Buying this home was very easy. They build these homes very quickly. I have a lot of construction around me, so I see how fast they go up. I love my new home.

Del Webb provides a beautiful community here in Westborough. The quality of the appliances is builder grade unless you upgrade.

From the starting point dealing with April our sales rep was excellent..she answered questions promptly very professional always available no matter what..we were fortunate to be living elsewhere to be able to watch the entire building process.Our project manager Dominic he was absolutely a charm to work with..he took his job seriously and was attentive to our needs as well as overseeing the entire project.Overall this was a great experience building our forever home.

Steve was our contact in the construction of our home. He was very responsive to our concerns and questions. We never had a problem getting in contact with him and as we were not able to visit the job site he worked very well with our local contact person. Any issues with construction were addressed immediately. Great job and a great house. Thank you Del Webb and Steve.

From Sales to Close, working with Del Webb wildlight group has been an extremely positive experience. Our salesman, Lance, helped us through the selection process and worked with us every step of the way. Our building site manager, James, had exemplary customer service, was extremely knowledgeable, extremely responsive, and kept us informed, every step throughout the build process. I couldn’t be happier with the quality of my home. Moving to Del Webb. Wildlight is really the place to be if you want a great community, upscale services, and a beautiful quality home.

Wonderful experience we never built a house before but it was great. Kialle helped us from the start and garret made sure that the house was built with the changes that we wanted

When thinking about buying here one of the things was i would not know anyone here. The sales guy told me that at orientation someone be assigned like a type of ambassador. That didn't happen. The building manager was fine. He told me to wait to bring up the issues i found around the home because the warranty folks would not want to fix it more than once. When the warranty folks came by there were a couple of issues I brought up told me they would have things fixed. NEVER happened. I understand my home was probably in less than 60 days and things get over like. Now I just put painters tape by the issues and I know that it will get fixed. Besides all that I love my home. The person handling our closing walk thru was very responsive and ask for 5 stars. A few weeks later we asked for a follow up several times and he never responded. A month later and no follow up to our call. Seems like once he got our 5 star rating, he wasn’t interested in helping us anymore.

Our construction manager was very friendly and responded to our requests very quickly. His name is Brad O'Brien and he was a really nice guy.

Very pleased. This is our second experience building Dell Webb home in Sun City, Mesquite, Nevada. Our first home, built six years ago, was also a good experience. Our family has grown with grandchildren so we wanted to build a slightly larger home. the building process was very good. Ron, our construction Manager was excellent. The Pulte Vegas design center person, Allyssa, we worked with was very good!!! We do wish there was a lot more selection in the products at the design center, particularly in flooring. As seniors, we do not want hard tile and , with dust allergies do NOT want carpeting. We felt the cost of hardwood floors was very expensive and not a great floor for the dry desert —and, the vinyl options limited and much too costly—-much more affordable to do on our own. Nevertheless, we really enjoyed the designer we worked with.( Frankly, much more so than our previous designer seven years ago.) The landscapers, have so far been very good. All members of Delwebb team from beginning to end were very informative and helpful. They promptly addressed my concerns and kept me informed. I liked how they sent me weekly updates and photos of the progress. This was comforting being from out of state and not being able to see progress on my own. Very satisfied with the quality and value for my money!

I unfortunately feel that my new Del Webb home is not worth what I paid for it. I have found that all of the materials used, including the very expensive upgrades have not been worth the price. I only recently moved in so I am hoping that the community that was promised will make it worth it. But I am very disappointed in the quality of the materials and workmanship of my home. My advice to new buyers if you want to be in a Del Webb home is to not buy ANY of the offered upgrades. But the base home and out the upgrades in yourself after the fact.

Todd and Nate provided excellent service throughout the entire home buying and building process. Todd as sales professional and Nate as construction manager.

Once the building of the home started we had to keep tabs on the process. Certain contractors were exceptional while others were terrible. Pulte stands by their product though so those items that needed correcting are being handled. Still, overall quality could be better of the construction.

I’ve been here now for a little bit over a month and have discovered a few things that I didn’t realize before I purchased my unit. All but one of the sinks in my unit were designed for ADA compliance. This meant that there was no bottom to the sink it went straight to the floor. So I had to pay a workmen $360 to make a shelf under the sink and install it. Personally, I believe that Del Webb Chauncy Lake should have designed the sink so The bottom of the cabinet could be unscrewed and removed for compliance with ADA regulations. I also found out that the oven that was to be in my unit was not the same oven that I was told I would get. The following are notifications of the various models numbers that were changed and changed back: “We had supply chain issues in the past which resulted in us needing to change our Whirlpool range offerings. In short, we are now back to the original Whirlpool range: Model #WFE550S0LZ. We were originally offering Model #WFE550S0LZ then switched to Model WFE775HOHZ to help us get through the supply issues and are now back to WFE550S0LZ. ” A week later, I received another update for the oven, ” We’re sending an updated email regarding your Whirlpool range. The range that you will be getting is WFES3530RS. This range replaces the WFE525S0JS model. Please see the attached documents to compare the key features.” Essentially, the model i received is a very basic model and did not include air fryer or preheating and other features.Needless to say, I was very disappointed in the replacement.” One of the toilets in my unit rocked and was generating a small leak. The Chauncy Lake team was quick to respond to this issue however, I asked that since the toilet had to be uplifted and a new ring inserted could I have a comfort toilet instead of the 15 inch Standard one. They said yes no problem however I was asked to pay $840 for the replacement. I considered this unreasonable. I don’t really know how much a toilet plus labor would cost, but I don’t think it would be $840. The charge came from the contracted plumbers and not Chauncy Lake. I still have some confusion about air filters and will get with the appropriate people to find out more details. Other than these issues, I find that Del Webb Chauncy Lake is the kindest and most considerate community that I have lived in in a long time. My neighbors are friendly and helpful and enjoy each other. It’s not unusual to find a group out front or on benches outside talking with each other.. Spent all morning for no show repairs or someone else’s fault? Multiple calls to schedule repairs then not a single issue resolved. Pics of repairs not even my house as I submitted. Sent wrong service people, no show on others. Stucco although scheduled won’t repair for a year.

The buying and build phase was seamless thanks to our salesman, Darrin and our construction supervisor, Michael. Quality of home is good. Only a couple of service requests thus far and they were handled efficiently and to our satisfaction. Warranty contact, Debbie, even stopped by to check on completion of work.

Austin is very knowledgeable and patient. Answered all my questions in a timely manner and helped me to understand builders code. He made being a first time new home builder a very enjoyable experience even though it still was stressful at times. Keep up the good work with people like Austin!

Everyone I dealt with was very nice, but my problem is the quality of materials and the Lack of knowledge and experience I feel that being a bunch of Latin workers out here someone should be speaking Spanish to them to explain to them and training them how to do things the correct way with the workers that were working on the house

Beautiful new neighborhood with houses that have flaws. Outside trim bumpy and not done with quality appearance. Day of settlement , new floor covered with flaws and glue. Also, vanity tops covered with glue spots. Multiple work orders put in and some not addressed after 4 weeks time , which is unacceptable. Air conditioning condensation putting puddles on floor with no fix available in timely matter.

Sales was wonderful - Design Center was great, however they are unaware the products that get ordered do not work with the home. Work was being completed as we were closing and beyond closing. Title company was fair at best and the warranty department is unresponsive in the sense of getting things done. Still working on major issues from day 1 and now we are at day 60. Recommended someone to purchase within the same community at the beginning of the process, but not sure I would do it again. Very disappointed more with the unresponsiveness and messy workmanship than with the product.

I am having quiet few issues with the home that has been recently being moved into. Garage door is making a very loud noise, going up and down.( someone came and lubricated it still same loud noise) The garbage disposal is not working.( someone will not come and fix it till another 3/4 days) The laminate floor has white dots on the floor, it looks like someone painted the ceiling with no drop cloth, and the paint is on my laminate floors. Soft close drawers are definitely not soft close ( paid for it) Told the construction manager but did not hear back from him) Response is very slow. I have just lived in this home for about less than 15 days. Wish it could be better. Why are The Whirlpool appliances in the homes all not the same when it is a standard chosen. Just a FYI a simple Griddle for the stove top is missing, and whirlpool refuses to send it me. I want to talk to someone . Please call me you should have my number. ... More
