Many of the touches such as painting are not up to snuff. However, some of my concerns have been addressed. I am not sure I would buy from Del Webb again though.

From the time we met the Del Webb sales team until the time we closed with a complete home inspection by the field team, we had a super great experience! Top shelve from the start.

My experience with the salesperson was great. Knowledgeable and professional My experience with Title Company was good until I asked about a special assessment. She was rude and impatient when trying to figure this out. My experience with the construction manager was good until the home was completed. He helped with a couple of things and disappeared without saying a word. Shame on him. My experience with the Care Manager so far has been responsive. Whirlpool appliances very poor quality. The gas oven was delivered broken. As of today, Whirlpool has not figured out why it has not worked.

From start (working with my salesperson) to build updates (Superintendent) to design center and finance, this purchase was an excellent experience.

Simple buying experience but Pulte title agents were difficult to deal with due to two trusts involved, and my demand that the CDD payoff be on the closing statement seem to threw them off. Having a Pulte home insurance group made it simple book homeowners & at a great price.

HOA not responsive . No idea when amenity center will be teady

All promises were kept. All timelines met. The quality of build is extremely high. This community is a joy to live in from the activities to the welcoming nature of the people. Highly recommend especially with amenity center opening soon.

I didn't like the buying process. Once you lock in the structure part you can't make any changes even though they may be months away from starting. The same is true for your design selections. Also, I was told March - April as the most likely closing time but it was mid February. My realtor agrees that was the timeline we were told. I couldn't change that day or time without a $500 per day cost which is ridicules. I would not recommend anyone go through this process. The homes are nice but overpriced because you are also paying for the amenities.

The low voltage vendor Securepro miss labeled the codes for wiring tv hook ups. Can't be corrected since Pulte's lack of consistent plans allowed plumber to run pipes where the backing was to go. The rush to complete and lack of thorough inspection missed several item that had to be corrected after purchase. PM didn't provide shower rood for second bathroom told us to buy our own, he probably took it for himself. There is little oversiight of vendors Pulte uses. Homeowners in this community are EXTREMELY nice which is a HUGE plus.

The overall home buying experience was a positive event. From Sales, to Design, to Project Management, the Pulte team continued to keep us apprised about the home being built and developed. All involved were exceptional and would recommend the Pulte group for their next home purchase.

We were very unhappy with the experience. We closed on the last day before Pulte shutdown for their extended Christmas break. The house had so many issues, it was impossible to catch or note every problem. We seriously considered listing the house with a local realtor and starting over with a different builder. Fortunately, all of the issues were cosmetic. It was obvious that the closing was rushed to book the sale for YE 2024, and it showed in the quality of the finished product. The only reason we didn't rate every category 1 star is because of the efforts of our project manager, Kevin. Kevin is professional, honest, personable, and a pleasure to work with. Kevin is the reason I rated "Trustworthiness" and "Responsiveness To Issues" 5 stars. Every promise Kevin made, he kept. Pulte is fortunate to have Kevin as a project manager. We were fortunate to have Kevin as our project manager. Even our home inspector commented on how responsive Kevin was to his reports. The inspector also noted that the main structural parts of the construction and the systems of the house were very good quality. It was the cosmetic issues that were the problem. We are grateful for Kevin's efforts to make sure we were happy and would enjoy or new home. We'd also like to note that Kimberley from the design team was also great to work with. She made the process fun, easy, and guided us to achieve what we desired. We understand that time is money, and that is why the closing was rushed. If Pulte wants customers to be completely satisfied and rate every category Great!, then Pulte should eat or pass on the cost to the buyer of a slightly longer build process and delivery homes without countless cosmetic issues. ... We really enjoyed Alex in sales, she was great, but our builder, Josh, is a superstar.

I’ve found many cases where painters left paint brush streaks, paint bubbles, dried drips and paint buildup; cases where nailheads are showing on drywall, where floor tiles are not square with walls, gaps in floor molding mitre joints, uneven endcuts on floor molding. Cheap appliances.

Overall the home has met our desires It is NOT a home with great workmanship, or high quality. The option upgrades are very expensive. I would put the value of these homes as average. Our construction manager was excellent, managing much of our concerns in a timely manner. The follow-up by Del Web customer service definitely met our expectations. You have to stay on top of the building project right up until your closing.

Our experience with the sales reps, both Pamela and Bob at DWOC were great. They were very attentive and helpful throughout the build process. Also, our Project Manager Daniel was excellent. Great attitude and thoroughness with us every step of the way. Unfortunately, we aren't impressed with the after closing Customer Care Team in regard to one person who has handled the issues that arose after closing. We've reported things that needed addressing and their lack of follow through has made this part of the Pulte experience frustrating. Well organized process from purchasing through design and then the build. I was out of town and depended on our building supervisor Jack to guide us through and keep an eye on the build with which he did an excellent job. We have had some very minor issues that Jack and Del Webb have handled well. Overall a positive experience.

While our construction manager listened to us there were many issues we had to bring up to him, things he should have known to do on his own. We paid to have items done a certain way and then found out that they arbitrarily would not do it. Had we known that we would have had a lot of extras done after closing. The subcontractors that Pulte uses are subpar to say the least.

We love our home and our new community! Our home buying experience was seamless and the staff (all staff) apart of this process were professional and welcoming.

Adam was very helpful from our first meeting and he has continued to be a great resource. Even after moving in, I feel comfortable reaching out to him if I have any questions or concerns. Throughout the whole process of building my home and now living in Sun City, Adam continues to offer the kind of customer service that makes you glad he is your contact.

Our Sales rep was extremely helpful and kept us informed throughout the process. We felt the building took much longer than necessary, if it weren't for our Sales rep we wouldn't have known where things stood. We were out of state, once here things started progressing. We have a few issues, some response times are ok, others lacking and we are still waiting for items pointed out in the walk-through.

It was a simple unflawed process. Any issues were addressed immediately thank you
