We enjoyed watching our dream home being built. The quality and expertise going into the building process was excellent. Steve our building manager was wonderful and kept us updated with pictures of the process every Monday morning. We can’t say enough good things, everything went great.

It took 6 months for our home to be built and we have lived here now for 2 months. We love the home and the community. We loved the choices we had with the house room extensions as well as all the choices for the house finishings. Most of all we love our community with the friendly neighbors and beautiful ponds.

working with me on failure of garage door.

I think they do the best that then can do for the seniors that live in this community. Most people living here are very happy. I only have l issue when my garage door fell on my car the garage was fixed but my car was not. Also I just noticed that the replacement panels have screws nut no nuts attached to them. I'm still waiting on a response about the screws and the repair to my car.

We chose to look at Del Webb properties after looking at a property in Palm Springs. We looked at both properties in Phoenix and Tucson and really loved the entire experience in Tucson-from the tour that Winnie gave us to the quality of the homes and the entire property and location. We looked at several other properties and they didn’t come close. We are really excited about our new home!

Don't Expect a Custom Home Build Experience

It started with a perfect floor plan for our needs and ended with a beautiful home we are proud to own. The finish options were sufficient and the design process was smooth overall. Our frustrations with the process revolved around locations for tray ceilings, ceiling lighting drops, ceiling speakers, TV wall mount locations and such. There was precious little builder flexibility, but I will say our build manager Sean was able to accommodate our two most crucial change requests.
