Very disappointed in how Pulte has degraded Del Webb. The houses are very over priced. The way the new homes are built around existing homes is awful, No consideration by subcontractors with the trash, dust and parking ect. Repairs can be a battle to get handled. The people we have worked with are great it is just who the work for.

I’m completely 100% satisfied with my home. From the design, to the sales price, and the quality of craftsmanship of the home.

Great experience moving into Del Webb Naples move in ready home. They were negotiable on price and our situation of closing on our previous home. We got to move from one home to the other in two days, so much less stress thanks to Robin at sales. Home quality a lot better than other builders in area.

My new home purchase went very smoothly. The build quality is strong, the finishes are clean, and the home was delivered in great condition. The buying process was clear and efficient, and I always felt informed about what was happening next. Overall, I’m satisfied with the home and the experience.

We reported poor quality workmanship on $7,000+ garage floor and marked the worst areas with blue painters tape. Nothing gas been done. A missing shelf bracket in pantry makes that shelf unusable.

Details and finish was better than expected

I highly recommend Del Webb because of the wonderful staff. Cindy was our salesperson and she was phenomenal to work with. In preparing our home for move in Chip was efficient and thorough in getting everything ready for our move in day. Truly a wonderful home buying experience at Del Webb.

I was looking for a new house I could purchase and move into on short notice. This was a spec house and I fell in love with it. Del Webb was great in answering all my questions and getting me closed in 2 weeks! The house is perfect and I couldn't be happier.

Buying process wss ok Definitely a lack of communication from the sales team once we signed and verbal commitments that were made were not honored. Workmanship is terrible. Wrong way (left v right) deadbolts on doors Same on toilet paper dispensers. Paint is peeling and/or is not fully covering the painted areas. Shower handle installed incorrectly. Damage to several of the door jambs on the inside of house that were not repaired or repainted. Chips in countertops. Many other issues to list. Very disappointed in the quality of workmanship and attention to detail.

Our experience with Del Webb from the sales center to the closing was seamless. We enjoyed working with Nikki & Garrett, both were very knowledgeable & professional.

Overall, we were pleased with the experience. The local team was great and provided strong support throughout the process. However, we did have concerns regarding the Pulte financing options and do not feel we were treated fairly in that area. As a result, we chose to secure financing externally. While the overall process was positive, there were still items identified during the final walk-through that were not fully completed by the time of closing. Addressing these items prior to closing would have improved the experience.

We are not that happy with moving here. We haven't had that many problems but one neighbor has had a few problems and the other neighbor has had several. We have another problem that I'll correct myself or hire someone. One neighbor is thinking of moving and I heard that one neighbor is going to move. If I wasn't so old (over 81) I would consider moving.

What an extraordinary home buying experience! I discovered the Del Webb development two years before I found my perfect home, and was able to purchase. From my first visit drive through the area I was struck with the beauty of the homes, as well as the amount of well kept green space. The day I purchased was quite unique. Having looked daily at available homes, as well as the availability of building a house, I saw a house and lot on the Del Webb website. I literally couldn’t wait until the open house the next morning. Within minutes I knew this was the perfect house for me. in less than two hours, I was in the sales office putting down earnest money. From that point on the process with Pulte was seamless. The sales team and mortgage company facilitated a quick closing to accommodate the schedule of the buyers of my current home. I love my home, but with new construction right next to me my grass has been killed, my new refrigerator has not worked properly since day 1. I have several paint and other spots on my flooring. I couldn't register my appliances correctly because of incorrect paperwork left in the home. Issues pointed out on walk through were not all corrected and for the price of the home, everything should have been perfect.

My only real complaint is that the irrigation system was broken and running non stop for several days. I contacted the company who Del Webb subcontracted to install the irrigation system and they never returned my calls or emails. This went on for weeks. I ended up having to get a family member to fix the valve so it would stop running 24/7. My water bill was very very high. I would recommend Del Webb stop working with Performance Irrigation as they are completely useless once you close on your house. Everything else was good.

Everything from start to finish has been easy and amazing. I am very happy with my purchase with the entire team. Outstanding customer service. Outstanding product environment.

Pleased with experience overall. Pulte runs a very well integrated and assertive marketing machine. They pushed Pulte Mortgage aggressively. I ended up going with them due to most competitive rate, but there were aspects about working with them that were difficult. False sense of urgency for certain documents and info pre-closing, etc. Pulte also uses approved vendors such as window treatment companies etc who were overzealous in soliciting business. Home build process went very well. Construction was well managed and completion was prompt. All inspection issues were addressed well and promptly. Construction quality seems good. Price of home is quite high per square foot, but in Del Webb 55+ you are buying lifestyle vs just a home. There should be more opportunities for modifications and adjustments such as single sink with vanity desk, heated garage, heated tile floors, upgraded closet and pantry shelving. From the moment I met my sales agent, Carolyn I was impressed by the knowledge and professionalism displayed in the sales process. Carolyn was caring and responsive. It only took a few hours to make up my mind that this community was for me. To top things off, Jason introduced me to my home with attention to detail. Jason is dedicated to making sure I am completely satisfied with my new home. He is an asset to the company. I could not be happier with my choice to live in my second California Del Webb home.

Ensure you understand what’s displayed is not reality. Paid a lot to get the outdoor kitchen on display. What I gat was not even close.

The supervisor (Cody), of our house building, was absolutely the best. Very attentive, got stuff done and house was finished 2 weeks early. No complaints on praise. Cody was on top of everything.
