We really appreciated the whole experience from the initial sales center/model tour, design center selection and construction. The whole team was very professional, provided excellent explanations especially during construction and made us feel welcome to the community! Our construction manager was always available for questions and worked through any issues we had quickly and with a great deal of attention to the details. We were very please at every step of the process.

The builder intervened promptly on an issue I had with the roof.

It is first time to move in a new constructed house, though I had owned 6 houses before. Interior and outdoor nice. Kitchen has many built ins which is very convenient.

Nice neighborhood basically nice home, but don’t miss anything on your final walkthrough which is only about an hour. Everything you missed is a challenge. Most of the things we miss should have been corrected by the construction manager who’s job is to ensure quality control.

Our experience with Bruce, Frank, & Debbie have been wonderful.

Valen was an awesome Sales consultant that assisted me with my purchase. She was absolutely amazing with responsiveness and providing me with information I needed. Closing went very smooth with no delays. Frank was such a pleasure to work with as the Construction Manager. He helped me with numerous questions, and did it all with a smile. Anything I identified as an issue or concern was addressed. Very pleased with my purchase and happy to live in Del Webb BayView.

From picking our lot to moving in the staff at all stages of the process were helpful and went to extremes to make sure we understood each step. Picking our options was a great experience and a bit exhausting as so much to choose from, but the staff made sure we were comfortable with each choice. We recommend the choice of a Del Webb community.

I used to have a Del Webb winter home in Palm Desert, California. It was beautiful! When I saw a Del Webb community in Minnesota I was ecstatic! Everything started out great! Once we moved in we had issues. Our floor popped up in the front foyer, we had rain come under our back door and it ruined that flooring, tar in new driveway sunk in spots, main shower drips, waves in trim outdoors, substandard paint used on walls throughout house…. We had someone take out damaged flooring, but that was almost 6 weeks ago! Calling customer service has been a nightmare to contact. There is a recorded message for customer service that says they are “at a meeting”. I paid a premium price for our lot and our guest bedroom is 12 feet from the neighbors garage. Don’t get me wrong, we love our home, the community, and the amenities. However, we wish we could get our issues resolved. We do have a year warranty but some things shouldn’t have to wait a year. Buying experience went smoothly. Design center associate was very helpful and offered many options to select from. My new home was built with care. The supervisor of the building was amazing! I have a well built, beautiful home.

My experience with Alvaro, the builder, has been excellent! He is very attentive and even though he is super busy, he always takes the time to answer any of my questions and help when he can.

Excellent very responsive to any inquiry and made certain all concerns were addressed/fixed

After being in our last home for 33 years, it was time to move to something newer and enjoy retirement. Searching around the middle of Florida, we found Del Webb communities in quite a few locations. We liked what we saw, and finally bought in Stone Creek near Ocala. Although not a 'custom' builder, Del Webb offers a large selection of interesting options to allow us to make it 'ours' from the start. Our salesman, Bruce, was just all-around great; he really knew what we might want, and that's what we got. Construction time was less than we expected, and now in our new home for 9 weeks, we are delighted! Any issues we've had (few and small) were addressed quickly and professionally by a great team of Chase and Matthew. As one of the first homes to be finished in our new neighborhood, we have to contend with construction activity, but bicycling around our other finished neighborhoods we know how nice it will be very soon. We love our new home by Pulte. In general we are very happy. There are some small issues eg: paint chips, finish work. I am assured these touch ups will be taken care of at our 11 month warranty. We did have a leak that was addressed immediately and are very happy with the quick response and repair work.

We had a bad experience with the PULTI Mortgage rep while working on financing. He would never call us back or answer questions. Then when it was getting close to the closing, the closing company actually was able to get everything figured out. Thank Goodness! Learning all the different websites and how to enter complaints/work request took us a bit. (still learning). This is the hardest thing. We have had plants die. They replaced some prier to move in , only to have some die again. They are scheduled to replace them at earliest convenience. (Rain stopping them) We put in a work order for floor work. They came out the next day. So far very happy with warrantee response. We love our home though it is bigger than we wanted. It is small to most. We just wanted 1000 sq ft. It is only 2 of us. Overall, I am happy with my purchase! It is just me that has a problem with technology. Love the neighborhood, Just wish a Trader Joes and other conveniences' where closer. All in Due Time I think. nice house for the money they gave us a great deal,however there are some issues with the house and not getting a response from the service team.

There were too many different people involved in the Pulte Mortgage process from start to finish. We love the home and the community.

All materials builder grade. Concerns regarding poor drainage behind property. 900,000.00 home does not include linen closet!

We had a wonderful experience start to finish. Our Sales Consultant, the Design Studio staff and our Construction Manager were all very professsional, genuinely friendly and easy to work with. Our interaction with the Title, Mortgage and Insurance staff was somewhat more limited but all were extermely helpful and responsive to our every (& frequent) inquires.

Beautiful home, well built to a point, but watch out for the missing details. Still finding and dealing with some sloppy workmanship issues that should not exist. The good news is that most are being addressed, slowly, but it is a never-ending process finding things that should have just been done right the first time.

It’s a take it or leave it company. When you sign a contract here you get zero rights and Del Webb has all the rights. Not only do you have to close when they want, inconsiderate of your need and regardless of the home’s condition, you can loose your deposit if you falter in any way. They can even cancel the contract at wlll if they desire at any time. Take it or leave it regardless of the incentives Del Webb may offer.

We made a wonderful decision!

He went out of his way to be certain all our last minute issues were handled.

My problem was with my salesman. He led me to believe that I could upgrade or downgrade some items which was totally not true since my home was already in the process of being built. So partly my fault for trusting him and reading everything in detail. The new salesman that I was assigned to did try very hard to make it right and was able to let me downgrade my stove to electric instead of gas.
