That this is not a typical Del Webb property. Nothing i experienced at other properties are here. Wish the sales agent had told me that the facilties would not be like other Del Webbs. No food at club house. No dog park. Not many events for folks to meet

The lack of communication during and after construction was, and continues to be, very unprofessional. The sales person was great, but the people handling the mortgage and title were careless in their work with us (especially when it came time for the wire transfer) and that created a very stressful situation for us as buyers. We were one of the initial "so called VIP buyers". There are very few positive things to say about the entire process. Sales initially offered inferior lots with homes they had no experience building. The slab was poured in the rain. The unprotected (no felt covering) OSB on the roof was drenched from constant rain. This resulted in the edges swelling and parts of it had to be replaced just before closing. Too many things were done wrong and the workers had to come back numerous times to fix major items. Poor quality of the work from the subcontractors

The contractors appear to have no interest in taking pride in their work. They seem to have the attitude that they needed to get the work done and move on to the next home, with little to no oversight from the builder. Our home was not move-in ready on the closing date. There were many, many issues. The sewer was backing up on the walk through and wasn't fixed until a week after we closed, which was nine days after closing. The design center was a horrible experience although everyone was friendly. I’m a design with my own business for 25 years. I found out after the house was being constructed that I had t seen many options fir such things as doors, cabinet doors etc. I also found the pricing way out of line with the industry .

The materials and workmanship are poor. The model homes are immaculate a setup for the bait-and-switch. Prefab walls studs are so twisted and useless sistering with scrap pieces are needed to attach drywall. Foundations are rushed and crack with relief cuts put in too late. Plaster and paint is rough and flawed. The homes outside fit and finish is also poor with visible damage that Pulte turns a blind eye to. I was excited to learn that Del Webb included two zone HVAC systems with loft purchase. Ability to control temperatures between floors was key to my decision to purchase a loft. Had I known the two-zone control did not work or at best was ineffective in controlling temperatures between main floor and loft, I would not have invested in the loft. Thermostat in loft is always set to 68 degrees, yet temperature reaches 80 degrees, generally 6-7 degrees higher than main floor thermostat. Don’t buy a Pulte home in Sun city

Terrible workmanship. Quick dry concrete and mortar is used. After it rains an ugly white stain will appear on the foundation and mortar. Builder not responsible. Bowed walls, missing texture on corners, shelf in laundry room missing, sloppy painting on doors, sprinkler head in neighbors yard. I ordered a brick based on an existing house. The bricks on my house have divots/holes. The house I based my brick decision on does not have holes. My house looks like it’s 100 years old and was in a war zone. DO NOT BUILD A DEL WEB PLUTE HOME! This is my 8th new construction build and hands down the worse experience. Starting with my first salesperson who was so untrained and incompetent that I started looking at existing homes. A homeowner recommended a different sales person. He was very knowledgeable, but did not share complete information. This is advertised as a Dell Webb 55 community.
