Incredible community! Wonderful amenities, clubs and selection of homesites. Other Del Webb communities don’t compare. Sales people are accommodating and communicate well but sometimes not up to date with their pricing. Mateo, our site supervisor was fantastic through the entire process. Sadly, I believe that Pulte would do better to supervise their sub contractors rather than relying on warranty service to complete the homes. I understand that these are not custom homes but the finish work does not need to be sub standard. Wall finishes, trim carpentry, quality of cabinets, etc. all need substantial improvement. Since purchasing in May the plumber has been trying to clear a clogged drain and subsequent back up. Raw sewage in the shower! We had to leave for a couple of months and The third clean out Was done in our absence. We Return in three weeks. Hopefully it’s fixed this time. Matt at customer service has been responsive but that doesn’t make the nasty experience a nice thing.

I had been looking for a place to call home and the Del Webb Nocatee fits the bill. Ian was amazing and always will to assist with and out of state buyer and the extra work that might come with that sale. What I struggle is I’m now on my third home supervisor and the home was clearly not as quality controlled and it would have been if there was the same supervisor overseeing the construction. Ben is doing his best to get it up to Pulte’s standards and for that I thank him. Looking forward to transitioning into retired life once this home is put together and I can enjoy the life this move offers. ... More

It was a wonderful experience quite remarkable

Home seems well built with minimal "new home" repairs. Customer service on "repairs" is good. Unfortunately, the process of getting a mortgage through Pulte is a real pain in the butt. Multiple "reps" and "advisors" involved and none of them communicate with each other=confusion and incomplete directions. The Sun Cities are great, but buy a resale home, not a new home.

Good value for the price.

We observed some minor issues after moving in but Matt was quick to respond and resolve the issues.

We love our new place. Construction was done well.

Process was easy, informative and professional.

Our builder kept us informed of the progress from the day we met him. Very open to questions and requests. We lived 5 hours away so he sent us lots of pictures with his updates.

Walk trough horrible both ways the didn’t fixed everything

My wife and I really enjoyed buying our vacation home in Del Webb Nexton. We had a great team who took really good care of us and helped us have a great overall experience. I would highly recommend the builder and this wonderful community.

I love my home. The buying experience was flawless and well organized. The sales group are wonderful The builder was always available and a pleasure to deal with. Also Jeff is great and responds immediately to my calls. My issues are the installation of cabinets, tiles, paint, door handles, etc. It looks like the workers rushed and did not pay attention to detail. There was caulk everywhere. For the price we pay, the house should be near perfect.

Poor response to home quality Issues, that need repair/replacement. Field superintendent unqualified to find defects. Home should have never have never been ready to close in the condition it was in on final walk thru and issues have still not been addressed, 2 months later.

construction manager followed through with some items that needed to be done post closing. He was very attentive, conscientious and provided exceptional customer service.

Everyone we worked with was helpful.

Issue that arose in March not taken care of before closing in May. 3 months since closing still not taken care! Paid $$$ for this upgrade. Lots of similar horror stories throughout the community. We went with Pulte because we thought we would get a quality build and responsive experience. They are not that company anymore!

The process of buying my new home was so easy, which made it a pleasant experience.

What should have been an exciting and positive move to a new life and lifestyle had many, and continue to have frustrating issues. There are moments of joy, the community is filled with great people that care for each other and their homes. The issues are ongoing and disappointing as I held DelWebb and Pulte to a standard that I overestimated. I hope to have these concerns resolved while working with their teams to turn things around and smooth out the bumps in the road.

Overall we had a good and reasonably easy process. I am however still not satisfied with the painters quality. Lots of paint speckles left on the tile floor. We are also not satisfied with the trim calking throughout the house and in the master bath. Many gaps and also spots where the floor meets the wall that there is either too much or not enough calk. All of this said, the process itself had a very good flow and our salesperson was very helpful.

Average home that could be in any other Pulte community. We thought being in 55+, Pulte should have designs that accommodate seniors such as all zero-step entries, zero-step showers as standard, built-in shower bench should slightly slope forward so water doesn’t pool on bench, cabinets should not hit appliances or other cabinets when open and light switches should be in close proximity to doors instead of homeowner having to take several steps to reach light switches in the dark especially in the garage. These are not things that are difficult to figure out and should be standard for an older demographic. We live in a typical house with no considerations like this and that house happens to be in a 55+ community. Good experience from Lisa in sales to Morgan, project manager. Closing day was difficult because of Pulte last minute demands.

The construction manager was very knowledgeable and help full. Some minor issues were taken care of.

Overall, the community is very nice. The houses on the surface look nice. The follow up for maintenance request is average. The quality/workmanship.is average. The build of the home look kind of rushed, like front door doesn't fit tight. Paint jobs are sloppy with clumps of paint underneath cabinets and ledges, drops of paint all over the place on floors, half the outlet have paint in them or some thing that prevents you from being able to plug into them. Studs in the wall seems to very as if random. Even the toilet paper holder was put in incorrectly - nothing catastrophic, but you don’t get the sense that there was a lot of attention to detail put into the build. We find little things that we would’ve thought would’ve been caught and corrected. Given that there is a one year warranty, there’s some piece of mind, I would rather fill the survey out in about a year. ... More
