The overall home buying process was very easy as both the sales and title representatives were very communicative and explicit on the process and financial obligations. Initial walkthrough items and issues were addressed professionally and accurately prior to move in. Additional problems reported after moving in were also addressed quickly and were professionally completed even though some repairs took longer than anticipated. Extremely satisfied with Del Webb.

In general, the process was ok. The tech they use to keep you informed is good. Workmanship, especially painting, was not great. The support side has been responsive to those is*****s so far. They pushed an ear*****r closing instead of the initial timing. Only to delay it due to a big workmanship is***** with the back door and window. I would probably use them again but be much more demanding on the quality side before closing.

I love the house itself. I love the community. However, I was astounded that Pulte expected us to move in with no driveway, no sidewalks, no topsoil, no landscaping with no date on when we could expect any of it. The driveway and sidewalks finally came in the second month, even though navigating uneven ground is a hazard for old people. We had closed the first week of April, so there’s no excuse for us to be still waiting for landscaping with foot high weeds over three months later. And now we will wait at least two more months because it’s “too hot”. They blamed the City of Aurora but ...

Love everything except being forced to have Spectrum installed. The Spectrum technician told me that cable was installed instead of fiber optic, meaning the system is slower. Their equipment is installed INSIDE A WALL which their own tech support webpage says *****S THE SIGNAL. After days of calls for help we still cannot get over half of the streaming apps Spectrum SAYS are included. So we live with crap because we can't switch to a decent company with fiber optic.

Better quality, more selection choices, construction manager was great, sale person was not. Have a survey strictly for sales personnel. More detail up front that was only presented after the fact. Flexibility in closing date - ie closing date the day after a holiday when one lives out of town and must then travel on the holiday. Awful situation to be in.

We purchased this home remotely (property is in FL and we were full time in NV until the purchase was complete) and never physically saw the home before the walk through. Sales and the construction manager (we bought standing inventory) were very accommodating, sending lots of videos and pictures, taking measurements etc. We did encounter a few hiccups at closing and post closing, but again, our sales rep and construction manager were ***** IT and resolved things quickly. We are very appreciative and happy with our purchase!

Now that I live here... how do I get ***** to follow city ordinance hours for construction? Construction noise all hours sometimes 1030pm, every Saturday at 530am, even early morning on Sunday's and holidays even though this is not allowed per city codes! I'm begging to just get a little sleep on the weekends! Every day is absolutely miserable here in my new house and I simply want construction noise to only be during allowed hours!

If management can't figure out how poorly these homes are built and the way the eletrical layout is through the house then you need new management.

We love our new home! Zac was our sales agent and he did an amazing job. Building and buying our 1st home was extremely overwhelming. Zac made the process much easier for us. He not only provided a detailed timeline, but made himself available throughout entire process. He promptly answered questions and even took pictures for us to see the progress. Home buying and building was fine but the appointment to choose all your decorations was awful . You are not allowed to see the choices in advance, you don't know all the decisions you have to make. It becomes overwhelming. And then you are not allowed to change your choices when you leave the 3 hour meeting. So you end up living with choices made in the spur of the moment and not thought out, what no process to change those choices until the finished home is yours.

Customer Experience (I think that’s his title) was excellent until they moved him to a new project. He’s unable to do much follow-up due to his new duties. My experience with the onsite manager and her team is a travesty. They drag out things needlessly making us jump through ridiculous hoops to get approval to do anything to our homes/yards/etc and we are paying for these improvements! I believe they take joy and make a position for themselves by creating ridiculous barriers. Communication is abysmal from them. I am utterly surprised they still have jobs.
