My wife and I are extremely pleased with our new home and highly recommend others to come find their dream home at Sun City Hilton Head South Carolina.

Building materials are the bare minimum quality.. I was told that the only thing they cared was going to be that the house was going to be built under "Code" expectations. We did not know that so called builders code meant poor quality materials. The house insulation is HORRIBLE! The house options are extremely high for the poor quality product.

Closed when we were originally told the house would be finished. The construction manager was great to work with. Any issues were corrected to our satisfaction.

sales agent gave us misinformation , on numerous occasion's about same item. also, Vitek did not live up to it's obligation in our opinion. we have heard many complaints about them. both situation's resolved. not to our satisfaction , however, let bygones be bygones. Overall, we are very happy with our new home.

Home met our expectations. We live on the golf course. Great view. Love our community.

There were no major construction issues. The minor paint touch up was handled in an expeditious manner.

Excellent workmanship. The cabinets are many and plenty of closets space.

I love my house. More timely attention to some issues would be better. Feel somewhat on the back burner now that we've moved in

Options overly expensive. Punch list items still working on a month later. All 2 by 4 construction with wide spacing in ceiling so attic can’t be used for storage.

Support staff is fantastic.

Getting changes made to anything was not easy, and more times than not not accomplished. Things that are easy to do prior to drywall (i.e. replacing duplex outlets with quads, or adding attic stairs) would not be accommodated. Support prior to closing on getting simple issues fixed was superb. Following closing issues discovered have been difficult to get resolved. We were warned to get everything sorted out prior to closing but there are things you just don't discover until you've moved in. By that point you've fallen off the priority repair list and are now just one of the masses needing repairs. ... More

The design/layout of the home is fantastic. Excellent construction & quality workmanship. Our field rep/supervisor, Travis, is the best. Very professional & courteous and answers any questions we have promptly.

Overall 4.5 rating. Our Project Manger was outstanding keeping us informed and reacting and taking care of construction issues.

As with other mass produced development corners are cut to meet deadlines. Del web was not forthright with some of their information. Too much emphasis on meeting closing dates. My sales rep was top notch!

Process very simple and well set out.

Del Webb sales rep was very knowledgeable and helpful. He plugged us into the exact house we were looking for. The construction manager was attentive throughout the construction process and great follow up. We have owned Pulte built homes in the past and they have greatly improved on their construction methods and materials. We would buy from them again.

we were supposd to close on 4/19/2019 but because pulte forgot to get a certificate of occupancy they called on 4/18/2019 at 2pm and said we would would close on 4/24/2019 that gave us a day and a half to move from the house we sold to move here.the floor in the second bedroom has moisture under the wood floor so they had to tear out my new floor and today on 5/29/2019 we are waiting to get our wood floor put back down.

The initial drive into Stone Creek as well as the models and the staff all A+. The finished product comes in at a C for the following reasons. Attention to detail is lacking both inside and out. For example, on the interior we needed to sand and re-paint some window sills and caulk base board joints and crown molding shortly after moving in. Had issues with shutters because the windows are not even. On the exterior. By far the outside is our biggest disappointment for the following reasons. Ground is so uneven our new $600.00 lawn mower is taking a beating after just 2 uses. A very nice representative from Del Webb told us that they would have the lawn rolled in an effort to help with the unevenness. Because there are no trees, shrubs or foliage to somewhat block the the 8 homes in our direct view from our gathering room, dining room and lanai it is truly our biggest disappointment. Very satisfied with the neighborhood and the development. Quality was okay, but Del Webb responded well to any issues.

Overall happy with buying experience.

There is little to inadequate supervision of the contractors during the build and if you are not here watching them or don't know construction you are at a huge disadvantage. Contractors are not held to any reasonable standard because they are inadequately supervised and poor or substandard workmanship is the standard they are held to. And for this we are charged excessive prices. I call the construction practices here the "Clown Act". Just hurry up and get it done. We'll fix it later IF someone catches the mistakes.... Overall, we're happy with our new Del Webb home. There are a few fit and finish issues that are currently being resolved. Nothing major and the kind of thing one should expect.

Pulte offers a very pretty picture with the models. The sales person we had was pretty bad. While she answered questions, her standard reply was “check the website and you will find out what you need to know.” She also misinformed us about what was HOA property and what was our yard.Colleeen at the Design center was very nice and good to work with, The options are extremely expensive and cost prohibitive. The quality of the construction seems to be very good. Chad our construction manager was great to work with! The cabinets installed are disappointing. They are poor quality even though we paid $7,000.00 for an upgrade. The garage door is extremely noisy and isn’t sealed to keep the sand out. I was told that just the way it is, even though our neighbors door doesn’t make loud noises. Deidre ,in the warranty dept. makes me think Pulte really cares about doing the right thing. Our home was carefully built. Ron (Superintendent) even sealed all edges of the building to the foundation. No critters will be able to get in. He showed us all the details in how the home was built, we were very pleased! Our development is very quiet and we have great views. My only complaint is that there are no side fences included in the already expensive property. So be prepared to come up with several thousand more to fully enclosed your lot.
