My wife and I moved to Del Webb North Penn from just 5 miles away and we are very happy that we made the move. The townhouse layout is perfect and the quality is top notch. Lots of things to do and lots of friendly people. Highly recommended!

Paid for upgraded appliances, but basic decision issues. All appliances were supposed to be Whirlpool. Initial microwave was another brand. It was replaced with a whirlpool but, the display is white when all other kitchen appliances are blue. It is highlight as it sits above oven and you see the difference every time you look into the kitchen. Construction manager has been very responsive in trying to get fix, but so far he keeps getting road blocks. Latest response is others are like that so, no fix. I guess it is OK for this new pair of shoes to be one black and one white

The value of the home paid and particularly the workmanship is below par

We intended to pay cash for our new home; however, because we had not yet sold our existing home we were required to apply for a mortgage to purchase the Del Webb home. The loan application process was horrible. The loan processors required us to provide information that was not ultimately needed and difficult for us to obtain in a format suitable to them.. Although we did eventually get approval for the loan, we did not need it because our home sold as expected.

Logan, our sales rep was awesome. From our original email to home touring she was responsive, very helpful with great follow-up. She is a very positive person and a great representative for Del Webb.

This is our sixth house, three new, and they have proved their building and knowledge to us. Everything that needed to be fixed was taken care of in a very timely manner. Must say that this is the best built and quality all around that we have bought. Would recommend very highly.

The Ocala area offers excellent value. Del Webb offers abundant amenities. Pulte builds a quality home. We have had some issues with warrantee responsiveness as the subs are maxed out with new construction that repairs get the back burner.

Over-all the experience went well. Our concerns arose after we closed middle June. As with any new home, there will be items that need to be reviewed/repaired. These have been. The largest item we encountered was the back yard was not done well, at all. The slope was going into our back side of home. The water during rains (and even during the sprinkler watering) was not funneled well. We have major flooding. Multiple service requests have not been responded to except for email feedback. We've been in the house for 1.5 months still no action. I spoke with our neighbors who have same issues. We're getting quite concerned with inactivity regarding this? Quality is not what you get, it is what you are told though. Building processes are wrong and things in home get damaged during construction. Once house closes, items are no longer build problems but now warranty issues and response is slow to get fixed. A few small inexpensive changes could make home much more efficient. They are not options and you cannot change later. The construction manager is really just a PR guy for Pulte and oversees too many homes to be focused on quality. The common response to issues is” that’s the way we do it”.

Austin was phenomenal in every way with attention to detail and making sure everything was done correctly! He is an asset as an Employee and should be commended for it.

Pulte customer service is 110%!!! Pulte sub contractors and quality of workmanship is 75%. I feel like they hire the cheapest subcontractors which include people who have zero experience and no supervision so therefore some things are built extremely well and others are not. Have already had issues with our AC, hot water and major issues with landscape company that pulte hired. Overall I like the home itself and amazing customer service thru the buying process but Pultes above average reputation is no where near what it was 30 years ago. I'm disappointed by that because I went with a "name brand" builder and paid $100k more for a Pulte home over other cheaper options in the same area. ... More

We bought a winter home in Mesquite. The buying process was very easy, the visit to the design center was enjoyable and thorough. Zac was awesome as our sales rep and after-purchase go-to guy. He’s been very helpful since we live far away. I’ve been very pleased with Daryl, who is the service manager. We’ve had a couple of minor issues with the house and Daryl has been on top of things, no delays. Overall, the experience has been great!

Max was the absolute best at what he does. He kept us informed with calls, emails, and pictures. In looking back, it would have been helpful to have had a check off sheet with dates, time frames, and contact people to answer any questions. Maybe a customer service person prior to completion.

My buying and moving in was very smooth...

Construction Nanagers did a great job. Disappointed with some of the quality. 1/8 inch thick engineered hardwood was a shock. Fixtures in bathrooms were not the same quality as pictured in model.

Very good home buying experience. Had a few issues but they were worked out with some reasonable follow up.

From start to finish from the construction to the end from the details with my project manager, and with my sales person, I couldn’t have been happier. I moved from New York to Texas and the experience was one. I will never forget they were the best.

Amazing community. The process was easy and enjoyable.

The entire process was transparent and we were included in each phase of the build. Our building supervisor gave us weekly updates and photos. We were impressed with the quality of the materials and the attention to detail. Our home was completed in 5 months. Post build. any issues were promptly addressed. We love our home and new community.

After deciding to retire, making the actual move was easy with Del Webb.
