My son and I looked for two years at older and newer homes. We decided on a new home with a listing of the values and home plan to fit our style of living. We are loving the plan we chose because of the quality, workmanship, and price. The design center experience was fun and choices were many. We were fortunate our former home sold quickly because we were able to stay in a friend's condo in Palm Desert and visit our home and see it being built. We have moved in and things that needed attention were quickly taken care of by a professional staff of people.

So far so good,our move-in has gone very well and any small issues have been taken care of promptly

I'm putting my Trust in Pulte's Hands ! Our Agent, Mr. Plonski, has been Great, Every step of the way. Michael, the Builder, Did a Superb job Building the home I bought. As for any other issues, I've had with Pulte Mortgage... I'm sure these Agents were following the Pulte LLC Rules ! I'd never buy, again and use the same LLC to handle every aspect of my transaction. MS Lips , selecting materials).. does her job... to the best of her ability !!! Ms Title Agent , at Closing, doesn't have to extend herself , No need to waste time on 'Niceties or False Flattery.. house was presented in a quality condition at closure. Everything working no issues to speak of. Constructioncrew members and sales staff were the tops.

We would like to thank LJ and Andrew in explaining the procedures and walking us through the sales and inspection process. I would definitely recommend working with LJ and Andrew, they have been more than accommodating.

The buying process was easy, feature selection satisfied what we were looking for and the sales agent and building supervisor kept us regularly updated on build status throughout the process. We closed on schedule and the house was finished at closing.

Great company to have build your home!

The salespeople were wonderful, patient and not at all pushy, and our construction manager was on top of every little detail. When we had an issue with the appearance of the bathroom tile, they ripped it all out and re-installed it. We felt very comfortable that we were getting good value for our money.

Del Webb was great to work with throughout the entire process. They were very helpful and responsive, we had no issues whatsoever with them !

Everything was smoth and well organized.Best amenities in NE FL.Like 5 star hotel...

This is the first house I have ever built and I had the best experience. Would highly recommend you build.

My wife and I built our home in Dell Webb Ponte Vedra as a place to downsize from our former home. The house is wonderful. We love it, and other than having a very minor cosmetic imperfection here and there, we have no complaints. It's really a very nice home in a community that makes the residents feel as though they are on vacation in a fancy resort.

Very good experience...up front on most aspects of the purchase. One criticism would be that when we received the keys (including mailbox key) no one mentioned that mail delivery would not be at the mailbox, but instead would require trips to the post office to receive mail/USPS deliveries. This created confusion.

Very easy to work with. So many selections to choose but all quality. Easy to work with during the entire process, start to finish.

Everyone was responsive. Our questions were answered in a timely manner.

Throughout the building process, we were informed of all the extras the Del Webb/Pulte puts into a home. Any cosmetic problems we had were handled very quickly. We are happy we purchased this home.

They definitely have this house building down to a science. Wonderful experience. I love Festival. It's so nice here.

I love my home !

I love how efficient this house is. With the in wall pest tubes and exterior termite ports. Solid construction and very low energy bills. So far everything is top quality.
