I recently moved into a home in the Del Webb at Union Park Community, and it is so superior to the +55 community I moved from. The amenity center has good facilities and lots of things to do. The Lifestyle Director has had wonderful activities during this period of quarantine, it's amazing how much this has helped. The residents are very friendly and outgoing. The house itself I can't say enough good things about it. The workmanship is superior to the previous community I lived in. The process of building the house was all-inclusive, as I lived out of state I received a weekly phone call updating me on what had been done and what was going to be done the next week. I was even sent photographs of the house. Since moving in the field supervisor has kept in contact with me and has been very helpful From the first contact with the sales team to the closing I was very pleasantly surprised at how much contact they had with me. The design center was wonderful, it was so nice to see how things actually would look. The personnel that helped were very knowledgeable about the products. The Pulte team kept us informed of our homes progress every step of the way. The job supervisor, Jordan, was so thorough with his inspections we had minimal items to be addressed at the time of closing. The quality of the workmanship was excellent. Extremely pleased and would recommend Pulte as a builder!

From our first inquiry with Steve our Sagebriar sales rep, we were well cared for and treated respectfully with all our questions answered. In the contract and selection process all glitches were quickly corrected and working with the Design Studio rep, Charlene, was a pleasure and we had fun making the design selections. We’ve been in our new home for three weeks and warranty fix requests have been quickly addressed and overall the communication with all the Del Webb folks has been great - all friendly and helpful. Danielle and Brandi were just awesome; I had some unique things come up during the building process. They were both flexible patient and understanding. They continue to be helpful as I’ve settled in. Much appreciation.

Our sales person, Robin was so helpful and thorough. She worked closely with us through closing. Eric and Cody, our builders were very responsive, attentive and gave attention to detail, even after closing when a few little things were found. I highly recommend Del Webb.

From the time I signed my contract it was a very smooth process, I got great weekly updates, visited during construction and really it was very smooth across all the Pulte platforms (including finance and insurance). I have had a number of issues since moving in ( to be expected) and the warranty team has been very responsive. I’m overall very happy w my home but have had some issues w Pulte vendors (pool), and appliances ( washer and dishwasher). Again I expected some of this but it’s been a lot and I think I have one more vendor coming and hopefully then we are done. I love the house and meeting new neighbors, enjoyed the women’s lunch last month and am Looking forward to the amenity center being open! ... More

They have a very helpful staff.

Our construction manager was great. WE were living 900 miles away when construction started. His weekly updates and picture of progress really made us feel like we were right there. We did travel to see the construction 5 times and every time he took time out of his day to walk through the current status with us. Even through final walk through Clinton was super. He even stops by when he is driving by just to say hi and answer questions.

Very satisfied with the results! The floor plan is perfect for my needs. All good! Friendly neighbors plus the beginning of a wonderful community.

Overall my experience was smooth compared to other building experiences I have had. It was challenging as I was doing this long distance and it seemed like it was assumed I was local even though I told everyone up front I was not in town. It was also assumed I was available 9-5 Monday through Friday but I still work full time too. Those were the only two things that could be challenging with this group.

It was a great experience from buying the lot to closing. Melissa did a great job walking us through the whole process. Everyone was very accommodating because we were in Iowa and every visit we had was very informative. The Experience Del Webb was used twice which was very enjoyable.

We love our new home. The sales agent and building foreman was awesome. The only thing we have noticed ( been in home 6 weeks ) is very slow for warranty repairs. Minor Issues brought up have not been fixed. Our neighbors also mention slow to address warranty concerns.

Answers to questions were timely and all the people we dealt with were great and handled any problems that came up with professionalism. Any business would be proud to have employees like the ones we dealt with at Dell Webb Stone Creek. Thank You

This is the second Pulte home we have purchased. The first was Summerhour in Kennesaw Georgie which is why we actually purchased this house. The experience was great as I expected from Sales, to design and ultimately working with our construction manager, Trevor. He was simply exceptional - thoughtful, caring, compassionate, understanding and listened to any concerns we had. This makes a huge difference to the purchase and build experience. The one thing I would say is, I wish the pavers on the driveway and on the lanai were sealed. The sand created such a mess especially when the lanai is screened in. I believe buyers would appreciate this even if they had to pay for it. This would make the home delivery so much better. Also, why not offer the same pavers that is on lanai from model? That would have been awesome. Anyway, still a great experience. ... More

Our building superintendent, Daniel, was outstanding. He went beyond and above the traditional role of simply supervising the building of our home. He took a personal interest in making sure we were abreast of the things that were completed during each week. Thursday morning was always exciting and filled with texts and photos of the progress. We felt like we were there even though we were hundreds of miles away. This was definitely the highlight of our building experience.

From day one we were involved in decision making and kept in the loop.

We had a great experience with our home build. Art helped us choose the home interior and exterior, Donna, and our realtor, helped with choosing interior options..flooring, kitchen and bathroom fixtures. Kevin and Mike were wonderful with keeping us posted in the home build, and answered all the questions we had. Thanks to everyone for making our experience enjoyable

Of course there were some issues to be addressed along the way in the building process. We are happy with our selections and quality of flooring and tile. Now there are a lot more backsplashes to pick from which is why we did our own. There’s an easier way now to pick out exterior color. Glad Pulte makes improvements. We wish there was an option to have the trash container outdoor storage area built with the house. A pain to do it now really. Overall experience is great and Heartwood Savannah location is amazing.

Our experience with this home purchase was one of our best from the sales team on up. If things needed attention, they were quick to respond and our questions, no matter how important, were answered promptly.

Overall, the whole process from visiting the model homes to actual moving in to our home was a very rewarding experience. We chose alot of upgrades to the house. The quality of the workmanship, details were excellent. The entire building team, inspectors were thorough at their job. We received weekly updates on our house throughout the entire process. There were minimal issues or problems and whatever issues there were , they were fixed efficiently. Our recommendations are : need to include niches in all showers. Need to improve the quality of the paving stones in front of the house. They should be packed down tighter. ... More
