Very easy transition into new home. The field manager was a gem and so was his associate. The experience was very good, especially considering the circumstances with the COVID-19 issues everyone is dealing with.

In light of the current COVID situation, I had the best service and guidance from both my seller agent, Stella, and the project manager, Randy, that I could have ever hoped for. I would like to thank them both for their patience, guidance, and support during these trying times. Anyone purchasing a home in Sweetgrass Del Webb in Richmond can rest assured that the people here will Take good care of you.

We purchased a move-in ready home so we could not change any of the components of the home. The materials and quality of construction were excellent. Our salesperson and the Pulte mortgage team were professional and accommodating.

Location, Location, Location, NEW smart home, great models and choices to choose from. Reasonable prices, wonderful value.

We had an incredible project manager-- efficient, effective, empathetic.

Very smooth buying experience. We visited Hill Country Retreat, and selected the plan for our new home, and returned to San Antonio a few weeks later to select the design upgrades within the interior. Everything went very smoothly. Our only regret is that because we lived a great distance away, we were unable to visit our home as it was being constructed. The remedy was progress photos from local friends, and weekly updates from the Pulte building manager and sales rep. A very satisfying experience.

Particularly like my location: facing west with a pond view. Quality construction too.

My house seems to be solidly built. Doors fit properly, windows work properly and I love the layout and details.

We were not keen on a new build for our home purchase, but the sales team worked very well with us to discuss all our options. Once we put it all down on paper the decision became obvious for us. And the process was amazing, we got just the tight house on the perfect lot, finished to our wishes. Could not be happier about our new home.

It didn’t always go perfect but that is life, when I wanted to make changes it was done without difficulties. When I noted something was missing or not what I ordered they remedied it right away.

Everyone I dealt with made the process very easy......from the sales associate, designer center associate, construction manager, warranty manager! Very professional & courteous.
