Home was delivered when promised. Max is very responsive to all questions and problems during and after delivery.

Our home buying was so pleasant and all that were involve was amazing.

Pulte is proud of what is behind the walls. Unfortunately, their ability to deliver quality finishes simply isn’t there. Their subcontractors are sub-par, and with the number of houses they are throwing up… think of a little bit less than minimum, and that’s what you get.

From start to finish everyone at del Webb were awesome. Lisa, Chris and others really helped us.

Our experience with building a home in Sun City Peachtree was excellent primarily because of our construction manager David. This is the sixth home we've owned across the U.S. and the second time we've built one in a 55+ community, and David's professionalism, knowledge, attention to detail, follow through, and customer-oriented attitude were all exceptional throughout the entire construction process.

Whomever did the detailed architectural layout/planning of the home’s infrastructure (water, power, lighting, etc…) failed! The master shower, and kitchen water are so far from the water heater we have to waste 2-3 gallons of water before it begins to warm up. The light switch placements are not consistent from room to room. What is the overhead light in one room is switched in the next. The bed-side switch for the master bedroom switched light is so far from the edge of a king bed that you have to be out of bed to use it. The towel racks in the master bathroom are as far from the shower as you can get rather than being immediately by the shower door along the water-closet wall. Every closet should always have a light and an outlet in it. With respect to construction; there are no vents to release the heat in the attic spaces this will ultimately seriously degrade the lifespan of the asphalt shingles. The concrete garage floor is already cracking, as did the porch pad. The stairs up to the second level rooms are already loose. The kitchen sink is a “false” stainless steel, not true stainless steel as no magnets will stick to it and it loudly expands or contracts when exposed to hot or cold water. The turf laid down for the lawn was of a very coarse grass, much of which was already dead or extremely stressed when we moved in. A last example is the garage door. A more flimsy door would be hard to find and against all best practices, there is a single spring on one side to help lift the door. Having a single spring puts an unwarranted strain on the door, door rollers and the spring itself. Several residents in the development have already had to have their garage doors repaired because of the unequal support for the door. Overall we are very disappointed and dissatisfied. ... More

Buying this home is as stressful. You have to make lifetime decisions quickly without the ability to make any changes to your home after you sign. Once you go to the design center some things make more sense. Your sales consultant doesn’t know everything. Nor does the design team know what you are an actually buying as well. They don’t really know what the house gets with purchase. The build was overwhelming at times. I felt like we were babysitting our construction manager and all the trades. We became the annoying buyers, but we felt our brand new home should be almost perfect. We hired an inspector for two inspections and I would never have thought he would have found as many issues as he had. We had problems with our a/c they promised us it was corrected, three hours after our closing we had no a/c for three days, in August!! Synergy is awful we had to reach out to them to get our items we purchased. I feel we should have received a higher quality build than we had. ... More

Detailing on the house could be better. For instance, painting only has one thin coat on the walls and doors. If you wipe the wall or doors to clean a mark the paint starts to come off. Stucco needs repair in patio wall corner. All reported but slow response.

This is our 7th home. Smallest and most expensive. Feel deserted after move in.

I purchased the homesite specifically because the salesman with Pulte told me that I would have a high berm in back of the site. When we went to look at the lot, prior to foundations being poured, there was a high berm in the back. When I took the final walkthrough, however, there was a low berm whose height was only above my waist and scraggly planting planted on it. It will take 5-10 years for these plants to mature. When I complained to the sales manager, she said that all salespeople have access to the final plans for the subdivision including the height of the berms in back of each lot so the salesperson knew that eventually the berm would be low. The sales manager was no help in rectifying this situation. I turned down a move-in ready house because of the issue of a low berm. I believe that I've been swindled. When Pulte builds houses in back of mine, the workers and then the homeowners will be able to look directly into my house. I have no privacy. I paid half a million dollars for this house and lot which I believe is a large amount considering that the house is apartment sized and has little to no privacy. I do not believe that the value is very high. I am not the only one that the salespeople promised a high berm in back of their lots and then didn't deliver. On the other hand, the construction manager was extremely helpful in resolving the issue of the HVAC system periodically shutting down. He was prompt in his response and finally got the issue resolved. ... More

We have had very good experience with Pulte Builders. The construction manager for our home, Ben, was fantastic. Our experience with the home warranty group has also been positive. Overall, we are pleased with Pulte and their attention to detail.

We had a new home built in Del Webb North Myrtle Beach, SC and couldn’t be more excited about it. The house is beautiful, very well built, the craftsman trim package is gorgeous, and the gourmet kitchen is fantastic for entertaining family and friends. Couldn’t be happier!

There seems to be an issue with the GFI breakers. Ovens always shut off. Light bulbs continue to flicker. When it’s windy outside it sounds like a wind tunnel in my unit. The flooring is cheap. There is a squeaking noise in front of my pantry. There is small area on my master bathroom vanity that is peeling. Some areas of grout on the master is not even with the tile.

Overall very pleasant experience. Plenty of communication and updates.

Jeremy was very helpful in all aspects of our purchase.

Angela from the sales team and Chase & Dawnyel from the build team were exceptional. Not be able to converse with the pre-drywall project manager was the only area which should be addressed.

Sale was great so pleased with the staff. The few problems I have had they fixed immediately, very professional. I love my new home!

We felt we needed to keep an eye on the building process. Subcontractors were slightly below average and construction manager, to us, is really a project manager. There needs to be more supervision of trades (such as uneven floors, appliance issues on day one, some doors were uneven, touch ups and prior cleaning were not done prior to closing as promised.) Expected more quality for the price point. Nice neighborhood.

Did not receive proactive information regarding closing date and required activity except how to pay. Did not receive closing documents or even notification that closing had happened. Mail box keys didn’t arrive for several days. Since closing minor building related tasks remain incomplete.

well built and comfortable home

This is my second Pulte new construction home purchase in the last 4 years. I think the quality of the materials and build construction is very good. With this last purchase however, I am less than thrilled to the attention to details of the interior finishes and care by the trades. Had many issues with things being missed, or sloppy finish that was less than satisfying. I am still waiting for a lot of these issues to be fixed - more than a month after closing
