many good options to choose from

Our salesperson Zac was extremely knowledgable about the build process. While we never met our build super, the young men from Las Vegas were very helpful during this process. The title company personnel, Sandra and Christine, were amazingly helpful throughout the process to ensure we went from our original Del Webb home to our new Del Webb seamlessly. We love our new home!

Mike with the Warranty Dept was very attentive. Sales needed to be clearer about unavailable options with a pre-designed purchase. A 55+ community should be more accommodating for a handicap or safer shower and given more options for upgrades.

This was my first experience with the process involved in building a house. I am pleased with the results. Everyone I dealt with from the sales person to the title company were knowledgeable and pleasant. The on site field manager, Nick, made sure I understood all the advantages of this house and was quick to address the few issues found during the walk through. I am very satisfied with the workmanship and how energy efficient this house is. I intend to enjoy my new home for many years.

Outstanding customer service. State of the art facilities!

We experienced excellent customer service and attentiveness from everyone on the team throughout the process. We had been in our old home over 26 years, so home buying, let alone home building, was a new experience for us. Del Webb and Pulte made that experience great.

Very impressed with the quality of our new home! Although we have a few minor items on our 'punch list', Pulte has been very responsive to address those issues (Thanks to Nicole and Max!). The community design is well planned and everyone is looking forward to the new amenity center coming soon!

Another great homebuilding experience with Pulte. Quality construction finished on schedule. All of the small issues corrected quickly and to my satisfaction. A lot of credit goes to Andres C, the construction supervisor who gets things done quickly.

Pulte is known in our area for quality and value. Great buying experience.

We are really enjoying our new home

We are very pleased with our new home. It is everything and more than we expected.

I waited a year to close on my home in DW-LWR and it was worth the wait! Pulte was very attentive in addressing any construction or warranty issues. It's a beautiful setting with lots of activities to choose from and very pleasant neighbors to socialize with. I'm happy to have found my dream home!

I was familiar with Pulte prior to purchasing so I had no hesitation deciding on Del Webb. Being a realtor myself, I appreciated the salesman’s help and quick responses to my questions. The construction manager kept in touch with weekly updates and customer service has also responded in a timely manner.

From the preview of the model all the way to closing we had awesome experience. Sales staff and our construction manager very professional and knowledgeable. Always willing to answer any questions we had. The build quality of our home was great. Community director and HOA really doing everything to keep residents happy and entertaining.

We feel we got a great house on a great lot. We love the plan-it's very open. The things that need to be fixed are small items such as fixing up painting, drywall repair. Pulte is very good about getting back to us to correct issues-before and after we closed. Del Webb communities are a wonderful place to live!!!

From the realtor to the law firm who handled the closing, the experience was a good one. All aspects were satisfactory. The project coordinator was really SUPER! He kept on what was happening on a daily basis and gave me a personal, weekly report. I had no surprises. In today’s world, that’s huge!!

Love the Nocatee area. Well kept grounds with plenty of amenities. Jamie was wonderful help with our walk-through process and has been a pleasure to work with. Pulte Homes built a quality villa perfect for our retirement. Samantha has a smile to greet us and answers all our questions. Great place to live.
