It all began with the model homes. They were available for us to view on our own without sales pressure. The floor plans are awesome. We narrowed it down to three before our final decision. Then the process began at the sales office. It was like having a personal assistant. The saleswoman was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. After choosing the lot, the next six months were impressive. There were attentive people in every aspect of sales, design, mortgage processing and construction. They were available and in constant contact. Pulte mortgage made it easy to upload documents. They guided us through each step of the way. They communicated by phone, email and website. The construction phase was amazing. Every stage was well planned. The house was completed on schedule. Our field rep has been taking care of minor follow up issues in a timely manner.
