Very happy with the continued follow up service after I moved in.

It all began with the model homes. They were available for us to view on our own without sales pressure. The floor plans are awesome. We narrowed it down to three before our final decision. Then the process began at the sales office. It was like having a personal assistant. The saleswoman was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. After choosing the lot, the next six months were impressive. There were attentive people in every aspect of sales, design, mortgage processing and construction. They were available and in constant contact. Pulte mortgage made it easy to upload documents. They guided us through each step of the way. They communicated by phone, email and website. The construction phase was amazing. Every stage was well planned. The house was completed on schedule. Our field rep has been taking care of minor follow up issues in a timely manner. Overall our experience has been a positive one. Everyone has quick to answer any questions we have had and eager to remedy any problems that arose. We have been in our house for about 45 days and enjoyed every minute.

We are very pleased with our home, the workmanship, features, and quality in what we selected. After we finish accessorizing the house, we will be taking advantage of all that Sun City has to offer.

The entire process was well handled by all the staff.

For us, it was all about the lot. Find the lot with desired exposure, location, elevation & size...THEN fall in love with the home that comes on THAT lot!

Having built several homes previously, I do believe you get value for the price and a genuine desire to please you by the Pulte staff. Well satisfied in all aspects of the process.

This is a company that does it right. From the site sales person who is very knowledgeable and patient to the superintendent that oversaw the building of our home we couldn't have been treated better. The house was completed to perfection. We love the house and would definitely recommend Del Webb.
