Only complaint is poor painting of exterior and interior, coat of paint extremely thin and many areas missed altogether. Could have used better painters. We are scheduled for re-touch up

trustworthiness, on time and kept us informed.

Pleasing experience. Long process though from signing papers till closing date. Otherwise very happy with Dell Webb and Pulte homes

Everyone from that the Del web organization has been exceptional. This includes the sales department, the builder, the warranty department, and the customer service department. (This includes Barbara, Eric, and Trent)

During our first two month living in a new home there was only one issue, a dripping faucet in the tub. It was quickly addressed and we are enjoying our trouble free home.

In our opinion the field manager is the one who defines the experience of building a home. We were fortunate to have a very professional and motivated field manager (Tom) and that made all the difference. All of our questions and concerns were addressed well before the closing and we are happy new residents.

After we chose to live in Port St. Lucie in a new build 55+ community we had gone to everything in the area and Del Webb had the home and site we were looking for. The decorator selections were very good and they kept us updated throughout the build process. After being here for 2 months we couldn't be happier. During these months we had some 'new build' issues that their warranty manager took care of as promptly as possible. Solid build, very good amenities and everyone we've met in the community are nice.

Our Del Webb home far surpasses our expectations....they delivered on everything promised and are here if we ever need them, which has not been often....when we figure what we paid for the house, less what the price of the land would be, then figure price per square foot, we got one fine deal!

I am very pleased with my pulte home.

This is our third Del Webb home and can't say enough how peaceful and friendly the staff and residents are. My in-laws are settling in nicley and have already made several friends! It's a comfort knowing they are so close to us and enjoying the resort lifestyle.

Everyone was extremely professional and eager to please.

Everyone I encountered during my home buying experience were very professional and friendly from the Sales Staff (Antoinette Robbins), to my Field Manager (Bryan Rohrbacher), to my Warranty Staff (Josh Wells). I was kept up to date on progress of home construction by my field manager. Even after move-in I called on Bryan several times, and he always addressed my issues expeditiously. Josh scheduled a warranty call with me and scheduled a time to come to my new home to follow-up on my questions, etc. He spent 2 hours with me, explaining the sprinkler system, etc. He even found several items he was not happy with and addressed them with the various contractors. Finished on time with continuous updates during the building time.

The sales person was so friendly and knowledgeable it was easy to discuss anything with her. Especially knowing she also lives in the community. Our field manager was top notch. He informed us every week of the progress being made. The quality of the finished product was great. Couldn’t be happier

Everything was great, I just think that they should probably offer a little nicer homes for money. I understand the community is great just feel like the quality of the products put in the home are substandard. I think they sacrifice quality for quality.

We recently purchased a new Del Webb home in Sun City Griffin. Like any hone build, there were certain parts of the build that did not go smoothly. The Del Webb team was very responsive to addressing the problems and we ended up closing on time.

Superb experience from sales to follow ups after closing! This is our third new home build in 8 years and this was by far the most enjoyable even during a pandemic!

That they care about their customer and want to make it a home that they will love.

From sales (Darren), construction Jacob, was very professional and willing to assist and facilitate the the stressful experience into a joyful one.
