Our experience with Pulte Mortgage was horrible. We had to keep supplying the same info and the new info could have been requested much earlier. We did not close on our closing date bc of trying to get info that should have been requested much earlier than the week of Christmas when many offices were closed. We were very stressed! It was a trying experience.

Overall, I would give the home quality a B-. There were many items that should have been completed prior to closing and we are still having issues with some of these items. Rough 85% of the home is great... it's that 15% that was not completed correctly that is a bit frustrating. On the plus side, your warranty people have been very polite and professional... just takes a while to get things done.

1st class it was a great move

I think when you go to closing, you have a right as a buyer to be involved in a convenient time and date for the closing. We had to close on December 20 and we had airline tickets for a Christmas holidays and they would not budge. I think that sucks

Shower seat is not well done. Too many doors in MBR area. Rest is excellent.

The entire experience has been excellent including warranty department after moving in.

Getting someone to show up to fix an issue- so far a month. Construction around you is difficult when you need to get in or out of your driveway. The board needs to be more proactive about real issues. Communication seems to be an issue here. Once they sell you they are pretty much done with you.

Overall I’m very happy with my new home and with the community. Del Webb’s home design baths the interior with natural light and their planning/layout of this community allowed for plenty of natural space. My sales experience wasn’t great, however my GC (Nate) was amazing!! The grading of the lot (water management) and the quality of the build are very good. That said, some of the tradesmen could have done a better job. I hired a home inspector pre-closing and really wish I would have also hired an inspector at the framing stage as some of my neighbors did. Overall, the amenities are nice and the community is nice to walk in. What you won’t learn until after closing is that homeowners must pay additional fees for exercise classes and (for several classes) if you’re not poised at your computer the moment sign-up opens you won’t get in. The dog park is just a fenced area under power lines that couldn’t have been used for anything else. It’s a low area where rainwater runs and is already becoming muddy, plus no running water/water fountain and no equipment aside from benches. All of that said, the residents here are wonderful!! Overall experience was wonderful, everyone was very helpful with our paper work. The builders are very nice, love that they come out to meet you and make sure your house was build correctly. Delwebb is the best to live

We purchased a quick move in home. Overall it was great. Salesperson was the best and superintendent has been very attentive.

I love my new home. I’ve never been happier.

Water pressure is terrible and response in getting repairs done is extremely snow or nonexistent.

Alexis was our construction manager, and she did a great job with communication and follow through. Pulte is lucky to have her.

Pulte does a wonderful job of helping you through the process of building a home to keep the buyer from being overwhelmed. The various appointments with specialists like electricians, designers and contractors are spaced enough apart that the decision making process never seems rushed. Our experience with our construction manager was exceptional. He was professional and very responsive. We moved in 9 weeks ago and couldn’t be happier with our new home!

We had poor communication throughout the process with our salesman, Todd. Knowing my husband and I lived two different directions, 300 and 400 miles from our new home, he didn’t tell us we would have to return within 3 weeks of deciding to buy. He didn’t always answer questions about the meetings scheduled through the process. However, it is a very beautiful, good quality home. We especially enjoyed working with Brooke, the construction manager. The workers in our neighborhood seem friendly and respectful as well.

Sad to report that we were very disappointed with our build experience with Pulte/Del Webb. There is a huge disconnect between what the sales team presents and what the construction team delivers. The quality of the home we purchased does not live up tp our expectation. We had major issues that were not resolved to our satisfaction. We were just given a bunch of excuses and nobody want to be accountable for anything. They had not even completed construction by our closing date. It was a terribly stressful situation and for what we paid the quality we expected was not delivered.

From my sales professional on down to the folks building and completing my home everyone was fantastic. My site manager Ryan was always available and always went above and beyond. I am very happy with my new home.

I have found working with the construction managers to be very easy and they were responsive to requests. Great to work with.

Everyone with Pulte is very welcoming!!
