The entire process of designing and building my new home was fantastic.

Del Webb is an active community with amenities galore for any interest group. We have found the staff and community to be friendly and helpful.

We love this active retirement community, thoroughly enjoy the friendly residents and have a wide range of opportunities from all the activities in our country club style lodge. The Pulte detail in construction is exceptional and only serves to positively magnify the Del Webb community experience. Throughout the construction phases, representatives kept us informed and made time to meet when needed. From the guidance of our sales rep, Dawn, to the positive construction experiences with our site managers, Marvin and John, we felt very confident in the quality and pricing.

From the beginning of the sales process through building, to after the closing it's been the attention to detail. The entire process has been seamless and very customer friendly. Even if there was an issue, and there weren't many, they were addressed immediately! Thank you to the Del Webb team for making this a great experience.

We have been very pleased with the process of buying and building our Pulte Home in Del Webb. From our salesperson, to our builder, to our warranty person, everyone has been a pleasure to deal with. The community is friendly and beautiful!

Excellent customer service, knowledgeable agents that listened to the requests I had to find just the right home for me. The area is beautiful.

Lots of great floor plans are available and the building process and timetable were just as promised!

Overall, I am very satisfied with my Del Webb home. There were a couple of issues that should have been caught during the final inspection by the builder, such as no 240 volt service to the oven due to the power line being cut and the dishwasher not secured to the kitchen cabinet opening. They have been very responsive in addressing issues.

Due to a job promotion, we moved from California to Texas and opted to buy in a 55+ active adult community in the Union Park master planned development in Little Elm, Texas. We could not be happier with our new home and the community. Pulte homes did a fantastic job and we were kept in the loop for the entire process from selecting the lot in May 2019 and moved in on November 1, 2019.

It was a smooth process for me as this was my first home to watch grow from dirt to a house and now a home!

We purchased a "spec" home and had no choices in finishes or design. However, we are extremely pleased with the upgrades included and materials used throughout the home. The Del Webb in-house designers did a great job on selecting visually pleasing interior features and finishes.

Sales was thorough each step and construction timeline was amazingly fast and accurate. Visit your chosen model often to visualize (and measure) your selected options.

Well built homes, area is well maintained. Everyone working here in the sales and service areas are very responsive to any questions or issues that come up.

They have both been outstanding and exceptional to work with, and have gone the extra mile to ensure that I am happy with this home purchase. Del Webb and their representatives actually become a partner in the construction and purchase of your home. They are just as concerned as I am that everything be just perfect. If it isn't, they work hard at making it so. Del Webb's staff is interested in DETAIL. It's been a pleasure and I hope our relationship continues if I have future reasons for their help. The tiniest of detail can be addressed with their customer service representative. They expedite all concerns for touch up or repair. What I like the most, is that no one has ever given me the same old answer that, "it's the best we can do" or "it's up to code, nothing we can do". I liked how they kept us up to date with the build. Our field manager was extremely efficient in that regard.

It was a good experience all around. It's run like a well-oiled machine.

We have been in our home a month and a half. We love the home...so many extras and attention to detail. Our neighborhood is really new, only about half occupied, and people are friendly and wanting to get to know one another. The construction team is great, and very helpful and responsive. The sales team did a fantastic job, and closing went smoothly.

This is our third Del Webb Complex that we have lived in now for 25 years. Each one namely Sun City in Tucson and Sun City West in AZ have their own particular different attributes for older folks such as size and value--hard to beat compared to the smaller complexes. But now it is time to move on. We love Frisco Lakes- the location , the brick homes to say nothing about the green grass. I consider the original Del Webb( the person) a great American when you think about the foresight he had for seniors in the 1950's
