We are so happy with our new Del Webb home. There are some minor issues that still need to be dealt with but the are very responsive. However, the highlight of our purchase was our sales representative, John. He was absolutely amazing and still is to this day.

andrew shepard us though the bying process rhen Nathan oversaw the building of our new home. they were both patient, professional and a joy to work with.

My experience from beginning to end has been exceptional. The process can be described as informative, productive, and insightful. We were blessed throughout this entire experience with everyone we were involved with. We could not have asked for a better journey. Thank you!

Our construction manager Nate was great!! We were building our home in SC while residing in PA and Nate was instrumental in ensuring we got weekly updates. Lisa our sales rep was awesome as well,... when it looked like our close date was going to move due to an unavoidable issue Lisa come up with a great alternative plan which worked out for us really well!.... Since moving in we have had a few minor issues which were resolved in a timely manner. My wife and I are very pleased with the process and end result. We love our new home here in Del Webb North Myrtle Beach!!

The area is nice, quiet, and full of active people. No traffic or income taxes, unlike CA. Lower cost of living, lower gas and utility prices, and there's plenty to do if you want.

The whole process from the purchase to the move in was quick. The whole experience was very pleasant. We shopped around for our next home with a list of things we would like in it. Del Webb had a home with all that was on our list. We feel the home we purchased is of good quality and we believe this one offered the best value. We had a great experience with Pulte. Their mortgage people, Robin, Chris, and Theresa were exceptional. Their service department with Scott is great. He is very knowledgeable and wants to help resolve any issues. They are lucky to have him.

The quality of the home is excellent. The home was built in a well organized manner. JC our construction supervisor was excellent. Bill Olex the Pulte rep that sold us The home was outstanding! could not be happier!

I love the home. The buying experience was as good as I believe it can be. Construction Manager was very responsive DURING CONSTRUCTION but after did not return numerous phone calls and texts. Landscaping around my house was very poorly installed. It took weeks to get even a small thing addressed and the large item still has not been.

Save your money. I bought a $150,000 KB Home in 2005 that had zero upgrades and was more focused on craftsmanship than this $650,000 Pulte home. Baseboards and door trim cut short and filled in with caulking. Wavy baseboards down the wall. Trash drawer bearing falling out. GFCI breaker keeps tripping. That's little stuff. I'm waiting on the big issues to show up. I doubt this house will last over 10 years without a serious remodel. Additionally, if you live in an unfinished neighborhood, you will be living in a dump with constant junk in the street and trash (Beer cans, food wrappers, construction materials) in your yard from the construction workers. Pulte doesn't make them keep the area clean. The only positives is that it energy efficient and Pulte does respond to warranty calls. Unfortunately, we had to buy new build as we are under 55. Our plans are to sell this one and buy an older "non-cookie cutter" Dell Webb built home when I turn 55. ... More

We came here to look about 31/2 years ago.back then we looked at Sterling on the lake and crosswind along with del web. At that time we put del web aside since we thought they were more expensive but after 3 years we found out other 2 has gone up in price more than del web. Del webs hoa is little more expensive but I believe they keep you more busy... we were lucky enough to find the almost center lit in big cul de sac with lots of trees behind and streams running thru. It truly is healing place. Especially builder, putty, n project manager were great. Quality of the house is pretty good and price is good too. How long does it take to get a toilet paper holder in my bathroom. Lived here 4 weeks and only have half of the holder!! Not to mention other issues.

My experience in becoming a Del Webber can be summed up in 4 words: transparent, individualized, friendly and fun.

Excellent overall experience with sales office and construction supervisor.

We had a very good experience.

Pick this builder base on my son recommendation of CEO. Second reason Disney proximity. But construction is shoddy with multiple issues wrong with dwelling. Still waiting on multiple repairs to be done. They’re backlog due to other homes needing repair so I’ve been told by warranty repair. DO IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME!!!!!

The process is straight forward but the selection of interior finish requires at least two visits. The consultant was pleasant and helpful, but we felt rushed, The sales experience went smoothly but discussions were open for interpretation. The site project manager was awesome. He did everything he could to address issues.

No system in place to advise new owners of contraction Schelds within ear radar of alarming noise and the early time! I understand that lots must be built on, but lack of communication is stressful for me looking forwarded to moving into a relaxing, retirement area as advertised.

The build quality is so so, after closing customer service is even worse.

Project manager was excellent. Pulte sales team, quality , design center all mediocre at best.

I have a problem with the low quality appliances and after purchase issues that I am not able to resolve because I cannot get anyone to call me back. Emailing doesn't work, and there are no telephone numbers to call. I am quite disappointed with the after purchase experience although the builders are still as helpful as they can be and go out of their way to try to help even though their job has long been over.

Some things did not work and I was told it would be a few more weeks to repair. Not really thrilled with the architectural design

1. Our realtor had to call out the salesman twice for misinformation/bad information. In particular, due to delayed closing, I was not available on rescheduled close day. We talked to salesman and he said that we could not do a POA and he make it sound like it was the mortgage company that was telling him that. We talked to the mortgage company and they said we could do a POA. Our Realtor made him eat his words. 2. The color of stone that we saw in the showroom and selected and paid for and expected was not what was put on the house. Pulte said that the stone name matched what was on the order sheet...but the color we got did not match the color of the stone in the showroom. We are extremely disappointed with Pulte. We should have taken a picture of the stone as evidence when we selected it. 3. We put in all tile floors...no carpet. The tile floors were 'mopped' to pick up loose dirt; but not cleaned. We had to go buy a steam cleaner to get off MOST of the residue that was on the tiles. We expected the floors to be cleaned prior to move in, they were not. We did not have time to hire Stanley Steamer to come out and clean the tile. We had to do it after furniture arrived....so tile underneath furniture and bed etc is still not clean, as is some other areas. 4. The interior design phase went very smooth. We selected the paint color, tile, cabinets etc. Very pleased with this part. 5. Issues were handled quickly by construction manager during the building phase. 6. Would have liked to have more options. like there was no option for crown molding in the sun room...se we have to do that ourselves. There was no option for adding a back porch and maybe even a pergola...very disappointing. So we will have to get someone to move the sprinlkers and gutter down spout to get the porch and pergola done. There was no option to carry the bathroom tile to the ceiling. Yet, we saw a house, a few doors down, under construction, that did have tile going to the ceiling. We would have liked an option to build out the master closet with shelving. We had to hire an outside company to do it. ... More

Love our home! Everyone was great to deal with including our sales agent, construction manager, mortgage loan officer and processor. We couldn’t be more pleased! Love the neighborhood!
