The complete experience from “Just Looking” to closing was amazing. I only have positive feedback from the Del Webb sales office, Pulte mortgage, walk through to the closing process. The construction manager (Luixavie L.) was easy to deal with. I won’t say the whole process was pleasant, but it was manageable.

The entire experience from start to finish was excellent. The mortgage process was long and tedious. The quality of the materials used in construction is excellent and we were kept in the loop throughout the construction process. Del Webb staff was responsive and helpful. Onsight Builder Supervisor and Follow-up Punch List

The is the first time we had a home built and due to proximity were not able to oversee it. Our Build Supervisor did an excellent job at keeping us posted as to the progress, etc. Once we closed, Del Webb is following up in a timely manner with the typical punch list items to be fixed in a new home. We’ve had a total of 5 homes built.

Overall from home purchase to move in and care afterwards service has been excellent. The staff from Del Webb from sales office, construction management and service after move in have been professional and supportive. I hired my own building inspector and even he was impressed with the overall construction of my home.

From start to finish the Pulte team was responsive, professional and knowledgeable. They addressed questions in a timely manner and as promised gave weekly updates on the progress. I still have a couple cosmetic items that were not noticed prior to closing but those will be easily fixed. Would highly recommend the Sagebriar neighborhood. Looking forward to all the amenities to be up and running next year, lots of energy here for sure.

The lot we loved in Del Webb Sun City had not been released for purchase. Our sales representative, Paul, did an outstanding job of keeping us updated to the release date so we were the first to put money down. I needed a move in ready home and couldn’t believe how easy it was to find one in Del Webb Mallory Creek! After moving in, I had a few issues that needed fixing and response time was better than I expected. The longer I am in my new house, the more I love it. And being in a 55+ community means there is always something fun to do!

Overall everything went well with the sale and construction of our new home. Couple of things that Pulte should address. 1) Move the floor outlets in some of your models, easy to spot go look in your models for rugs that cover extensions cords.. 2) Install soft close toilet seats. For this level community that should be standard. The local staff is awesome from Sales to Production.
