We had problems selling our previous home and Janet was patient and understanding of the situation and the emotional aspects of home buying. I think the most significant disappointment was some of the base choices were quite disappointing. (Oven /Microwave combination) In the end we love our new home and are very happy with most of the workmanship.

I followed the process. Filled out the forms. You acknowledge receipt. Then nothing . Total silence. I complained. You responded with a promise. Then NOTHING. Still nothing. Don’t make promises you can’t keep

The house is great the builder done a great job and is very responsive if I need anything. The only problem we had was with the mortgage company, Pulte Mortgage, they were terrible I would not recommend them to anyone and I will never use them again. Because of their laziness my furniture and belongings had to sit in a truck for 2 days and they did not communicate well at all!!!

The experience with the construction manager Mel was excellent every step of the way. James resolved all the issues we had after we moved in.

EXCELLENCE ABOVE EXCELLENCE REGARDING EVERYTHING!

We are generally pleased with the overall experience. The sales and financing operations were easy and responsive to work with, but the sales lottery system was tricky at best and somewhat aggravating. The design group was thorough and presented to options clearly. The construction standards are at or above code, but the contractors were not concerned with the final product, i.e., who would intentionally install a bent exhaust hood or misplace porch support posts by several inches. With so many homes under construction, it is very difficult to manage every detail in the process, so the contractors and subs must be totally reliable. As the old saying goes: 'the devil is in the details'. Also, the timelines for completion were sometimes not reasonable. Our construction manager, Jake, was very positive and conscientious and was always willing to listen and discuss/explain. He met with us on-site any time we requested it. He responded to every concern and attempted to correct them, but he appeared over-extended in his assignments. However, the responding subs were not as conscientious did not always completely correct the problem. Some issues carried over to warranty issues and still are not resolved. Coordination among the subs for warranty work seems to be lacking, i.e., the painters arrived to paint our defective pocket door before the repairs were done, which we are still waiting to happen. Vicki in sales followed up quickly with every request we gave her to our satisfaction. Robin should be given a gold medal! We are looking forward to working with her. Our salesman was extremely helpful in finding the right home for us and making sure we got the best deal. The walk‑through and inspection were very thorough, and every issue we identified was addressed promptly. The closing process went smoothly with no complications, and the team was very accommodating throughout the entire experience. We’re very satisfied and appreciate the level of care and professionalism we received.

We purchased a Stardom model and love the house, but the build process was a bit underwhelming. Minimal options available and unless. you were lucky to have a building manager that would stretch things (like adding an outlet somewhere), you received no as an answer. We even had an issue with where the EV charger plug was placed. Description said it came with 60' of cable for customer installation yet it was installed right under the breaker box in an unusable location, even after asking where to place it before it was installed. We need an electrician now to come in and move it to where we can actually use it. Everything else seems good, quality is good except for some ceiling wallboard seams (can see spackle humps at seams in three places - this will be a warranty item request). From beginning to end the process of building a new home with Del Webb went smoothly and seamlessly. The workmanship and quality was top notch. I also couldn’t have asked for a better project manager! I am extremely happy with my new home!

Overall experience was good. After experience especially for those that are working still can be better. Need to have weekend appointments. Contractors need to respect those that are working to times committed be there when told or expected. Communication needs to be better with a phone call or text of arrival times.

We had a great experience with the entire purchase process. We appreciated our sales person Sean and foreman Greg!!

I'm writing this review because we love our home and its location. To see Deer, Sandhill Cranes, Egrets, Bunnies, a lot of Birds and other creatures that share the same Preserve, makes a beautiful sight and the love of nature. This is the best home we've ever had, and it always feels good to be HOME!

We made a life-changing decision to buy a Pulte home at Del Webb Minneola, and they made it as least stressful as possible. Kialey was our sales agent and she was amazing, and Perry was our site manager, who was also excellent. We did have a few snagging issues but I am sure these are common, and Pulte did work through them efficiently. We are now looking forward to enjoying our beautiful new home!

We are excited to be part of this community. The amenities will be amazing when everything is up and running The team was not prepared for the amount of interest in the neighborhood. They need to slow down the sales and work on the quality.

More like a mystery. So much information was left out or not disclosed. Workmanship was rushed, sloppy and considered finished when so many small details were not completed. Concrete is visibly bad all around from day one. Materials are builder grade at best and a premium is charged for non- premium upgrades. You pay $65k extra for a walkout basement. Not happy with Pulte construction - they are not builders. Hire mostly latino workers and they are sloppy (clean up is not in their vocabulary). Value for your money is poor. Sorry Del Webb for the lack of confidence but you asked for it.

It was a good experience, but there was confusion on the cash back offer if financing with Pulte. Also, too many email communications from various areas of Pulte.

We just moved into our 10th home (4th new build) and it has been a very positive experience from start to finish. The finished product exceeded our expectations in a number of areas. We have had some of our new neighbors tell us that they think ours is the best looking home in the neighborhood - and we agree!

There is no doubt, this is a quality built house. There are a couple of things I feel should be improved upon. (1) I have a double car garage however, the garage is too short and too narrow, I can barely fit my Lexus LS 2200 (which is not a large vehicle by any stretch) in the garage; And for two vehicles to fit, we are constantly banging the doors against each other--we need longer and wider garages. (2) The second and third things are: no storage space (like overhead in the garage or anywhere in the house). Every house should have storage space. And the third thing, in my case, there's no drawers in my master bath room (or any bath room), Where are you going to place your bathroom items? I had to purchase something to accommodate. From our first contact with Zac our salesman, Kyle our project manager to the walkthrough and post-closing follow up everyone was very informative and professional in the way the conducted business. We would recommend Pulte to anyone we know looking to buy in Mesquite Nevada.

Couldn't be more happy with the overall design and construction experience. Every member of the team was beyond courteous and professional and truly cared about customer service. The only area of improvement we wished could have been a bit stronger was construction oversight as it related to the various subcontractors. Now that we've moved in and are able to observe the construction of other new homes in our neighborhood, there are many practices by subcontractors that aren't necessarily industry standard and that raises a concern regarding how the home will perform over time. Unfortunately, that is something that will exist with any new home in any development unless you as the home owner have strong construction knowledge and are able to be present often during the build process. Fortunately, Dell Webb and Pulte Homes offer excellent warranty provisions on the home we built, so we have that reassurance to help protect us down the road. ... More

The workmanship is not as good as we expected

I would not purchase another Del Web home. There are a lot of hidden charges and they are not flexible at making changes.

I bought a Del Webb home because of the builder and both Del Webb and Pultes reputation and I am very satisfied with a beautiful well built home. The entire team from start to finish with Kelly and Kalav have been very responsive and have done a wonderful job. Thank you all

Overall, the experience was good. More emphasis on interior detail (i.e. trim installation, caulking, cleaning, etc.) could have been done.
