The house seems very well bulided. You don't hear road noise and closing a door you can tell it's a quality home.

I did not live in the area during my home construction and because of the Pandemic, it was basically designed virtually. My builder was aware of my inability to travel and communicated with me throughout the process. He also took photographs of the house during different stages of the production. He answered all of my questions and provided detailed explanations, especially when I seemed confused. Apparently, there was a shortage of appliances because of the Pandemic and my builder offered to substitute any that were not readily available. After hearing my displeasure with the substitutions, he contacted the vendors and all of my appliances originally selected, were installed before closing. Building a home is a major undertaking. It is important to establish relationships with all involved upfront and ensure effective, close loop communication with all involved. It is not an issue free process, but any issue can be resolved when everyone is working towards the same goal. I am pleased with my home and have established the necessary relationships to ensure issues that may arise after closing will be addressed. The entire team was very customer focused.

From our first meetings with both the sales person and field manager assigned to the building of our home through the house closing and move in, both patiently answered and fully explained the answers to any questions we had. The amenities at Del Webb Stone Creek are just the right size for retirees looking for a retirement community that does not overwhelm and everyone has their own space to accommodate all residents without anyone feeling crowded.

After 21 years at Sun City MacDonald Ranch we purchased a new Pulte/Del Webb home at Sun City Mesquite. The home buying experience from the start was exceptional, with our Sales Agent and the Bulding Superintendents all keeping us informed and delivering a very high quality product. We love our home, have had very minor issues that were quickly resolved and are enjoying the amenities of the community. This group handled "covid related delays" as well as we could have expected, always keeping us updated and confident that they were doing all they could to get us into our beautiful new home.
