Elaine, David, Sarah, Cashmere, and Traci are my dream team. From start to finish they were there guiding me through the home purchase/building process. Home buying isn’t new to me; I’ve purchased nearly 20 homes over the years. But this time was so different. These people worked the processes and made it appear seamless. The handoffs were smooth and timely. That’s not to say there wasn’t a snafu; because my situation created a big one. Never the less, these players worked together and behind the scenes to assist me. We were able to pivot to a very acceptable alternative. I was/am extremely satisfied and I hope Del Webb is too. Elaine was right there from the get go with options and guidance and expertise. David was just awesome guiding me through the process and building trust and confidence in Pulte construction. Then finally orienting me to my new home and providing updates; then stepping in to me to my “now” home. Sarah and Cashmere were always checking in and expediting paperwork with reminders. Traci was the best closer ever. It was actually very enjoyable AND educational. I will be building my dream home. And I want the Pulte dream team along: Elaine, David, Sarah, Cashmere , and Traci. These people are your most accomplished ambassadors. Value their experience and expertise. Pulte had streamlined processes and good people. Our recent home build was mostly positive. Our building manager was fantastic as was our closing specialist. They went out of their way to help us as much as they could. The sales team did their job but offered no help when a problem arose regarding our funding of the new home. Overall however we are reasonably happy with the home and very happy to be a part of Sun City.

Our entire experience from start to finish was perfect. From the salesperson, Maria, making our initial buying experience a stress free experience and for our construction manager, Keenan, filling us in and getting us into our new home on time as promised. AWESOME EXPERIENCE!

From Contract to closing our home building experience was excellent. Mark was alway professional, knowledgeable, welcoming & his confidence in this neighborhood is evident. He had earlier sold a home to our son & daughter n law in the Del Web Trinity Falls neighborhood. That was a great testament to both Mark & Pulte. We put a lot of effort into preparing for the design center meetings. The experience with Michelle more than met our expectations. She was especially interested in understanding our style & what we wanted to achieve in decorating our home. She really got it & wasted no time in showing us choices that were spot on! Our next team member is Kristen. She is brilliant, truly brilliant. She knows her job from foundation through all the final details. She is a good communicator, which was important to us as we were in Arizona during all the construction. Kristen was so valuable to us & it was wonderful to be able to trust & have the confidence we soon knew we could have in her. We love our charming home & know Kristen saw to each & every detail being right for us. Thank you from our hearts Kristen. Recently Samantha came to check our trees, landscaping & sprinkler. She talked to us about our warranties and was professional, & detailed. We believe Pulte is a good company, built with teams like ours. We like our house model and design selections. That's where the "like" stops. This is a seller's market. Pulte is selling houses faster than they can keep competent workers on site. Quality has suffered. Home inspectors are a must to keep from closing with issues that are not addressed after closing. Read the covenants and decided if this this the place for you. Onsite property management is inexperienced and difficult to navigate.

If you’ve never experienced buying brand new construction, it’s a long and detailed process. You must stay on top of all the paperwork and requests. Having said that, the Pulte folks on site were terrific. In the beginning, we considered a mortgage through Pulte. That was a nightmare. Too many lengthy requests at the last minute, lost emails, maybe not the best advice or suggestions. We finally just threw in the towel and just paid cash for the house. Overall very pleased with experience and the weekly updates provided by my builder Ronnie. Very happy in home. My only negative comment was length of time from signing contract to closing, process took 8 months which seemed much to long.

Overall good experience would recommend to potential buyers.

Very well designed community. We traveled around the country looking for a real nice retirement community and found Sun City in Mesquite by Dell Webb. Awesome! Affordable, Luxurious, Well Planned, Beautiful.

Our first home was pre-owned, and we lived in it for 40-years. We searched both coasts in Florida for a retirement home and came across the Pulte Del Webb Bayview community in Parrish. We hadn't considered new construction, but we are glad we did and are now getting settled in a beautiful new home. Pulte made the purchase process easy. Not only did they build and sell us a house, but they also provided one-stop shopping for us as we used their mortgage, title, and insurance companies as well. Advance communications on a closing date could have been a little better but in all we are happy with the quality of our house and the way everything turned out. ... More

We worked with very good people thru out the purchase of our new home. We had many questions involving the purchase and construction of the home. Everyone got back to us quickly with the answers. We love the house, solid construction, nicely finished.

We purchased our house on a short sale so we did not go through the design and build process. The interactions with the sales and finance teams were good. Quality of the home is below what we would expect. First and foremost is the quality of the paint used and the paint application is very poor. Additionally, there were numerous paint spots on the floor that took multiple attempts by Pulte contractors to remove. The last individual that removed the paint used Laquer thinner which has resulted in apparent damage to the floor finish which we will be identifying as a warranty issue.This is the single biggest complaint that I and the neighbors I have talked to have. Besides the paint there are basic craftsmanship issues such as hammer marks on the garage door header and dented doors and threshold which were replaced. The pocket door between kitchen and laundry room must have been damaged during install and someone attempted to repair it by “mudding” it, but it was never smoothed put or finished. We found this just after moving in and reported it and it has not yet been repaired. A couple of other small items identified at walkthrough have not yet been repaired. I would buy again from Del Webb smooth process

The front end of the process; lot selection and purchase, moves quickly. It was helpful to have a secondary and tertiary option as property moves fast. Very little room for negotiations around price. Customization is not possible but there are some “standard’ modifications to choose from. The selection of options is limited and expensive so pick your uogrades wisely! The Construction Manager is THE key cog in the project. We were very fortunate to have the CM that was assigned to our build. Our CM was completely transparent during the build. We lived out of state and his communication's status meetings were outstanding!! He made it easy and for that, we are grateful. Lastly, be your own advocate in the process. No repair or replacement is too small. Plumb, level, and square are your best friends in the project. If you’re not totally satisfied, say something. For the cost, it should be perfect. ... More

Definitely a very easy process to get from start to finish on my house.

From our initial exploratory visit, through our "Discovery Stay, sales/construction selections, design selections, the entire construction process and eventual close process we experienced professional, knowledgeable, patient, polite, helpful and friendly Pulte/Sun City employees. We hadn't bought a new home in 27 years so we really needed a lot of patience during the process! Both are construction manager David and Customer Service Katlin were excellent in communicating with us and scheduling correction of minor construction issues (touch up paint, minor roof issues, cabinet details etc)

Alejandro our Construction Manager was a real pro! Provided timely communication, was very friendly and explained all aspects of the home. His attention to detail made us feel confident that our home was well built and we'll be unlikely to experience any problems. I'd happily build my next 3 homes with Alex. He's a credit to your company! We've heard horror stories from friends who built in other 55+ communities. Our build experience was EPIC!

Al, the construction manager was fantastic-kept us informed on all items and was very detail oriented on the construction. Steve, the sales representative was very knowledgeable on any item we asked of him.

This is a lovely development. The grounds are well maintained with beautiful landscaping. The floor plans are excellent for downsizing. Pulte puts a lot of emphasis on energy efficiency.

The quality of the homes that Pulte builds is very disappointing. The construction managers assigned to the homes are worthless and the contractors do the minimum just to get paid. Very poor warranty response also. Overall, very disappointing!

The process was very effective, step by step they explain the process of building my home. My weekly updates kept me interested and assured I was making a good investment. There was always progress and follow thru. I was absolutely surprised at how organized and efficient this builder is and follows thru on its promise to deliver.

Home was delivered on time and met my expectations. There were no surprises and all options were completed per plan.
