Our whole experience was very pleasant from Sales Office, Our Sales Rep. Taylor to our Field Manager Todd. The Design Center has all top notch flooring, counter tops etc. All so many choices on elevations for the front of home depending on what model you choose. This is our second Pulte Home and we are glad that we did chose Pulte again. The area Tradition Area of Port St Lucie is up and coming.

This was the first time my husband and I had built a house from scratch and Del Webb couldn’t have been more helpful. From the initial application process through the actual construction of the house and finally settlement they were always there for us making the whole experience easy and enjoyable.

Quality is the best, and follow up since purchase has been 5 star!!!

We are very happy with our Del Webb home. It was built in a timely fashion and there were numerous options and upgrades. The quality and standard is excellent. We found on our trips to check on the building of our home at different stages that there was a pride in workmanship. The building site was tidy. There was an obvious communication and respect between the managers and tradesmen as any hiccups were quickly addressed and rectified. We are very pleased with our new home and would thoroughly recommend Pulte and Del Webb.

We love our new retirement home. Pulte works hard to follow up on little things to fix. Brandon, our building manager is the best, making sure everything is perfect. Our neighbors are so friendly and welcoming. Our Lodge-Amenity Center is great! Heather, our Lifestyle Director is actively creating interesting and fun activities! We are so blessed to be living in this community!

We feel fortunate to have landed at a Del Web home in Frisco Lakes. The entire home-buying experience has been excellent. Our Sales Counselor remembered us from last year and notified us of a time-critical opportunity that we feel fortunate to have acquired. We absolutely love the design, the size, and the utility of our new house and fell as if we're living in a resort bungalow. The construction and finish quality is great, much better that I've experienced with previous custom builds. Our experience is that Del Webb and Pulte know how to do things right and that's what they do. We've been so pleased with our experience that we've switched our mortgage, homeowner's insurance, and auto insurance all to Pulte. We have been very happy with our entire experience at Stone Creek Del Webb from contract to design to the home building process. Everyone was polite and welcoming. We are happy with our choice to move into this lovely neighborhood.

I must praise everyone we dealt with along the whole process. Beginning with Bill Olex, the salesman who helped us choose the right option for us. Then the Pulte mortgage staff were incredible. Very efficient, patient, friendly and professional from filing, approval to closing. The site manager Tommy was such a pleasure to deal with. He explained every step so we could understand, kept us updated, stuck to the schedule (in fact ahead of schedule) to the every end. Everything was great

The home was finished on time and it was flawless when we received the keys. I had a small issue that was a misunderstanding on my part and they were there within 3 hours to show me the correct way to operate the stove..

Our build process was painless - our sales person sent us pics every Sunday. Home was completed earlier than originally scheduled and looks beautiful!

Chad and David are terrific. Easy to work with and so very helpful.

We recently purchased a home in a Del Webb community! Construction and design were completed on time! Workmanship was superior! We couldn’t be happier! The unique floor plan we chose is perfect for us! We recommend you view their models and you will find your dream home too!

Everything was done exactly as requested and our Building Rep Jacob was just wonderful. We loved Allen too. They both responded quickly to any questions or requests we had. I am very happy with our beautiful home. Even the construction workers were respectful to the current owners.

Everything as they said it would be. They send picture during the construction since we were in other state. Haven't met any unhappy neighbors with anything. If your unhappy with something in your home there right there to do there best to please you. More than HAPPY!

My home was built on schedule and I was part of the process at each step of the way. After closing I had a couple of issues - nothing serious - and they were addressed immediately with no issue.

Pick the home you like, see it in the morning, then mid day, then evening. Then you’ll know if it’s right for you.

We are Canadian. Our purchase is a second home to enjoy our prospective retirement in California which we have visited now year to year for about 15 years. We have considered home purchase in the Palm Springs area for several years but did not find any location or home suitable until we attended the Del Webb development in Rancho Mirage. The show homes were impressive and the decision to make a purchase was instant. Many of the fine features in the home were of course upgrades which enlarged the base price of the home significantly but were deemed necessary to accommodate what appealed to us about the home we chose. Many of the upgrades were packages such that you either chose a particular upgrade in whole. ie the lighting fixtures with the wiring but not just the wiring, which was a little frustrating in managing some level of budget. However, in the result, speaking of the completed product, overall the product is excellent. There are small issues as might reasonably be expected on some installation currently kitchen cabinets and sadly the kitchen sink, which in particular, looked bright and shiny, but for whatever reason is apparently not of sterling quality. Hopefully that will be in the fullness of time during the warrantly be remedied correctly. Otherwise, the foreman and his immediate supervisor, and their crew that carried out the construction of the home, were a complete pleasure to work with, and were extraordinarily attentive to our schedule for visiting the construction site. Absolutely sterling in their performance. Their manner and conduct gave good represenation of Del Webb. And makes us confident that any deficiencies which seem overall few, will be fully and completely remedied. On final comment, our Sales person was also very helpful in the process and was attentive to our questions and as the process of purchase moved along was very good at resolving any ongoing issues associated with completing the purchase. ...
