We enjoyed our experience building our new home at Kensington Ridge, starting with our salesperson Julie who guided us in selecting our lot and floor plan and exploring and pricing our various options. She patiently answered all our questions- and there were many! The designer Kim helped us pull together all the design elements. And the construction crew led by Mike, Nolan and Frank provided weekly building updates and were very responsive whenever we had concerns. Since we moved in, issues have been promptly addressed. we bought a mystique we added the extra room and bathroom. we love it they said it would take about 150 days we got our home in 132 days. there where some issues but they took care of them immediately. I did the lanai and outdoor kitchen on my own I did it for half the price. but overall our construction manager josh was great he would send us pics every week showing us the progress. we had been looking for a home for two years. and as far as builders go I think pulte is one of the best builders out there
