We had a very positive building experience with our new home, although it took a bit longer than anticipated. We love the home.

We have had a positive experience working with Del Webb. Beginning with our Sales Agent and moving forward with our Site Manager, we were very pleased with the responsiveness to any questions or concerns that we had. We enjoyed watching the progress of our property as it was being built and were updated along the way regarding the progress.

We had a very good experience with the purchase of our new house. Builder's team was excellent and very helpful. They always were there for us, and helped us as much as possible. I would highly recommend Builder's team for future home buyers. Thanks again Builder's team.

The quality of our build is exceptional, just as promised. Trace, our sales rep, was very honest upfront about the process and what to expect. Joseph, our construction supervisor, was "on it" 24/7. Even with us being extremely picky, very few things were on our punch list as a result of our final walk-through. Even building through COVID, home was on-time and to our standards.

The entire process of choosing, ordering, and the building of our home was very smooth with minimal stress. The sales office and builder were very quick with relaying information and keeping us up-to-date throughout the building of our home. The builder was very active in every phase of the build, and set priorities that made us feel that we were his primary concern. The sales office remained engaged with us throughout the entire time proving they are not just involved for the sale. We are very happy with our new home, and highly recommend Del Webb!

The entire process was amazing. I had a couple of questions/issues (nothing major) and those were addressed right away. My home is everything I was looking for.

The attention to detail is top notch! Our home was built with the newest energy efficiency features and technology to ensure a continued year around comfort while being affordable to maintain. We are so happy that we moved into Del Webb Bexley. The amenities here are top of the line and the residents are very embracing. We love the quality of our home! The upgrades that Pulte gives you are so much more higher end than other homes that we had looked at to build. We got so much more for the money! I would definitely recommend our community over others for home purchase.

Although there were bumps along the way our overall experience was very good. From our Salesperson Lisa, to Construction Manager Shane, the people we dealt with were good at their jobs and went above our expectations. After closing we have been pleased with the warranty service team in taking care of our needs.

Don’t hesitate to buy a Pulte Home! Every thing went smooth and very quick. From the first phone call with Matt in Sales to the walk with the Building Super before Settlement, they all could not have been more responsive to any questions and requests. Mine was an out of state purchase so that made it challenging at times but Matt supplied videos and pictures to guide me thru. LOVE my new townhome!

Everybody has been very positive and helpful. Obviously we had a lot of questions during the buying and then waiting process, but we always got quick responses either from the sales office or, later, from other people (at the the pre-closing walk-through, the construction manager was great in addressing our questions). The Customer Care & Warrant Service personel is (up to now) very responsive.

From start to finish, everything went smoothly and as planned. We love the finished home. Dave was the best field manager. He stayed in touch routinely and even visited us after move in.

Our buying experience went well. From start to finish. Home was completed within the expected time. We were updated weekly with our building manager. Our building manager was excellent. He did everything he possibly could to make us feel confident that our home was being built correctly. He covered all our concerns real well. He was very professional and honest. The home is very nice and the company has a good warranty program. The warranty manager is very good also. He is very professional and does his very best to take care of our concerns. Very pleased with home. We are very very Blessed.

I think my process in building my new home went pretty well considering i was out of town but i was informed from start to finish i really enjoy the updates that i recieve along the way i am impressed with the workmanship of the home and the quality of the materials used to build my home the overall experience has been great it is kind of bittersweet that it has come to a end but on the other side i have this beautiful home to come home to
