I work with Mark in the sales office. He was always courteous and helpful during the buying process. Once the building started I work Zach and left the company. I was assigned a new buildings mgr, Russ. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. If I was going through the buying and building process again, I would love to work with Mark and Russ. They were outstanding!

Project Manager communication was great. Superintendent & quality control did bot meet up to the tasks at hand, Oven frame not installed left in oven. Oven warranty not with oven package, Had to put your head inside the oven upside down and take a picture on cell phone to complete the warranty information. Quality of microwave, wall oven, bathroom hardware accessories below quality. Laundry room facet cheap. House was dirty, workman sloppy trash left inside home on visit before final walkthrough. HVAC did not have a filter in the A/C unit. Closing process to meet new home buyer with HOA is non existent . Welcome package was picked up at sales office. HOA or sales should meet with new homebuyer and review information for the community. Facebook, community links, tour of the facilities. Very disappointed . Email is efficient but not personable. ... My experience at Del Webb North Penn was very positive. The sales team, the decorator, and the building team were all helpful and responsive. My house was delivered on time as promised without any unexpected delays. I highly recommend Del Webb.

Chris is suppose to have repairs made to electrical, they were taken care of. the lawn people broke the clean out, Chris daid he would take care of it been about 2 weeks now no response. Chris was suppose to have trim person and painter take care of an issue on laudry room dor jam, no response in about 2 weeks. I can't recommend Del Webb due to no timely response. These issues were brought up around june 5th, how ever I had to return to Alabama to finish my move here. Texted Chris on June 15th that I was back at the home. Also turned in infomation on line about repairs.

Some hiccups with minor installation issues with microwave, short closet door frame with less than 1/2" gap, a broken shower bar that fell when shower curtain is hung, missed linen closet ceiling paint jobs and hard to install Ring Doorbell. rain water flowing towards the front door side walk and wall. But overall the house is good. liked solid wall electric outlets, simple layout of floor plan, no leaks in bathroom plumbing, kitchen plumbing. Good amounts of electric outlets in every rooms and kitchen and garage. liked over sized garage room to store extra stuffs. solid mounting of outside spigot and electric outlets. Nice lawn, I missed watering first week and a half while moving in. no cracks in garage floor or driveway. Just wished, it would been much better, if there was options to select sunroom addition or floor, appliance selections. ... More

Having one supervisor during the build process was wonderful, esp because Josh wa so knowledgeable and patient! During my first 6 weeks here, I keep remembering all the information he gave me about my home and its future care, including tiny issuers and major questions as well. He is so experienceced!

Miscommunications between builder and sales office about the house and location on the lot and misrep of house location in the purchase agreement.

Thank you for the excellent home buying experience. Isaac was very helpful in buying and building my new house. It made buying a preconstruction house very easy. I would also like to add the new modeling home team where you have to pick the items you want to install in my new house was also very helpful.

I had a great experience in buying my home from the selection of home style to the completion. Workmanship was excellent.

We are so happy with our new Del Webb home. There are some minor issues that still need to be dealt with but the are very responsive. However, the highlight of our purchase was our sales representative, John. He was absolutely amazing and still is to this day.

Our construction manager Nate was great!! We were building our home in SC while residing in PA and Nate was instrumental in ensuring we got weekly updates. Lisa our sales rep was awesome as well,... when it looked like our close date was going to move due to an unavoidable issue Lisa come up with a great alternative plan which worked out for us really well!.... Since moving in we have had a few minor issues which were resolved in a timely manner. My wife and I are very pleased with the process and end result. We love our new home here in Del Webb North Myrtle Beach!!

The area is nice, quiet, and full of active people. No traffic or income taxes, unlike CA. Lower cost of living, lower gas and utility prices, and there's plenty to do if you want.

The whole process from the purchase to the move in was quick. The whole experience was very pleasant. We shopped around for our next home with a list of things we would like in it. Del Webb had a home with all that was on our list. We feel the home we purchased is of good quality and we believe this one offered the best value. The purchase of our new home was a little scary at first, we had so many questions. Del Webb team was patient and really took the time to answer all of our questions, they were always quick to respond. We had a great experience with Pulte. Their mortgage people, Robin, Chris, and Theresa were exceptional. Their service department with Scott is great. He is very knowledgeable and wants to help resolve any issues. They are lucky to have him.

The quality of the home is excellent. The home was built in a well organized manner. JC our construction supervisor was excellent. Bill Olex the Pulte rep that sold us The home was outstanding! could not be happier!

I love the home. The buying experience was as good as I believe it can be. Construction Manager was very responsive DURING CONSTRUCTION but after did not return numerous phone calls and texts. Landscaping around my house was very poorly installed. It took weeks to get even a small thing addressed and the large item still has not been.

Save your money. I bought a $150,000 KB Home in 2005 that had zero upgrades and was more focused on craftsmanship than this $650,000 Pulte home. Baseboards and door trim cut short and filled in with caulking. Wavy baseboards down the wall. Trash drawer bearing falling out. GFCI breaker keeps tripping. That's little stuff. I'm waiting on the big issues to show up. I doubt this house will last over 10 years without a serious remodel. Additionally, if you live in an unfinished neighborhood, you will be living in a dump with constant junk in the street and trash (Beer cans, food wrappers, construction materials) in your yard from the construction workers. Pulte doesn't make them keep the area clean. The only positives is that it energy efficient and Pulte does respond to warranty calls. Unfortunately, we had to buy new build as we are under 55. Our plans are to sell this one and buy an older "non-cookie cutter" Dell Webb built home when I turn 55. ... More

We came here to look about 31/2 years ago.back then we looked at Sterling on the lake and crosswind along with del web. At that time we put del web aside since we thought they were more expensive but after 3 years we found out other 2 has gone up in price more than del web. Del webs hoa is little more expensive but I believe they keep you more busy... we were lucky enough to find the almost center lit in big cul de sac with lots of trees behind and streams running thru. It truly is healing place. Especially builder, putty, n project manager were great. Quality of the house is pretty good and price is good too. I hope that our hot will be great as rest of the project. ... More

How long does it take to get a toilet paper holder in my bathroom. Lived here 4 weeks and only have half of the holder!! Not to mention other issues.

My experience in becoming a Del Webber can be summed up in 4 words: transparent, individualized, friendly and fun.

Excellent overall experience with sales office and construction supervisor.
