Everything about my new home is awesome from the beginning picking out the lot to the painters coming to touch up all that they said they would do has been done and I am beyond satisfied

This is a builder who gives you a lot for the money and delivers a great product on time. This is my second purchase in a Del Webb community, the first being is Sun City Alienta, North Las Vegas, NV. My wife was pleasantly surprised with the amenities and the quality of the home/workmanship. The few minor issues we noted on the 30-day check after move in were quickly taken care of to our satisfaction and the hands-on approach from the warranty department was very much appreciated. Would recommend this builder and Del Webb communities to all.

From beginning to end, the whole building experience with Del Webb was wonderful! I had the most responsive and enjoyable experience with my Sales Manager and Field Manager, and everyone else I came into contact with. I am loving my new home immensely!!!

Very professional. Be sure to check during construction walk through and address any issues and concerns you have. Pulte will take care of these issues to be sure the customer is satisfied.

We were very pleased with the entire purchase procedure. The sales group went over all the details of building our home, i.e. floor plan and cost of any additions. The people in the Design Center were extremely helpful. Our builder was always very responsive to our questions.

I found the process to be very smooth. This is the first time I have had a home built. My sales persons were very good about responding to my many questions. I had an excellent field manager who always got answers to my concerns and responded very promptly to my calls/texts. The Design Center and granite store were fun and exciting to visit. Walking into my new home was wonderful...Just what I had pictured. Thanks!

From the beginning, working with the sales office, the design person, the construction manager, talking with the workers, Pulte Mortgage, title company and closing - all went so smooth and everyone was so helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. We still have some issues from our pre-closing walk-through to be resolved, but the construction manager is working with us.

From the moment we inquired about buying our home, to the building process and until our closing, each of your staff assured that we were taken care of. Our sales rep, Stella Gutierrez, answered all our questions and stayed in contact with us throughout the entire process. She responded very quickly to our questions whenever we emailed her. Our field manager, David McClain, sent us weekly email updates that included pictures of our home as it was being built. He offered extra tips during our walk through prior to closing and made sure that we were satisfied with our new home. He did a great job. Del Webb stands behind their promise of quality in their homes. If there is a problem it is taken care of immediately. Very happy with her Del Webb home!

Everything went well except the red ant issue they invaded our condo for two weeks until it was under control this should’ve been found by the builder because it was a massive nest.

Process was streamlined to make it easy buying and building this house. Pleased with all aspects of this adventure.

Their design center is outstanding, their field managers are knowledgeable, precise and professional.

I would recommend Del Webb Stone Creek to anyone. They did a fantastic job selling and building our home. We haven't had any issues at all, except our freezer in the refrigerator stopped working after about 6 weeks, but that is a whirlpool problem, not Del Webb. Our saleslady was wonderful. Very patient and kind and helpful. They don't push here at all. Very professional. Our field manager was also wonderful and sent us tons of info while the home was being constructed. He updated us constantly with pictures and emails. He also let us come inspect the home anytime we wanted to while it was under construction. He gave helpful advice and was very kind, courteous and professional. We are VERY happy with our home here in Stone Creek.
