Our construction site manager in the Del Webb at Traditions site, Joesph “Joey” Simpson was OUTSTANDING. Throughout the construction process, he kept us informed and we continuously observed the quality taken in building our home.

Realizing everything was as advertised and described. All were friendly and helpful, and we were kept up to date on the progress on the house.

Number one reason to buy Del Webb are its employees and their extradordinary dedication to serving their customers. Number two is their delivery of a product which has value, both interms of dollars as well as quality. Already, we have contacted their warranty department which is highly responsive and willing to go the extra mile to satisfy its obligations to the homeowner.

Even though we were in Illinois the entire time our home was being built in Florida our salesperson send up weekly photos of the progress. Our Project Manager/Construction supervisor was very responsive to our questions during the build and spent 90 minutes with us on a video call to do a "walk through" just prior to drywall to allow us to see everything to make sure it was all correct. We we closed the build quality was beyond our expectations. The fit and finish was excellent. Of course there were some minor cosmetic issues that will have to be addressed but that is to be expected. I highly recommend Pulte to build your next home. ... More

This was the smoothest, most professional home buying process we have ever experienced. From foundation to move in our site manager was always available and willing to explain, answer questions and quickly address even the most minor of concerns. A job very, very well done.
