The home generally is beautiful. The deal was good, People is helpful . We found some little issue in new building as usual , but del Web send team to cover it . So far We are happy with our new home.

We couldn't be happier with our Del Webb building experience! Totally impressed with the quality of workmanship and attention to detail. Our new house is everything we had hoped for and this is a direct result of the time and effort put in to the building process to ensure it was exactly what we asked for, how we wanted it look, and in the time frame promised us. First class all the way!!

Used the cheapest materials possible. When I spend $700K for a home I do not expect to have replace things like door knobs, garage doors, repaint all the walls, etc. in the first six months. If they had spent an extra $20K they could have made it a quality house. Also garage is so tiny that if you park two cars, you can’t open the car doors. Driveway is so short you can barely park a car on it. Streets are so narrow the county is going to impose a no parking restriction because emergency vehicles can’t get through. I am loving my new home. It is absolutely perfect for me. So far, I have found the workmanship to be excellent. The floor plan is innovative and very efficient. Since I was downsizing, I was afraid I had brought too much stuff but surprisingly I find that I have plenty of storage in this house, As much kitchen stuff as I have, there was a place for all of it. This kitchen is one of the most efficient I have every seen. I do wish they had an option for built in ovens so they are at eye level but other than that, I love the kitchen. My friends that have visited all say they have "house envy". And one of them has already bought the exact same floor plan for me right around the corner. All the neighbors are great and there is so much going on here that you don't ever have to be bored or lonely unless you just choose to be. This was a good decision for me. ... More

I have been very happy with everything

When purchasing a home, we are often caught up in the joy of the moment. Time and time again, we view the models, bring friends and loved ones to get their reactions, hoping to make a purchase. Where we go wrong as potential buyers is that we forget to look at the overall construction and time spent in building our home. It is no surprise that when we do our walk through, we are caught up in the moment, just wanting to get in. The nightmare starts when we realize that there are so many problems, from leaks, poor installs, grout errors, poor paint matches, out of alignment windows, and just sloppy workmanship that we will spend the better part of 8 weeks stuck at home waiting for repairs that should have been done correctly in the first place. Listen and talk to others in Del Webb communities before you go with a builder who produces inferior builds. It's your home, make sure it is built with integrity. ... More

Moved in 2 months ago. Contacted the onsite construction manager and received prompt service for 2 small problems, although two other problems mentioned at the time still have not been addressed, one of which involves unfinished siding. Since that initial week I have called 3 times to the same manager and received a voice message each call to leave a message, all which have been ignored. Our list of construction repairs have grown to 20+ items from small issues like sheetrock screw pops to the aforementioned missing siding and a crooked kitchen island granite top. We have moved to Del Webb Riverpointe from NC where we have owned 2 new homes, neither of which experienced construction problems even close to the number we have experienced here. We liked that our new home was absolutely move in ready!

The sales and marketing people are at the top of their game. The building crew/foreman are average. I have had a few issues, and they are eventually worked out, but it is slow going. It seems that they are concerned with getting these homes built quickly, and that is the priority.

So far Pulte has responded to and repaired the small things we have found needed attention.

Our 2nd house built by Del Webb, we are pleased once again. Love the layout of the house, we downsized for our retirement years and the Hideaway fit our new lifestyle.

As a spec home, this is not bad. I would have customized a bit more--range hood is too high for anyone under 5'2" and I'm 4'11", number of master bathroom electrical receptacles--need to take down full mirror and put up two over the sinks to make room for another outlet that is not over a sink; need to add an outlet where there is a big empty space where a cosmetic mirror could be on a cabinet; need to add an outlet to the private toilet area as a night light in there would be great; the master walk-in closet is passable but many shelves are too high for regular use unless one takes the ladder from the kitchen where the cooktop vent is too high and moves it into the master closet--yes, buying two is an option but one should not be up on ladders if over 55-65 in my opinion. There should be more than one linen closet with a three bedroom home--probably split the front coat closet to accommodate. Other than a few things I will need to have fixed on a punch list, all is good as far as houses go. ... More

Don't deal with Pulte Mortgage

We love our new home. It is lovely with wonderful upgrades. So glad we bought our home in South Carolina.

Overall I had a good experience with Pulte.

From start to close this was the easiest home build and loan experience I have ever had. The people were genuinely concerned to be sure you were happy. I was sent progress pictures by my sales person about every 3 weeks. At inspection every thing I showed them was corrected to my satisfaction.

Overall nice job. On time completion. Happily surprised at the quality. Highly recommended.

Fast and efficient. Home was done earlier than we expected.

The tiles in our house came from different die-lots. They were placed poorly where a lot of tiles are up higher in some parts than others. The grout lines go from narrow to wide in same rows. Slivers of tiles were placed in the master bathroom. bathroom. Our lawn has been a disaster since day one. They laid the sod in different directions which should NEVER be done. The grass is so much higher in some spots than others. There are many, many holes where grass is missing. Someone could break their neck. The HOA rejected it from day one and they tried to cut tiny pieces to shove in but they all died and came out. It is a disaster. We told everyone that came out here that we will not accept this horrible lawn. The entire lawn should be ripped out, graded and good sod put down, all going in the same direction. Hard to get answers and this needs to be done ASAP !!! I could go on about the poor quality of other things but most have been reported. Some were taken care of and others we get different answers every time. We have at least 4 tiles that are defective and have needed to be changed since day one. ... More

I lived in another state while my house was being built but I was well informed with updates and pictures from the Field Manager each week.

Do not expect to receive what you order. Pulte changes colors in major areas, in my case, the color of my roof. While most of the trades I have dealt with were eager to please and respectful, their tiling company is the worst in their industry. In my kitchen, they used 2 different dye lots. The tiles in the guest bathroom wall were not lined up and jutted out in some corners. They sent a man who was verbally abusive, aggressive and a bully. I had to tell him to leave and mot come back.
