Very quiet home. We are living with active construction all around us and we hardly hear anything outside. Well built home and the Construction Manager (Chris B.) was great to work with even after the closing. We had a couple of issues and he stayed engaged while those were resolved to our satisfaction.

After spending a long time deciding where we wanted to locate we were pleased that the rest of the experience was very comfortable. It's never easy to relocate across the country let alone build a new home, but we grew to rely on the Pulte group to help us over any obstacles we encountered. Everyone was very helpful and we are happy in our new home.

We have bought many houses but never a new one before. We expected a stressful experience but it was the opposite. Amazingly few and very minor issues on closing. Very prompt attention to issues. Quality and service beyond expectation.

What can I say the home was well made and the little things that had to be addressed were handled professionally

From the tour of the models through the sales presentation and contract it was great. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable staff. After we signed our contract our Project Manager kept us apprised of all phases of the build. After we closed he took care of all of our issues ASAP. Good job Del Webb team!

We bought a home that was ready to move in. The purchase and loan application process was very easy. A great web page made it easy to upload documents and check the application status. Closing was painless. We feel that Del Webb offers a great product for a reasonable price.

The price listed online, doesn’t include the cost of the lot. Cost of options & lot, can nearly double the online price.

From the sales rep to the site management team, and everyone in between, these people are the best! They know their field of expertise and cannot do enough to make your entire experience a pleasure.

Overall, our experience has been great. The build-out went smoothly, and there were no major issues with our home. There have been some minor issues, but so far, these have been competently handled by the warranty department.

Very Satisfied with my new small home, went from large home to small space, but, love every inch, use all of it and very easy to keep. Well laid out and good quality, builder easy to deal with.

We have had nothing but a great experience with our new home purchase. Beautiful interior design and quality craftsmanship all around. Del Webb designers thought of everything to make their home design your dream home. You won’t want to ever move. Love the peace of mind knowing our home is everything we need.

Be very careful with the title company. The instructions were misunderstood and now we have to hire a real estate attorney at our own expense to make the corrections. The house is well built and we would always buy a Del Webb property. Their people are the best.

Moved in in a July. Great service from all at Del Webb. Meeting new neighbors daily.Can’t wait for the clubhouse to get completed.

Excellently built home. Have been completely satisfied during the build process and 1st month of living in the home. Several minor problems after move-in were addressed quickly and professionally.

Wonderful people to guide you through every step of the construction, financing and mortgage process.

We were fortunate to be able to visit several Del Web communities before deciding to buy in Ocala. We made sure to compare building code and how homes were built. In one part of Florida the home are wood construction instead of concrete blocks, having lived in Florida we realized the importance of having a concrete block construction and to make sure it is safe for hurricanes, it only takes one hurricane to do a lot of damage and having lived through several hurricanes we knew what type of construction was needed. Also, very important to have a good sale person , if you do not like the one assigned to you ,you will not buy!!!! Also, good construction manager is a must , one that will keep you updated weekly and send pictures and allow you to visit during construction. Able to answer any questions you may have, and explain things clearly. We also looked at what type activities were offered and what facilities the area had. We found it useful to stay in the community for a few days and experience what it would be like to live there. All in all we were lucky and had a very favorable experience at buying and building our home. Wonderful people to work with from sales to field manager to the guy who tiles your bathroom. Beautiful, quality home. Affordable and gorgeous. Never dreamed we would be living in this beautiful Arizona community.
