Del Webb utilizes inexpensive finishes. Quality of build comparable to spec home. Home build time rushed. Communication horrible. Lack of follow through or don’t respond at all to questions regarding home - community. Upgrade charges inflated. Upgraded master shower and secondary bath shower, at almost same upgrade charge. Secondary bath half the size and half the material, did not get what we paid for. Shower head second bath not even mounted on tile surface, instead mounted to drywall. You must hire your own Home Inspector because there are serious mistakes being made by builder in this subdivision that is serious. Pultegroup needs to make some big changes in construction quality as it is poor

Very disappointing experience. Very misleading sales practice. Very inflexible and rather unfair throughout process.
