..nice finish out and good value ....

The house is great. However, we had some significant problems with the landscaping. We looked forward to having a completed yard when we moved in. When we arrived the sod that was installed was terrible and the irrigation had some significant problems resulting in a sink hole in the front yard. We have spent a significant amount of money to repair the problems.

Door bell has never worked. Door to bathroom doesn’t close. They were supposed to come yesterday to fix it but didn’t show

Very good design and layout. Little disappointed very noisy of traffic from interstate.

Overall experience was very good. Advice is to make sure you are aware of all choices/options/upgrades ahead of time to eliminate any miss understanding during the construction.

They promise a lot but that’s not cutting it. Prior new home build with a different builder was a superior build in workmanship. They do respond to issues but what a disappointment the problems happen in the first place. Thats my take away. Viera however is a great place to live.

I was so excited to purchase a Dell Webb home because your organization has a reputation for quality and expertise. I have been in my new build and have had a number of issues from day one. I have been so underwhelmed. This is not my first new build and I expected so much more from a Dell Webb/Pulte build. I am so frustrated by the number of things that have had to be "patched" or dismissed in my brand-new home instead of replaced or resolved. If I wanted a remodeled or renovated home, I would have purchased one and not a new build for the price at which I purchased this home. Thank GOD things are under warranty although I have had to take so many days off or adjust my work schedule to be home to allow for contractors to fix thing that were done incorrectly during the build. It is quite disappointing. I could go on and on, but I want to stay professional. Again your subcontractors are diluting your standard and diminishing the quality of your name and your standard. ... Everything was great. Luis and Ben have been a tremendous help to me, whenever I had a question or needed any advice. Michelle, was a real help at closing, as well. Contractors that have been here for minor repairs all have been courteous, timely and experienced. Having only been here about a month, so far very happy.

Pulte and Del Webb deliver beautiful homes and communities. They offer a variety of floor plans that will meet your needs.

Working with the on site sales office was pleasant and smooth. But looking back, Ide say you need to know the correct questions to ask in advance, There may possibly be more value provided when working with a broker.

Lester knows what the house should be and he does not let it go if it is not. There is only quality nothing else. The closing was seem less. No issues at all. Customer service, other companies need to take lessons from this team. They are the standard and the bar is extremely high.

My Home Buying Experience was pleasant! I have been in my home for approximately 60 days and have enjoyed the experiences. The community is delightful. However, the HOA experience not so. I am very concerned about getting satisfactory responses for reported Service Requests.

April, Rob, Misti, Sara & Savanna plus Sarah in financing are all awesome! Great communication throughout, quality work, good warranty response and service so far! Only item for improvement would be the number/variety of selections when planning your finishes.

The sales personel were very friendly and helpful in selecting my home. Working with Lauren in the design center was super. Kyle and David were instrumental in getting through the finance portion, thus making closing seem like a piece of cake. The construction manager, Dennis, kept me informed throughout the construction of my home. The quality of the materials Del Webb uses ranks up top. Thanks to everyone who made my home buying a wonderful experience.

Did not have great experiences when trying to get in touch with my project manager

One third of my backyard I have no access to. Wasn't told I would have access to this part of my backyard unless I paid for a ladder. Why would I buy a piece of property that I don't have access. I've gotten no help with resolving this problem.

The sales staff and our construction manager were very nice. Unfortunately Pulte understaffs their construction managers and warranty staff which makes their response time very slow or not at all. The quality of materials and the quality of workmanship of our house is the absolute WORST out of the 4 new construction houses we have had built over the last 40 years. Crooked walls, poor paint quality, cheap quality fixtures.......the list goes on and on.

The sales office, specifically Cindy, tirelessly met with me a number of times, answered all my questions and helped me navigate through all the steps as well as the paperwork involved. Tim from Pulte met with me to explain in detail the construction of my condo and Joe explained everything at the “walk through” of my unit. All of the staff is and was extremely helpful. I’m very happy in my new home.

Right from the beginning with our Sales Representative, Art through both our Construction Managers, Jason & Jerry, it was a pleasure having our new home built by Del Webb/Pulte! Everyone was very professional and corrected issues or provided solutions to issues. Thank you for making the process of buying a new construction house easy!

It has been just a short while since moving in to our brand new home. There has really only been two issues that a work request has been generated for. A lighting issue fixed no problem, sliding door screens are damaged need replacements, no word on this and it’s been several weeks. Other than that so good so far.

The purchase experience as a whole went very well.

Buying a new house is not at ease task…But having a team that is ready to help You by providing guidances and knowledge trough out the whole process. Definitely I recommend this to anyone buying a home
