We are on our 4th refrigerator (1st one was wrong model, next 2 were damaged, 4th we’ve kept). Our major problem is we have no Air Conditioning in the front half of our home!! This was noticed before we moved in (less than 6 weeks ago) - HVAC people have been out 4 times and have been unable to resolve the problem - although they acknowledge there is no air coming out of the vents. Lead tech is scheduled to come tomorrow to inspect the problem. At present, our guests staying in the front bedroom are in a Hot Zone - same with the bathroom, study and entryway. The quality of the homes, the organization and the people really shine.

Issues were addressed in a straightforward manner.

I lived in another town so conducted construction meetings through telephone and via internet...was kept well informed on progress. It did help that my daughter lives in Georgetown and went by and took pictures every step of the way.

We were very please as to how many times we were included with inspections and any questions that we would have at that time. We were very happy that our Project Mgr would email us on Fri to tell us how much has been done to our new home. if we saw a problem it was corrected on a timely manner. We felt that our new home was built with pride of workmanship. We are very please with Del Webb and the people behind the name. Great job everyone.

Outstanding construction in accordance with all chosen options and modifications. A fantastic creation of a perfect home.

Everyone was/is so helpful. I had never bought a house before, new or old. I was really in a fog but everyone I worked with went above and beyond their jobs, So friendly and even fun!

Overall a good value for the money. Sales and support very professional and responsive. 2 issues need to be addressed 1. Master bedroom closet and shower are built for people over 6 feet. Hot water distribution time and heating is inadequate for the unit. Developer should remedy and incorporate into design.

I had a wonderful experience in the purchase of my new home. The attention to detail is/was fantastic. The home was fairly priced, and I feel that I got a great value.

The most disappointing about the Del Webb community is Pulte and the lack of updated choices in the design center for the Garden series homes. The choices are very limited and color choices are outdated. To get up to date choices, you must upgrade to the highest level and pay ridiculous prices and the quality is poor. Get everything in writing as promises may not be kept. And go to the design center prior to signing a contract if they let you. The sales rep I had was very knowledgeable and the 2nd field manager was excellent. She’s the reason I stuck with Pulte. She followed thru on everything she said she would do and got answers for all of my questions. The Sweetgrass community is nice and what makes the place are the great neighbors. ... More

For the very start the experience was excellent and staff very responsive to questions and needs

The location is great. Design center experience was top notch. Builder assigned to us (Spencer) very responsive and kept us up to date on progress. Title company was not the best I’ve used; one mistake is a typo; more than that is careless work.

Our field manager Chris was wonderful. We had & still have issues that need to be addressed. He was there for us & tried his best to get things accomplished. The house was not in presentable shape at the closing . Moving into a new house should be exciting not this disappointing.

Jenna in the Sales Office went way beyond the call of duty in helping us throughout the buying and building process. Jesse the building supervisor was always pleasant to work with and responsive to our questions and desires.

VERY HARD TO WORK WITH. PULTIE WILL NOT MAKE ANY CHANGES. MY HOME WAS NOT BUILT AND I WANTED TO MAKE SOME CHANGES THAT DID NOT REQUIRE PERMITS AND THEY REFUSED.VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THEM.

Del Webb has built a lovely home for me. They did it quickly and efficiently while listening to and addressing any questions and issues I had.

Poor workmanship in several areas. Mostly the drywall preparation, and the painting.

The process of purchasing our home at Tidewater by Del Webb - Estero, FL went extremely well. The sales staff and construction manager were very helpful start to finish. The design center visits were very thorough and not rushed. I would highly recommend a visit to the model homes if you are considering making a change to this type of community.

Dealing with all Pulte personnel in the purchase, design and necessary financing was a most pleasant experience handled in a truly professional and helpful manner.

The kitchen cabinets are too high for my height. I asked to have them installed lower but they would not even consider any changes to the house.

Haven't been here long enough to give a full review. Been here 3 weeks and they are coming back to tear out my shower pan "While I'm Living Here" and replacing it because it is installed wrong. Hopefully the rest of the house is ok. Time will tell.
