From the sales experience to the build and closing was a seamless well coordinated experience. The whole team was professional and excellent at their respective jobs. If your looking for a 55+ community with great amenities and a very active social life you can not go wrong with Del Webb at River Lights in Wilmington, NC

I did not live in the area during my home construction and because of the Pandemic, it was basically designed virtually. My builder was aware of my inability to travel and communicated with me throughout the process. He also took photographs of the house during different stages of the production. He answered all of my questions and provided detailed explanations, especially when I seemed confused. Apparently, there was a shortage of appliances because of the Pandemic and my builder offered to substitute any that were not readily available. After hearing my displeasure with the substitutions, he contacted the vendors and all of my appliances originally selected, were installed before closing. Customer Service has been superb throughout the buying and move-in experiences.

Buying this home was a great experience for me. I never felt rushed and each decision from doors to floor, from colors to cupboards was mine to make. I loved it! I haven't worked with any other company that treated me so well.

Very good experience end to end. It is important to have reasonable expectation. They allow customization but this is mass produced housing of good and more than sufficient quality

Building a home is a major undertaking. It is important to establish relationships with all involved upfront and ensure effective, close loop communication with all involved. It is not an issue free process, but any issue can be resolved when everyone is working towards the same goal. I am pleased with my home and have established the necessary relationships to ensure issues that may arise after closing will be addressed. The entire team was very customer focused.

From our first meetings with both the sales person and field manager assigned to the building of our home through the house closing and move in, both patiently answered and fully explained the answers to any questions we had. The amenities at Del Webb Stone Creek are just the right size for retirees looking for a retirement community that does not overwhelm and everyone has their own space to accommodate all residents without anyone feeling crowded.

The home buying experience from the start was exceptional, with our Sales Agent and the Bulding Superintendents all keeping us informed and delivering a very high quality product. We love our home, have had very minor issues that were quickly resolved and are enjoying the amenities of the community. It was a nice experience getting my new home . Everybody made it easy for us to move in . Very professional and attentive to our needs . Happy I made the decision to buy a home at Dell Webb .

The process was smooth all the way through to the first 30 days in our home. All the Pulte people and others involved were very helpful, competent, and professional. We thank them all for a job well done.

Del Webb Lake Las Vegas is a premier community. The location, amenities, home design and included features make this the best active adult community we toured, and we visited many. We are so happy we purchased here! Everyone we worked with were caring and amazing! We are grateful we found the perfect place. Del Webb is the BEST!

Having a great building superintendent & sales person made the building process much easier

The home sales both Lynn and Bobby and the other representatives are great at making things happen and the unity that is apparent between Sales and Builder is very much a real plus in getting over unforeseen circumstances that arise.

These guys are tops. Certainly professional and a "no question is a stupid question" attitude. Very patient and helpful. I might be naive - but seem trustworthy and deserving of respect.
