexley is great but I’m disappointed with the entry way. Our fountain is nowhere near the others we saw. The entryway should set the “tone” for what’s inside.

The sales staff was very helpful in helping us pick out the various fixtures, cabinets etc for our new home. We lived in New York and the construction foreman kept us informed on a weekly basis as to the progress being made, we closed on time.

Nice house for the price.

Mortgage issues - non responsive. Goes to trustworthiness. Looking back we over paid for the home. Loved the look and the decorations. Too much space and inefficient space. Workmanship is very good.

Cheap materials and workmanship; walk through more like a drive by; why bother asking when you don't respond to your respondents?

A typical new construction community. Great sales people and project managers who seem to care. But you need to be around to watch construction, because short cuts are definitely made with workers. And once the house is finished, good luck with trying to get issues resolved. Great lip service, but lots of time wasting and excuses.

Our builder did a great job keeping us informed weekly on progress of house build. He also addressed any questions or concerns we had in a timely manner. We like our new home. Only wished that we could have made a few extra changes to floor plan (add a sink, add built in shelves in showers, etc.). Pulte mortgage process was easy.
