Builder very slow to correct warranty items.

Lisa at sales was amazing. Marvin the contract manager stayed on top of everything and ensured no big problems. It was a smooth transition. The loan department is a different story, worst experience we have ever had.

Bruce was awesome. No pressure. never felt rushed. great experience.

Jim was remarkable in making us feel comfortable in our new home. He was always available to answer questions and address our concerns. We consider him a valuable asset as we go further into our Pulte Home experience.

Great salesman, Ian was a pleasure to deal with and very attentive and responsive. A few changes in construction managers, but our needs were addressed. Overall a positive experience, with the exception of Pulte Mortgage, they were a challenge.

For example for improvement —streamline the architectural review to expedite the process and cover landscaping under warranty at least for the first 30 days which is not included.

Very happy with my new house.

I was disappointed when we closed that I could not keep Money back because we paid cash and the house was not complete at closing. Many things were not done from the walkthrough the week prior even though they tell you it will be. So you have no recourse except to be a squeaky wheel. Our kitchen backsplash and bathroom tile jobs had to be redone. Such a pain to move in and then have to work amongst the mess when they knew at least a few months prior that it was subpar and unacceptable. The warranty rep is very competent and helpful which is a plus. The construction manager was a joke. We had to tell the A/C guy the third time he came out for repair what was actually wrong with our unit and instructed him how to fix it after watching a YouTube video. Love the house and floor plan and community but getting here was a struggle. The house and community sells itself not the people who work at Pulte. ... More

Structurally sound but Finish work needs alot of improvement. Scratches on mirrors and scratches and chip on shower/tub enclosures, less than acceptable tile installation with different color grout, cracked tiles, patched grout throughout. Damaged cabinet drawer.

Site manager should stay involved for at least 60 day after move in. Developer in too much of a hurry to pass you on the the warranty division adding communications issues along the way

The buying experience was mixed. There were definitely some great points, but unfortunately some not so great points as well. The salesperson, Aaron was great! However, the build quality left a little to be desired. This is our second home we built with this company within a year and half time. While the majority of the work is good, we were led to believe everything would be fixed before we moved in. That wasn't the case - we still have outstanding issues that haven't been resolved. I've been told they are working on them, but they are not fixed. We've had multiple issues addressed since we've moved in, that were not within the scope of things we identified before we moved in. I believe the builder to be a good one, but some of the subcontractors they hire, really don't do a good job. I would say, if you choose to have a home built by this builder, stay on top of them and use a home inspection company to help identify issues before you move in. ... More

I lived in Seattle and moved to Minnesota, so my ENTIRE Home Buying process was done over the phone & on-line!! EVERYTHING from beginning to end was a FANTASTIC Experience with The Del Webb Corporation and their local Employee Staff!! THANKS TO EVERYONE! :)

My husband and I purchased a new home in the Del Webb Tradition community of Port St Lucie without ever coming to Florida. We based our decision to do so on the reputation of the PulteGroup as a home builder and the Del Webb brand. We did everything online with a great team of friendly, helpful, and professional people from start to finish. We love living here and for anyone considering Del Webb Tradition as their next home we would highly recommend it.

The homes are put up quickly and often times things are overlooked r just not finished. Beware every little thing adds up quickly so it is easy to add $50,000+ to your home quit even noticing. You will spend extra of your own money fixing the shoddy taping in the garage and repainting as the paint quality is very inferior. The homes are crowded in and it seems that every inch of space is filled. However, the facilities are too small for the number of homes and they will never be able to hold events for the entire community which makes getting to know people hard. We really appreciated the whole experience from the initial sales center/model tour, design center selection and construction. The whole team was very professional, provided excellent explanations especially during construction and made us feel welcome to the community! Our construction manager was always available for questions and worked through any issues we had quickly and with a great deal of attention to the details. We were very please at every step of the process.

The builder intervened promptly on an issue I had with the roof.

It is first time to move in a new constructed house, though I had owned 6 houses before. Interior and outdoor nice. Kitchen has many built ins which is very convenient.

Nice neighborhood basically nice home, but don’t miss anything on your final walkthrough which is only about an hour. Everything you missed is a challenge. Most of the things we miss should have been corrected by the construction manager who’s job is to ensure quality control.

Our experience with Bruce, Frank, & Debbie have been wonderful.

Valen was an awesome Sales consultant that assisted me with my purchase. She was absolutely amazing with responsiveness and providing me with information I needed. Closing went very smooth with no delays. Frank was such a pleasure to work with as the Construction Manager. He helped me with numerous questions, and did it all with a smile. Anything I identified as an issue or concern was addressed. Very pleased with my purchase and happy to live in Del Webb BayView.

From picking our lot to moving in the staff at all stages of the process were helpful and went to extremes to make sure we understood each step. Picking our options was a great experience and a bit exhausting as so much to choose from, but the staff made sure we were comfortable with each choice. We recommend the choice of a Del Webb community.

I used to have a Del Webb winter home in Palm Desert, California. It was beautiful! When I saw a Del Webb community in Minnesota I was ecstatic! Everything started out great! Once we moved in we had issues. Our floor popped up in the front foyer, we had rain come under our back door and it ruined that flooring, tar in new driveway sunk in spots, main shower drips, waves in trim outdoors, substandard paint used on walls throughout house…. We had someone take out damaged flooring, but that was almost 6 weeks ago! Calling customer service has been a nightmare to contact. There is a recorded message for customer service that says they are “at a meeting”. I paid a premium price for our lot and our guest bedroom is 12 feet from the neighbors garage. Don’t get me wrong, we love our home, the community, and the amenities. However, we wish we could get our issues resolved. We do have a year warranty but some things shouldn’t have to wait a year.
