We love the home. There are a few minor problems. But, Mike has been working with us. He has been very good working around our schedule.

Good builder

Both the Sales agent and Field manager provide weekly updates and responded immediately to e-mail/texts on questions I had. The Sales agent delivered on all the promises made during our initial meeting.

Very easy transition into new home. The field manager was a gem and so was his associate. The experience was very good, especially considering the circumstances with the COVID-19 issues everyone is dealing with.

In light of the current COVID situation, I had the best service and guidance from both my seller agent, Stella, and the project manager, Randy, that I could have ever hoped for. I would like to thank them both for their patience, guidance, and support during these trying times. We purchased a move-in ready home so we could not change any of the components of the home. The materials and quality of construction were excellent. Our salesperson and the Pulte mortgage team were professional and accommodating.

Location, Location, Location, NEW smart home, great models and choices to choose from. Reasonable prices, wonderful value.

The “quick move-in” process could be improved. Not enough information to get started in the community.

Follow through and follow up

We had an incredible project manager-- efficient, effective, empathetic.

Very smooth buying experience. We visited Hill Country Retreat, and selected the plan for our new home, and returned to San Antonio a few weeks later to select the design upgrades within the interior. Everything went very smoothly. Our only regret is that because we lived a great distance away, we were unable to visit our home as it was being constructed. The remedy was progress photos from local friends, and weekly updates from the Pulte building manager and sales rep. A very satisfying experience.

Particularly like my location: facing west with a pond view. Quality construction too.
