While Del Webb does a good job of supplying a quality product, there are problems in Del Webb communities that need addressing. First, the management company does not register new homeowners for weeks. It does not matter how dedicated the local folks are, the corporate office does not well support the local folks, so there are real issues. Also, while the home build was fine, Del Webb does not do a good job of managing traffic in new build areas, so one often has to wait to get in and out of one’s own house. Also, on occasion the driveway itself is blocked. This is a real issue because ...

We recently closed on our new Del Webb Renown home in Finch Creek. The entire process from Sales, to Building, to Closing was a wonderful experience. The Sales Team answered ALL questions quickly and thoroughly, Our Building Manager was responsive, caring, and delivered a SUPERIOR quality home. Any issue was corrected to our satisfaction without hesitation. Our Building Manager kept us informed via email, texts, and onsite meetings on a regular basis. So happy we chose Del Webb for our forever home.

Well-built home and we are very pleased with the entire process. David, our construction manager, knows what people experience when they move into a new home & having that knowledge has certainly made our lives so much better. He is a rarity in the home construction business. Our sales consultant, Nicolette, promptly answered numerous questions prior to deciding to purchase here. As well as during our buying process. Barbara, at the sales center was awesome while we were moving into our home.

From start to finish, we have had a very good experience with Del Webb. Our foreman Mike Rogers was in charge of the crew who built our new home and was attentive to every detail. I could not have asked for a better foreman or a nicer home. I believe our home was built with very good quality. Clear and scheduled communication every week helped avoid misunderstandings and kept the project moving smoothly forward. The design center was a wonderful resource to help us make our home personal. Our home purchase with Pulte and Del Webb went very smoothly and dealing with the builder was uneventful. The dealing with the construction person for the walk-thru was informative and all requested items to be handled before closing and move-in were taken care of as was promised. We would not hesitate to recommend Pulte and Del Webb.

I looked at this home at the end of March knowing I could not do anything until the middle of August but when I looked at this one l prayed right there the front room and said Lord if this one is the one you want for me this is the one I would like to have This is the One He saved for me and I am thankful because it is were I am suppose to be My husband passed away January 15 so I moved close the my precious family in FV Moved in August 14
