Pete, Jason & Chad were great to work with. My only negative experience was with the title company who were not proactive or responsive & did not offer any type of celebratory moment on closing as other title companies do. This is a HUGE investment and there was no recognition from them of the significance of this. Pete and Chad made it a great experience. The only reason for a 4 versus a 5 rating was the experience with the title company. Great in all other areas!

We like the neighborhood. The yard and landscaping is awful. Multiple sprinkler heads were broken causing massive washouts in backyard. Yard has large ruts where someone drove a grader? Left massive ruts and tore heads off. System was apparently shut down causing sod to become distressed. Needs attention. I have asked Brent to come walk the yard as it is unsafe to mow and or walk but he hasn’t made it by yet.

Our Del Webb home was everything we could imagine. The house is well put together and the attention to service after the sale has been excellent.

It has been almost 2 months since move in. We have 19 items on our warranty to be fixed items. One electrical issue that took 2 weeks to get a response. One security issue that took 3 weeks to fix. We were told how great the Pulte inspections were - not sure about that!

The upgrades are overpriced, poor selection and manipulate buyers to spend unnecessary money to maximize your companies profits.

The entire experience was great, from Paul to Dexter to Daryl, everything was good and transparent. The quality of the home is very good and checks/processes/follow-ups are excellent!

Two items were not done right, we noted them to Pulte 2 weeks before the closing and they were still not fixed at closing forcing all parties involved to figure out a resolution.

A lot of nice people but they dig in on simple issues

While it seems to take forever to get the house built I enjoyed the sight and status very much. Having not moved in a very long time it’s challenging to get all my stuff put in place. Went from 4,000 sqft to 2,000.

Our experience was amazing. From start to finish it was a very thorough process. The quality of the home and attention to detail is impressive. Josh was wonderful to work with. His dedication to communication and follow up made us feel very comfortable as our home was being built. The 30 day walk through to make adjustments to our home was very impressive as well. Chris was committed to ensure every detail was complete and we were happy with the outcome. Great team of builders! We enjoyed working with them.

Our experience was very good. Closing process was explained very well and completed with no issues. Project Superintendent deserves an 11 on a scale of 10 as highest score.

We were provided with any & all options possible for every situation. Any questions were addressed. Any issues were repaired or given I formtstionnon how to proceed.

Dana did a great job of communication and keeping us informed. Overall the home is completed well. There are some things that in the design process should be pointed out so changes can be made to make logical choices that are not visible until after you move in like light switch placement when certain door choices are made and other similar items. These things Pulte should know and could point out to buyers. Also attention to detail around trim finish, paint on switch plates and the low quality of the under- counter lighting finishing were a bit of a disappointment all of which we have resolved on our own. We realize we are not buying a custom home and as such the above items perhaps should be expected in a spec home even though the cost was above the typical tract house. I think the final inspection process by the Pulte team needs to be a lot more critical and detailed so as to catch many of these things. One last item is the SST offerings, in particular the WiFi access points. In today’s environment these really are of little use. The WiFi routers supplied by the Internet providers (Cox, Quantum) often free, provide the same( or in our case) better WiFi coverage throughout our home AND yard. Buying a home is never an easy thing. But the whole team here at Dell Webb has made it a little easier. Granted it’s not a custom home and many of the things I want will be added or changed over the years, and we always feel we overpaid for things, but in the end, Dell Webb has come through and delivered as promised and I’m in a wonderful home with a great support team that I know will be there for me over the coming years. I love the location and the sun city lifestyle and Dell Webb made that happen. Thanks Dell Webb..

Del Webb certainly makes it easy and enjoyable to build a new home. The process was actually fun. Of course the choices you're offered are limited, but that keeps the stress to a minimum. Our sales person , Jill, was amazing, guiding us through picking a lot and dream building our top 2 models so we could see the actual cost with all our choices. Once we chose our model, our Construction Manager, Ben took over and kept us informed of the progress on a weekly basis. Ben was also top notch, answering all our questions and fulfilling all our small requests along the way. We rented a home within the community, so we were able to watch the home as it was being built. Best move ever. Del Webb allows you to hire your own inspector for both a pre drywall inspection & a final inspection. We recommend this as, of course, no home is perfect. We are very happy with our decision and our new home! The community amenities are awesome and the people here are friendly and welcoming as well. This move was difficult for me. Richard understood immediately. He had house in great condition and made sure I understood all the details required to take good care of my new home. He is a courteous and patient asset for DelWebb

The home is great. Construction representatives were really responsive to our requests. We love the area. I would give everything 5 stars except Pulte Mortgage made the closing extremely stressful - they left everything to the last minute and did not communicate their requirements clearly which lead to massive confusion.

The homes are great, the value is there, and the neighborhood is really beautiful. The homes are close side by side, but Pulte and Del Webb designed them to not have many windows on the sides. The neighbors are not close in the front and most people are on a preserve or water in the back offering privacy. Very happy.

Get a good home inspector. Try and find as many issues on the walk thru as possible. The quality of the finishes is so poor there will literally be hundreds of issues. Store your possessions and find a place to live until all issues are fixed. Do not close until. After closing and you live in the home you will find many lack of quality issues. Warranty people seem very nice and attentive, however as is typical there are 2 girls trying to do the work of 4 so they can only do so much.

Of the five homes we have built over the past 27 years, this was the most experience but certainly not the best quality build. There was a lot of 'lack of attention to detail' when it comes to many details of the home. Most of this can be attributed to sub-contractors not taking pride in their work and just getting it done, but not done with the highest level of quality as their paramount goal. The home is fine but for this cost it should have been impeccable, it was not. So far we are working on the deficiencies through warranty but that is a slow process as well.

Overall, a good experience start to finish

From sale through construction and customer care, Matt, Garrett and Jim have been responsive and professional in all aspects of their roles.

I found this property out of luck and I am so glad that I was led here by God. Everyone that I came into contact with was very professional and did what they said they were going to do. My home is everything that I imagined it would be. From the salesman, to the builder, to the closing…it all were effortless.

Interior decorator great during appointment but VERY unresponsive afterwards. She was done with us! Sales person generally good although took awhile for replies. First construction manager was outstanding! The second, that took us to house completion was very unresponsive and did not follow through. Landscaping quality disappointing. So far warranty department has been responsive, although it’s only been a month.

From beginning to end my experience was excellent. Ms Parrott was great in showing us around and helping us to narrow the selections of houses. Thomas Johnson our contractor was amazing. He saw issues before I did and had them corrected. He was timely in providing responses. Our home was finished when he said that it would be finished. Excellent work was performed by Thomas and his crew.
