Workmanship is not the quality I expected from Pulte homes. Walls are thin, paint and grout where it should have been cleaned. Ghosted by customer service for fixes. HOA unresponsive.

The beginning process was excellent since I really didn't visit the models or property, only did the process online. I registered online and Elaine ***** response to my inquiry and we did the purchase by email. We flew in just to sign the contract.

I had a few issues and contacted Pulte but never got a response and we still have not gotten my 30 days walk through after closing or the the original items on the closing.

Serious Construction Problems with my new home

Numerous problems immediately after move-in including: a gas leak; a water leak that involved pulling up floor boards and jackhammering my foundation to repair; HVAC system with broken damper, sealed vents, improper wiring and improper pressure setting; sprinkler system with cut lines; a cracked sink; and numerous other things that were noted at closing inspection and repaired or replaced before move-in. Oh, and a roof leak at the flashing. Be warned - this is a 55+ community and Pulte installed an HVAC system which requires manually adjusting 3 dampers by getting on a ladder each time ...

Top-Notch Customer Service from Start to Finish

We have been living in our new home for twp months now, and the quality is outstanding. The framing, finishes, and paint work are almost flawless. During our final walkthrough, the supervisor noticed tiny imperfections we completely missed and fixed them in a timely manner. You can truly tell they take immense pride in their work.

Just a few things that should have been more clearly discussed would have made this experience better. Transparency regarding solar expectations, time line if delivery of solar. While I understand solar company is not part of pulte. They are affiliates and who you have contacted with. You should be aware of install times and how much solar costs.. second, the dog park. No dogs want to play let alone walk on dg. It is lacking and needs to he rectified. Facilities not opening and no social gatherings or planning of social gatherings in a del web area is not what I thought we were ...

My construction manager was extremely responsive and cooperative when issues arose. The cc team was not professional and made interactions with them difficult as if they did not want to help resolve issues. One person in particular was very unprofessional and argumentative.

Our Del Webb/Pulte sales rep and the construction manager kept us informed during the complete build cycle and were prompt answering all questions or concerns. We received a thorough introduction to our home upon completion and the construction manager was very responsive the first 30 days for any issues we had.

Many of the "subs" did not provide quality work. Had to be fixed. Pulte post closing "fixers" were Excellent.

I have not been here long enough to give a worthy review. I am hearing that there are some issues with inadequate or faulty sewage pumps. Let's hope it gets addressed and resolved before major issues become widespread.
