Been very good to work with during all the challenges during construction and virus issues

We are very pleased with the overall Del Webb experience, from sales, construction, closing and first 1.5 months of occupancy

I pleased with the property, I'm not a nit picker. I think my feedback would be more meaningful or helpful after a year onsite. I'll be communicating as we go along. I'm concerned about maintenance of the trees. They add a lot, but in a hot dry climate require attention. The third party common area is a concern at this time. It may not be so in the long run.

Please note Jared was awesome as our build supervisor!!! He was on point!!!

We bought the Abbeyville and love it. It has the room we needed after downsizing, and is not too much house for us. We really love the storeroom by the utility. Picking out things at the design studio was real easy.

Del Webb met all of our expectations. They were prompt, and reliable with their information. The home was completed when promised.

Everyone was very professional, provide assistance whenever need in a timely manner, and the team was allways consistent with being the Best Home Builder organization in the USA. Thank you for everything you did for us.

Since the Del Webb Community is not your traditional custom homes, I was not sure what to expect since the range of choices, etc. is less than usual. This is what makes them unique as they have a high to low range and you can still build a real quality home with higher upgrades to give you a great value for the price. I realized also that some extras and changes I would need to do on my own like upgrading of closet shelves, garage shelving and flooring, lights, etc. but that this could be easily facilitated with outside vendors. When we priced the home we put everything in it we wanted and then took out items we could live without. Our sales person Danielle was very helpful in guiding us through the whole process. Choosing and picking carpeting, tiles, flooring, etc. also went seamlessly by visiting the showroom. The follow up on all our needs and questions was expeditiously performed by Del Webb and its representatives. This is my 4th new home. The people that I have dealt with have been tremendous. Knowledgeable and helpful. This is a great home, design, quality, and overall comfort for our family.

Property was completed on schedule and we were provided regular photo updates since we could not visit due to the virus issue. Sales agent and builder's rep were extremely helpful and very responsive to questions. Highly recommend.

Quality controls and Scheduled Inspections insure a consistent Home Build every step of the way!

Given the unprecedented and stressful times we as a nation are experiencing in general, we found the staff at Fairview to be extremely helpful and ready to please. We were offered the opportunity to name our closing date to a time when we were most comfortable and in any manner we chose. Our home is well built and everyone we have met has welcomed us into the community.

Jordan was an excellent communicator. Everything was well made and delivered on time!!!

We love the home. There are a few minor problems. But, Mike has been working with us. He has been very good working around our schedule.

Good builder

Both the Sales agent and Field manager provide weekly updates and responded immediately to e-mail/texts on questions I had. The Sales agent delivered on all the promises made during our initial meeting.

Everything went smooth very pleased with my new home have no complaints.
