Everyone from Pulte was excellent and extremely professional in every aspect of our purchasing our new home from Del Webb in Sun City Hilton Head-Bluffton, SC.

Have only been here for about 6 weeks, but so far I am very pleased. Just wish COVID would stop interfering with activity.

Although no complex endeavor comes out 100% correct the first time, we are impressed with the builder's responses to correct the relatively minor issues we've discovered.

Bought a house in the spring and was happy with the experience. Was it perfect, no, but nothing ever is, but the crew was there to address my issues. Only complaint is our lot includes a drainage bed that takes up half the yard, that was never disclosed to me.

This is our 4th new home build. From the home model selection with the many, many construction options to the numerous options for materials to be used, I feel that Del Webb has a great system, product and method. Yes, there are some things I would have liked to have as options but I can understand why they have to limit some of the upper end selections. The build process is well done and I feel that all of my needs were addressed. One big thing that was different about this construction process was how clean the job site was. I have never had my tile floors covered after installation before! During my site visits, EVERY worker was considerate and friendly. They really cared about the job they were performing as well as being clean about it! Yes, there are costmetic items that are being added to my “punch list” but that is to be expected after any new construction. Considering my build was right in the middle of the national COVID shutdown, I feel very fortunate that Del Webb has the relationships with suppliers that my construction time line remained as promised. Every phone call with questions to my construction manager was answered in a timely fashion. Communication is important on a “long distance” build. This is the second home I have purchased from Del Webb/ Pulte. This one is fantastic quality & a Good value. Service for any issue has been terrific. Anyone looking for a home should first check on a Del Webb home.

Purchased a Del Webb quest villa, 5 years new. They were very accommodating with the smallest issues.

From the sales process where the folks were very forthcoming with all things to be considered. We were given option catalog with pricing for our proposed model so we would know before purchasing what we were getting into. During the build our construction manager always had time to review where we were in the process and if we had any concerns addressed them immediately. Post closing the warranty team addressed any touch up items that we found. The entire process you could tell all the people involved were striving to make the entire process a pleasant one.

First, our house was well inspected and ready to move in. No blue tape to mark issues with walls, etc. Second, the longer we are in our home, the more we appreciate the quality workmanship and well through out design. This is found in simple things such as the doors opening and closing perfectly. Or the sight lines of the home design. The placement of light switches. The fabulous landscaping. Great outdoor space. And much more. Lastly, we performed an independent inspection of our home for the safety features in case of a hurricane. We were given the highest marks possible for the workmanship and materials used in the construction of our home. We also saved almost $1000 off of our home owners insurance per year. We are very pleased with our new home at Del Webb at Dove Mountain. It is a very solid home with many nice features that was completed on time, despite everything going on with COVID. We looked at several other 55 plus communities in the Tucson area, and found that we got more "bang for our buck" at Del Webb at Dove Mountain. We love the community, all the walking trails among the Saguaro cactus, and beautiful views of the mountains on all sides.

We were extremely pleased with the entire Del Webb new home process. All aspects from choosing a model home, design choice, pre and post construction meetings and closing were all very positive. All of the employees we dealt with were very professional and a pleasure to work with. Our mortgage and insurance was also obtained through DelWebb which made for a seamless experience. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking to build a new home.

We felt confident that JL was following up with all construction issues that came up! His attitude helped reduce the ordinary stress involved with building a new home.

Our home at DelWebb Rancho Mirage is fantastic. We love the open floor plan, exterior home designs are great and community amenities are beautiful. The layout of the community with all the walkways is exactly what we were looking for. We would recommend this community without reservation.

It was a pleasure working with Del Webb to build my new home. The cost quoted in the contract remained the same for the entire project - no cost over runs. I found Pulte builders to be very professional and they build us a quality product.

Hard to believe that this is my first single family home purchase. After many years in apartments and a condo, I decided to make the move into a house AND into Celebrate. I love the community and everything that it offers. My experience from the sales rep to the construction was wonderful. And to think I went through the process during a pandemic, but was only delayed a total of two weeks.
