I love the quality of the house.

We are very happy with the entire process of buying our new home in Ocala, FL. There were the expected challenges due to COVID with materials and labor. The sales and design teams were great leading us through the lot purchase, home and construction selection, and design options. During construction we experienced challenges due to COVID, but in the end we closed just a couple months after our original date without any major issues. Our experience and the journey to our new home was excellent!!!! Caryn in sales was wonderful……very professional, friendly, and empathetic with the construction environment we all faced. Kelly in construction kept us informed and was very accommodating with any requests we had. Our only issues were after closing with the HOA who could have been more welcoming.

We spent a lot of time figuring out where we wanted to live, and Ave Maria was the best option for us. Living in the Del Webb community is perfect for us and has all the amenities we need, plus we loved the home options, and the lots that were available. I would call this our "dream home", and we are very happy with the process and the quality of the build. I would definitely recommend this area, the Del Webb community and Pulte Homes!

Looking at models we found a new home ready to go. We said yes and in the home about a month later. Scott in sales kept our paperwork to a minimum and exchanging emails (I live out of state) took care of most items. The Field Manager Steven L. was exceptional in handling last minute items and fixes. After close we discovered the hanging lights in the kitchen were not installed correctly. Steven simply said "yes, it is wrong" and got it fixed in just a couple of days ... move of lights and paint and all with zero mess and no effort on my part. My wife and I cannot begin to say how happy we are with our experience with Del Webb Home. Our construction manager was amazing and went out of his way to assist my wife and I through the building process. We never felt forced or pressured into making decisions, but were encouraged to make decisions about our home that we would enjoy. Be prepared to be patient the process takes a while there's a lot of ends and a lot of outs and a lot of paper work to be filled out a lot of things that you need to resubmit and submit but it all works for your good so be patient wait and it will come through I did and I'm grateful Ron.

The process was well defined, and the Pulte Group works well together in making sure each step of the way you are informed of your options and requirements to keep the process on schedule. The staff does a great job of following up on an issues that arise and resolve them in a timely manner. We are enjoying our new home - we made a great choice with Del Webb!

Our home is beautiful!!! The same home in Las Vegas is double the price paid. Full CBS construction and high quality finishes. Our Salesman Darren is the best and kept us updated during the construction. Due to supply issues related to the pandemic, our home was delayed by 3 months. Post closing, Frank our construction manager was diligent to complete all issues. Our neighbors are wonderful and we love living in our new Pulte home!

Bret and the team were amazing throughout our transition to life in Del Webb. Every little details was addressed timely and effectively. Bret is a true pro.

Del Webb continues to have a great reputation that’s why I chose a home here. A few minor issues that warranty department is taking care of.

Living out of state I thought I may have some difficulties during the building process. But, between the sales office and the site manager it actually was a pleasant home buying experience. The home is a high quality build home and I would definitely buy from and highly recommend Del Webb/Pulte

From sales rep to construction team, we could not be happier with the professionalism, timliness and responsiveness of the Del Webb staff. This was my first home vs an apartment. The process was quite amazing. The outcome is beautiful. Minor cosmetic issues at the end, but I was very fortunate to have Jeff (sales) and James (builder) to work with. They both treated me and my home as if it was there during the build process. I feel like I’m in a dream, haven’t woken up and hope I never do!
