While my experience was phenomenal, the Pulte organization has placed their best professionals at this project. Trisha, our sales rep is like no other I met at any other development I considered. She really cares about her clients. Nancy the design professional was an absolute joy. Garrett, the Contstructon Manager was unbelievable. His ability to maintain JIT phases on multiple homes being built is outstanding. I would have liked a higher quality of windows and the landscaping and gardens (included in our home) is very disappointing. My construction manager Alvaro was there for me every step of the way. From beginning to end and afterwards. He updated me every week via email while my new home was being built. He went out of his way to make sure I was clear on everything. I’m satisfied on the quality of my PULTE home, it’s worth its value.

We started looking throughout Florida 3 years ago for our retirement home. When we toured Del Webb Bayview we knew we found our community. Thankfully Jill was our sales representative from the beginning and never gave up on us as it took us 2 years to finalize retirement and commit to build. Jill: sales representative, Susan: design consultant, Sam and Jake: construction managers, all were professional, excellent at their jobs, excellent with customer care. They definitely are dedicated to making Del Webb a successful builder.

The agent we used Evo was super Professional and made the purchase of our new home as easy as it could be. I have bought and sold four homes to date and none have been as pleasurable as this experience has been. Moving forward, your construction management team and my care manager has not been the experience we would’ve hoped for. We love the community and the amenities. Our home is beautiful and will work through some of the missed steps.

In general it was an overall good experience. The build quality of our home was lower than past builders we have used. Cracked countertops, misaligned joints, lots of caulk to fill in excessive gaps. Upgraded cabinets are still cheap particle board. Floating cabinets were not secured properly needed repairs. Paint was water thin and builder painted around hardware on doors and electric trim. Seeing other homes being built next to us, it's kind of amazing Pulte is able to get these homes ready for the buyer. TRADES do not clean up, dust, debris, and garbage is left every where inside the homes until just before closing. Leaf blowers are not a normal home cleaning tool. We repainted the inside due to seeing drywall mud, texture peeling off. During the framing inspection, bare minimum code is met. No trimmer studs on interior doors, large framing nails protruding all over in wall cavities. 24" interior spacing of studs. Glass is scratched on sliding doors and windows. A level and tape measure would make a better quality home. Pulte's build time is very rushed 90 days. Fortunately, our area does not experience lots of inclement weather or earthquakes. Communication was good. Most buyers are out of town moving here, so Communication is important. It's disappointing to see some of my neighbors gutting a new home before move in. The upgraded options are EXTREMELY OVERPRICED, so alot of owners go standard and scrap them and hire outside contractors to upgrade. We will see how the warranty system works. ... More

Slow or no response to minor issues. Multiple emails sent with zero response. Seems like once they have your money, you cease to exist.

Several repairs to our brand new home have been required, each request has been fulfilled in a timely manner.

We felt completely comfortable thru the process working with Luis G. and Kaleb K. They listened well, addressed any issue we had in a timely and efficient manner and were exceptional in follow up on every concern we had. Lastly, they were professional, courteous and kind to work with.

We loved working with Art, Donna, Caleb and Paul!! Our Customer Experience rep, Sarah, has been incredible since we moved in!!

I retired 2 years ago. My plan was to sell my home and move across the country to be closer to my daughter. Upon my visit, I found Sun City Peachtree. The moment I set eyes there, I knew this is where I want to live out the rest of my life. I called, scheduled a tour, was welcomed by Sales Agent, Mark, who took my daughter and I on a lovely tour riding in a golf cart! Mark was fantastic! He was kind, patient, and explained the process to me. Gave us a voucher to have lunch at the golf course restaurant. The food was five star quality! The tour of the homes was outstanding with so many styles of homes to choose from. I made my selection and was able to see the progress of my home being built online. The entire process was very easy, with no major hiccups. Close to completion, I met David, who was the head person handling the building of my home. David was also kind, patient, and was happy to answer any questions asked. Long story short, I'm very pleased with the staff I encountered. I wish I could remember everyone's name. I have to tell you, everyone I encountered in person, phone, or email was very professional, easy to contact, responsive and just pleaseant. Even the residents we met during the tour were very warm and friendly. They were sharing their own experiences and informing me of all the social activities here. I am looking forward to checking those out after I get my beautiful house in order! I've only been here a little over a month and I absolutely love my new home! What a blessing this has been for me and my daughter who lives not too far from Sun City Peachtree. She's happy that her mom is just a stones throw away! Experience was pretty good until after closing. My construction manager was responsive and tried to help but seemed to have little authority to help resolve concerns. They should have more authority since on the front lines. Even going up the corporate ladder a bit had the same experience. Pulte is a large corporation and primary focus is on selling and getting homes closed. The attention drops significantly after close. Every new home is going to have some issues so it would be great if Pulte gave the same attention post close for up to a year as during the sales cycle. I feel forgotten once you close. Also the interior painting on these homes is sub par. The paint is very watered down and who uses flat paint on interior walls anymore? I will also add that almost no upgrades are included in the base price. So the finished product far exceeds baseprice if you want even some of what is considered basic items/finishes. There are also landscaping issues with for example a very low berm in the backyard that is not what was "sold" and will deliver absolutely no privacy. I have already surfaced this to Pulte but no action so far. My neighbors have the same concern. This issue is not going away....we plan to continue to pursue. On the plus side, I am excited to be living in SunCity with all the amenities. I worked long and hard for many years so it's nice to finally be able to enjoy this last chapter of life. ... More

The design center offers a variety but you cannot make your own changes to materials. You also cannot make any structural changes in the plan that you pick. So be sure you are ok with this before you purchase the home. Your yard easements are fairly large. Going through modifications to the property is time consuming and frustrating. Workmanship in and around the home was a bit sloppy and overlooked. Sod was laid on trash and trash was found all through the yard.

Visited Sun City in May and designed a home to be built. By the time the decision was finalized we were in a big time crunch but Adam got us a very well accessorized home under our budget. It was an overall great experience.

Our experience with our new home purchase in Del Webb, Pulte Home has been excellent. Any concerns were addressed in a timely manner. We feel so blessed to have Jazz as our representative. She has walked us step by step through every process. All issues were corrected by Adrian prior to us taking possession. He was receptive to any concerns we had. This made the process of buying our new home go smoothly.

The home-buying process was extremely easy and well-explained, no complaints. Rachael, the design specialist, was fantastic. The choices of finishes are pretty expansive, and if you have the money, you can buy most everything. Due to the cookie cutter nature of Pulte builds, however, we could not get things like an outlet in the floor of the office, multiple paint colors, dimmers on any of the lights, or a wet bar. The kitchen and bathroom cabinets are definitely “builder quality,” and there’s absolutely nothing you can do about that, unless you do it post closing. Sales were exceptional, as should be expected. Sales is still extremely helpful. Construction manager great and very personable, beyond knowledgeable and a quick thinker to correct issues. Still developing relationship with warranty department but it seems they are more of a go between with sub contractor where I still need to be involved. Work in progress.

Did not expect this many issues with the house.

Learning that we are not alone in our home buying experience, helps us face the absolute myriad of problems encountered after spending 3/4 of a million dollars on a 300k home. Faulty workmanship, major electrical issues, cheap materials, single pane vinyl storm windows are installed. Double paned storm windows were supposed to be installed. This is an issue with many of the homeowners here.Incomplete insulation installation, as well as no insulation in many of the homes. The issues mentioned, are common with lower end construction, 200-300k. We have realized that with more than double the expenditures with Pulte at Viera, we have acquired a house with lower end construction issues. Del Webb, who designed my hometown in Arizona, would roll over in his grave to see what is going on here with Pulte. It is an absolute blemish on his name. ... More

Our experience with the build and move-in to our villa at the Del Webb Montebello property has been positive, overall. The Customer Care team on the property has been excellent in terms of communication and setting up repairs of interior and exterior issues. There are a few issues on the exterior that we were told were part of the design and couldn’t be changed by the builder. This is predominantly gutters and downspouts, which may result in our having to fix at our cost. Our contractor/builder contact was very helpful, but there was too much to cover in one walk-through. Several walk-throughs prior to moving in would have been helpful to catch all the punch list items. We might have seen more detail. Overall, we are happy with our Montebello Villa. ... More

It has been approximately one month since I moved into the new home. I currently have 10 open requests in for repairs. So far. I have had 7 contractor appointments to repair the refrigerator, cabinets, caulking, painting, etc. I anticipate over 10 more contractor appointments to address open issues. Due to serious insect issues, I was required to scrub, power wash (entire house) and paint areas of the house to clean and cover up insect residue. Buying the paint and paying for power wash was over $500.

My home buying purchase was quick and very smooth. The sales staff and the building staff were so attentive to any questions I had prior to and after closing on my new home. There was an issue with my dishwasher after closing and they were on it right away to help me. I don't have access to much email or internet and I don't drive but they worked with me and my agent in a quick and efficient way and went out of their way to accommodate my limitations. I am so pleased and would highly recommend a Del Webb home to anyone wanting a great neighborhood to live in.

The entire team helps to make the experience a pleasant one.

I enjoyed a seamless design and building experience. Del Webb has hired very knowlegeable and staff from the sales manager to construction manager and every staff person is very conscientious.
