The way things were handled. The survey forced me to say more than I needed to. I almost quit trying to finish it. I don't understand the coercion when it is a survey. I would appreciate allowing me to say what I need to.

Del Webb needs to offer more flexibility at design. For example, you can't get cabinet pulls for anywhere but the kitchen. I believe it is fairly known pulls are easier for people with hand issues than knobs. There are design issues that the answer is always that is how it is on the blueprints. Well maybe the blueprints need to be updated. Example, our fireplace is 4" off center to the room. When this was mentioned, you guessed it... that is how it is on the plans. Well correct it for future customers. Have other examples....

Building a Pulte home turned what should have been a fun experience into an awful, stressful time. We should not have had to be project managers.

Pulte has a terrible building process with no requirement that subs do quality work, cleanup after themselves, or use common sense to not damage fixtures or cabinets that have been installed. Pulte does whatever is cheapest yet charge premium prices to homeowners. There is a tremendous amount of rework that needs to be done and their mantra is to ***** and wear down the homeowners hoping they give up.

We have some issues that are minor and some that are major. Very dissatisfied with the hard wood flooring, a lot of bad joints and cracks in all areas of the flooring, which was a major cost for the upgrade. In the process of working with Pulte on this issue.

The people were great. The web site was not as good. Although, I appreciate the effort on the website. the website sometime leaves you hanging and stuck.

Need new painters

We bought a brand new home. Pointed out many many painting issues - blue and red paint on white trim, see where blue paint was touched up on outside of house, gouges in walls that were painted over, moulding not flush at corners around windows and doors, some spots paint so thin you could see drywall. Pointed out multiple areas that need painting or fixing of walls during walk through. Some of these were not fixed and some spots still had the tape we placed to identify the repair needed.
