Salesperson: Was good, however too many omissions. Things were found after the purchase that we should have been told on advance. Design center: Julie was very through in explaining everything, and very helpful in suggesting and/or recommending selections that fit out style and desires. Construction manager: Chris, was very proactive in his communication, and response time. He was very informative when asked questions about the construction. Closing: The closing was smooth and quick. We only had a few questions which were readily and clearly answered, so we could move forward without any issues. We did a final walk through prior to closing, however, you need to live in the house for several weeks or more, before you can discover any problems that you might have have. While the home has a "soup to nuts" warranty on it for the first year, there is quite a bit of "pushback & excuses" from the builders representative's, which is very disturbing. Speaking with other residents that we have met in our short time here, the general consensus is that while they build a nice home, the quality of the finish work, and they way your issues are addressed, leave not only something to be desired, but also a bad taste in your mouth. What should have been one of the most exciting moments in our lives, retiring and building a "brand new" home, has turned into a frustrating, aggravating, and disappointing experience. Many areas of sloppy painting. Paint specs left on floor and bathroom appliances. One of the crown moldings has sub-par wood that was just painted over. Doors not lined up to operate correctly. Divot in dishwasher door. One by one major items are being corrected. Overall happy with the house but expected better workmanship.

the work was done by non speaking English so they couldn't read all my change orders so I,can't give a good rating on work man's hip way too many major mistakes!!

Structural quality is very basic. Architectural interior are average, plumbing fixtures and shower are average quality, carpets are lower quality and are being replaced, outside water displacement is marginal and erosion control is marginal to poor. Otherwise we hope that we will enjoy the house.

I moved from out of state and everyone was so helpful and kind. The home is everything I hoped for and more. The community is fabulous!

the home and lot are beautiful

Thought this would be a better product based on what we have heard. Just another penny pinching mass built home. Small details that would not cost much to include ignored. Pretty low grade materials. Walls aren't even square. Just moving in and already kind of disappointed.

I was surprised by how many issues we had that in my opinion could have been avoided with better quality contractors. We are now moved in and expect to find the odd issue which to date the warranty person has handled very well. Our field manager Preston was great, wished he’d been involved from the beginning. Pulte not well organised

We were surprised at how easy and efficiently the home was planned and built. The process was definitely made easier and more stress free by our building supervisor . He kept us up to date and dealt with any issues that came up. Overall we were very happy with the process and felt we got very good value for our money.

Total lack of attention to details. Subcontractors are more concern to getting the job done fast with many errors. Which needs to repair at later date. In summary we paid custom home prices for a tract home.

We are very happy with our complete home buying experience. Our walk throughs before closing with S. were helpful with the operation of all the new systems. Our phone calls were answered promply and every question and concern was addressed. It has been one month and we are at home. Except one thing -- light switches! It's always the last try that turns on the right light, but we're getting better at it.

Our experience with Del Webb was outstanding. This is the third home we've built and Del Webb is the best home builder by far.

Very hard to get things repaired. My drive is cracked, which I know they did it. And they keep telling me I have to put it in at the 11 month. Why so they can put me off and I have to live with a cracked and cement dropping driveway. I don't believe they will ever fix it. They will keep on putting me off. Surprise!!!! I'm not going away.

Repairs have been slow, if at all at this point. Still waiting on repairs to be perform. Some construction is very good but other installations are poorly done (shade installed 8 inches short, kitchen shelves that collapse).

The quality of the home is excellent and the professional crew and staff are top notch during the whole process

Our experience with Del Webb was generally good except for an instance of their trying to charge for a change order which was necessitated by their mistake. Utilmatelly the charge was removed.

Nice people - overwhelmed, not trained for positions held, sub contractors skill set is severely lacking. Communication between what was agreed to in contract and construction has gaps.

I am a disappointed that I can hear walking from the unit above me. I was told that the "great" construction would prevent that. I may need to move. Not great responses from follow up work.

Closing comments regarding our buildout experience!!! Let me start by saying following our first introduction to and with our building Superintendent we have had the upmost confidence in his abilities and commitment to deliver the best quality to the buildout of our home. He has both met and exceeded our expectation all along the buildout process. In addition we offer our upmost confidence in our Warranty Services Mgr. his abilities and commitment to deliver the best quality follow up on all the issues left behind the buildout process. Our initial introduction to/with our Building Superintendent expressed our expectations for this build out and that was/is “ in Life and Work commitments should be “Do it Right the First Time”, we tolerate followup repairs to mistakes and less than Craftsmanship! *Pulte as a builder you should be embarrassed with the lack or care/quality tolerated/reinforced in your building process! As an example we experience a leak in our roof through a faulty roof vent shroud, just weeks into our build out completion, and sadly the roofing contractor who came to repair the faulty installation said,” this was not an uncommon leak experience” We payed extra time and attention to every phase of this build out, and documented months of mistakes and followup repairs, definitely not following our expectation for “Do it Right the First Time! Again complementing Our Build Out Supervisor for accepting our e-mails identifying issues we brought to his attention and his response back to us along the buildout with his followup to correct these issues. *A majority of your subs did not have that commitment/craftsmanship to “ do it Right the First Time”, as examples by your window system distributor/installers did not take any care, time or effort in installing our extremely expensive ( High Impact Window systems @ $10,000+ ) that being said, on a majority every window system was damaged. Your drywall installers missed/covered over by majority ( 10 at last count ) wall light switches/sockets, A/C vents and a Stereo Speaker. 1. Window system damaged, Front Bedroom Replaces 2. Four (4) Unexposed A/Vents , MBR closet air Kitchen Air & Den air, 2nd Bathroom vent fan unexposed 3. Family room Speaker unexposed 4. Cafe/Kitchen electrical outlet unexposed. 5. Laundry Room light switch unexposed 6. Front porch and hall light switch unexposed and extensive damage ( 5 cuts in our dry wall in attempt to find our wall switch ) 7. Lawn and shrubs installed on 6-4 & 6-5’19 and little to No Watering schedule was set up for the next week, shrubs & lawn began to wither/die! Our Complement to the commitment to excellence from your Tile installers, Finish carpentry and Painters as well your Post Closing Warranty Service Mgr. & trades being committed to correcting the mistakes/lack of craftsmanship your buildout trades offer during their phase of construction! Our complements for tile, trim and plumbing ie: Master shower, 2nd Bathroom, Back splash and Whole house Floor, Crown molding and Trim given we made a big investment ( $25,000 ) in tiling our entire home. ... Overall good quality home; however standard quality of kitchen and bathroom cabinets, floors, gate is mediocre at best. Option upgrades are overpriced and force the buyer into doing projects themselves after closing that ends up saving tens of thousand of dollars.

The home selection process was very efficient and once the home was ordered, the construction execution was amazingly fast and efficient. Our home is awesome and we are thrilled!

Chase is outstanding! Great attention to detail and follow up.
