Great buying experience everything went as planned

They build a solid house and are great to work with. We were very happy with the experience and are loving our new home.

Because of Covid we did everything virtually! From beginning to end it was a great experience. Christian started us and was great. Mario took over for Christian and did a superior job with keeping us informed with progress. Jenn was terrific on FaceTime helping us make decisions. Rob did a wonderful job bringing it all together!

Builder was outstanding. Kept us informed of the progress and was very responsive to questions/concerns.

We needed to move quickly but we also wanted a new home in a Del Webb community. Our home was one of three "Quick Move-In" homes and it was available in less than two months. The trade-off was that we were too late in the build process to make any personal selections on things like fixtures or paint color. But our home did come with some upgraded features, such as a fireplace and screened lanai, and we were saved the headaches of having to pick them out!

I want to say how impressed I was with the whole process of buying our new Pulte home in Del Webb Sun City! Everything from start to finish was great! There were a couple holdups due to Covid-19, but not to bad! We really love our new home in Sun City!

I found the website provided a wealth of information. I was able to easily examine all of the floor plans, and the virtual tours were enlightening. The sales staff is very warm and helpful. Since I was not able to get back to the community I was interested in to select a lot, my sales person was kind enough to take photos of available properties which fit the profile of the type of property, I wanted in the community I had chosen. The process for buying a home here is very well organized and very intuitive, providing answers to questions I had not thought of. Also, photographs during the creation of my house, sent to me by my fabulous salesperson, helped me to feel included in the building process.
